621  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook shares price fell -24% on: July 27, 2018, 03:16:27 PM
Facebook has reached its peak and that's why it is going down. It has happened in the past, to quite a lot of the tech stocks, such as Yahoo! and DELL. I feel good, as Zuckerberg is a known opponent of the crypto-currency.
622  Economy / Economics / Re: why the state does not print a lot of money? on: July 27, 2018, 03:13:55 PM
Nowadays, almost all of the world currencies are traded in the forex market, and if a particular country is printing its national currency without any limit then its value will go down. Examples are Venezuelan Bolivar and Zimbabwean Dollar.
623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the Unsold Tokens? on: July 27, 2018, 03:12:01 PM
1) Unsold tokens are burned - the most common option used by ICOs. If tokens are burnt, token holders share will increase, therefore its price.

2) Unsold tokens are not burned - founders keep them. It's not a good option at the eyes of the token holders. It can be used as a personal interest.

3) Unsold tokens are airdropped - A few ICOs (eg. FundFantasy) used this strategy. As far as they see it, the token price will be decreased but will be readjusted because people will use it.

Options #2 and #3 are unethical as it is like cheating the investors who hard participated in the ICO. If there are unsold tokens, then they should be either burnt or distributed proportionally to everyone who had participated in the ICO.
624  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: July 27, 2018, 03:09:37 PM
I can categorize our economy at this time as dwindling economy. So as to how it works and stable it is. I wonder if our government accepts bitcoin, maybe our economy will become stable.

Here the impact of Bitcoins on the national economy is insignificant. And I think that the case is the same everywhere, perhaps with the exception of Japan. Hopefully, this will change soon.
625  Economy / Economics / Re: When will smartphones used for bitcoin mining? on: July 27, 2018, 03:07:58 PM
It is ridiculous to even think about smartphones being used for Bitcoin mining. Your smartphone may get fried in one month's time and by then you may earn about $0.01 from the mining routine.
626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How useful is bounty programs to the overall success of icos? on: July 26, 2018, 03:38:14 AM
Without an active bounty campaign, it can be quite difficult for the ICO promoters to attract investment. Signature and social media bounties are very important in this regard, as they encourage other crypto users to invest in these projects.
627  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people are still buying BTC? on: July 26, 2018, 03:36:19 AM
If you have spare funds, then it will be a good idea to get some BTC now.... The market is showing strong signals of a recovery and if the SEC actually grants approval to the Bitcoin ETFs by September, then we can expect the exchange rates to hit new heights.
628  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: July 25, 2018, 03:03:51 AM
Nearly one billion dollars has entered bitcoin today according to cryptonic news item. This week has seen btc doing very well and all are excited.I know most people have individual plans for a moment like this, let's hear yours.

All due to rumors that the SEC is about to approve the Bitcoin ETF from CBOE. According to Coindesk, there is a 90% chance of approval. But what if they reject it once more? The all the gains will be lost in a few hours and the market will be in deep red again.
629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Bounty Hunters Sell Immediately they receive reward? on: July 25, 2018, 02:59:19 AM
Since the market is on an upward trajectory, now it makes more sense to hold on to at least some of your tokens for the medium term. But earlier, when the market was down it was quite risky to do so, especially since the tokens are more volatile when compared with the more established alts.
630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Altcoin price depend on BTC or ETH?? on: July 25, 2018, 02:56:51 AM
Even the price of ETH depends a lot on BTC. So it is natural that the exchanges rates of the other alts to have a strong association with that of Bitcoin. The only crypto-currency which has