1321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens after 21 Million mined BTC? on: August 05, 2017, 10:30:23 AM
Well... I have this doubt as well. The mining stops by 2140 (perhaps much before that, because the mining rewards are ridiculously smaller as we nears the 22nd century AD). So without the miners, how the transactions can be relayed?
1322  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: When can i see my BCC from Blockchain.info on: August 05, 2017, 10:26:37 AM
With the the private keys you mean the recovery phrase of 12 words ? or you're reffering to something else ?
No it is completely different thing, main issue with blockchain.info wallet is that they don't share private key with you so you will not be able to claim those free BCC if blockchain.info themselves don't add this feature.

Electroncash is the one wallet that I have used yesterday to move my bcc from paper wallet successfully.

The old version of the blockchain.info wallet is having an option to export the private key (in WIH format). But if you are using the new version of the blockchain.info wallet, then you need to create the private key using the 12-word seed.
1323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Help! How can get BCH from Blochchain.info wallet on: August 05, 2017, 10:21:11 AM
Right now there is no simple way to claim BCH from your Blockchain.info wallet. Either you can wait for one or two months (until Blockchain.info adds support for BCH), or you can export the private key of your Blockchain.info wallet to some Bitcoin Cash -compatible wallet.
1324  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-04]Even Friedcat Can’t Ignore Bitcoin Cash, Over 17k BTC Moved on: August 05, 2017, 10:19:19 AM
What about Coinbase? I heard that an attorney from Miami has sued them, for their refusal to credit the users with Bitcoin Cash. And I am more worried about Blockchain.info. Are they going to provide support for Bitcoin Cash anytime soon?
1325  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-04] BTC-e fiat accounts arrested on: August 05, 2017, 10:17:27 AM
Is it that difficult for them to put up some English translation to their updates? I am tired of using Russian (through Google translate) every time I communicate with BTC-e people. Can't they hire at least one or two English-speaking staff?
1326  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-04] Australian Trader Loses $430K at BTC-e: Nothing illegal is tied to on: August 05, 2017, 10:15:01 AM
Oh man, what were you thinking? Are you sure that you will go back to a suspected exchanges that laundered money? You can't be stupid and intelligent at the same time. To be honest, I don't know if the funds could be refunded, if it is then it will took a lot of time before the authorities will release the money.

Do you believe 100% of what the FBI is saying? I don't trust them even 0.01%. I am not a fan of Alexander Vinnik. If he had any involvement in the Mt Gox robbery, then he should burn in hell. But what is happening to the BTC-e users is something very serious. BTC-e users can't be made to pay for the crimes of someone else, with whom they had no direct connection.
1327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC-e.com down ! Police detains the owner . on: August 05, 2017, 10:12:14 AM
Hopefully BTC-E like many company are storing bitcoin in cold wallet out of datacenter server... i'm assuming FBI seized datacenter of website, they definetly seized the hot wallet... but there is hope btc-e have backup out of datacenter...

I hope they have backup... if so there is hope for bitcoin to be refunded, or website be backup... if they truely didnt arrest real owner...

I hope that most of the funds were in the cold storage, and at least 50% of what is owned to the users could be returned to them (I myself lost around $300). But are you sure that they are still in the possession of the user data? I heard that the FBI seized that as well.
1328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anything I can do to speed up my BCC confirmations? on: August 05, 2017, 10:08:55 AM
Use the ViaBTC BCH accellerator.

I have used their Bitcoin transaction accelerator (and it works really fine, although it is a bit expensive). But this is the first time I am hearing about the Bitcoin Cash transaction accelerator from ViaBTC. Could you please provide me the URL?
1329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So everyone tells you to take your Bitcoins off the exchange before the fork!! on: August 05, 2017, 10:06:15 AM
I know right!! I sold all my bitcoins before fork happened because i read some shit news about bitcoin fork and i'm afraid the bitcoin price will fall so hard. But yeah, shit way shit move, that makes me lose some money because i don't get bitcoin cash. Lesson learned though, don't trust only from 1 information.

You lost quite a bit. Let me do the calculations. Imagine that you had 1 BTC before the split, and you had sold the coins for $2,700. Now the exchange rate is at $3,200 per coin, and the BCH exchange rates are going at around $240. So you lost around $740 by selling your coins. But don't get disheartened. Shit happens all the time. You need to move on with your life.
1330  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: August 05, 2017, 09:58:47 AM
It will be foolish to quit your full time job for concentrating on Bitcoin, because there is high risk associated with any of the crypto-currencies. I am working on a full-time job 5 days a week, in addition to spending some 2-3 hours every day earning BTC.
1331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC cash an altcoin? on: August 02, 2017, 06:38:00 AM
Practically everyone here is saying that BCC is an altcoin because it is in the minority. So if BCC surpasses BTC, does that mean that BTC becomes the altcoin?

Lol... if that happens (and I think that there is a small chance), then the original Bitcoin will be known as "Bitcoin Classic" or "Bitcoin Core" and the Bitcoin Cash will be regarded as the "Bitcoin proper". But things are not clear yet. In less than a year's time, it will be clear about who is going to win this race.
1332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: top three exchanges in India say they won't support Bitcoin Cash on: August 02, 2017, 06:26:30 AM
In third world nations such as India, the exchanges are mostly run by con men, having connections to powerful politicians and bureaucrats. Their thinking is very simple. They will give a few days notice to withdraw the BTC and say that they will not support BCH. 80% of the people will withdraw. 10% can't withdraw due to various reasons (such as travel). The rest 10% simply don't care about BCH or are not aware about it. In the end, the exchanges will steal coins from this 20%.
1333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good time to Invest in Bitcoin Cash? on: August 02, 2017, 06:23:10 AM
It is a bit risky right now. The prices will get stabilized only after 1-2 weeks, so it may be better to wait at least until August 15. Else, you may incur considerable losses, if a massive dump happens and the BCC supporters go back on their word to support the currency.
1334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to Buy a Car with Bitcoin without convert my bitcoin to Fiat. on: August 02, 2017, 06:17:16 AM
Yes.

Step 1.  Find a person that wants bitcoin AND has a car that they are willing to exchange to get bitcoin.
Step 2.  Offer that person bitcoin in exchange for the car.
Step 3. Negotiate an amount of bitcoin to be exchanged that is agreeable to both you and them.
Step 4. Exchange bitcoin for the car.

There you go.

Or better go to Bitpremier and select from the listings there. However, I must warn you that on average, the listings there are at least 10% to 15% more expensive than the actual prices. Also, I am not sure about the tax implications if you use BTC to purchase an automobile.

1335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Total bullshit on bitcoin cash, can't dump it nowhere! on: August 02, 2017, 06:14:07 AM
LOL, Bitcoin Cash overtaking ethereum!

I really doubt whether that is going to happen anytime soon. The last time I checked, BCH had a market cap of $6,657,092,275 which is less than one-third of the Ether market cap ($21,193,154,012). BCH is even lagging behind Ripple as of now.
1336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Aug 1 summary on: August 02, 2017, 04:49:17 AM
bitfinex also credited BCH

But question is still same when the trading pair BCH/USD or BCH/BTC is going to come on bitfinex

In the most recent announcement from Bitfinex, they are saying that they are "monitoring the fork" and they may create trading pairs SOON-ish tm  maybe 24 hours or more....

They also took a 15% haircut from folks.  I only got 85% of my equivalent BCH.. more socializing.. those fucks!!!!

85% is far better than the 0% that users of Coinbase and certain other exchanges got. Although Coinbase has announced that they "may support" BCH in the future, I don't trust them. What they did was pure cheating and daylight robbery. I am glad that I didn't had any coins on Coinbase.
1337  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: What about blockchain BTC holders on: August 02, 2017, 04:43:26 AM
These are the steps which you need to undertake, in order to get BCH:

1. Move your BTC to some other wallet from your primary wallet
2. Export the private key from your primary wallet
3. Import the private key in some BCH compatible wallet
4. BCH will be credited in your BCH compatible wallet.
1338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone able to claim Bitcoin Cash? on: August 02, 2017, 03:53:39 AM
Certain exchanges such as Bittrex and Yobit have already credited their users with Bitcoin Cash tokens (if they were having a positive BTC balance on August 1). And many of them have converted their BCH to BTC. Unfortunately, I did't got any BCH, as I had only BSD in Bittrex.
1339  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War 3 on: August 02, 2017, 03:51:37 AM
north korea still making a perfect nuclear weapon then if they have a many nuclear they ready to go for world war 3. I think they have a plan to nuke USA and start a world war 3.

I am 99.99% sure that if someone is using a nuclear weapon again, it is going to be the United States. Ever since the nuclear weapons were first manufactured, only the United States has used them against the civilian population (in 1945, against Japan). Even in the future, they are going to be the only ones who are going to use this sort of weapons.
1340  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Transgenders are not allowed to serve the military. on: August 02, 2017, 03:49:51 AM
What's wrong with transgenders entering the military? I mean, if they really want to protect and defend the country, let them do what they want to do and what their heart tell them to do. We might be surprised that one day, we heard a news that a transgender person who joined the military has done a lot more things than the straight ones. Stopping transgenders from entering the military is really just non sense.

If they really want to serve the country, then they can serve in the army. But they should not take out protest marches demanding separate washrooms for them. Imagine the cost of setting up a separate washroom for just one or two individuals. After getting separate washroom, they will take out protests demanding the right to hold gay pride parade within the army bases.
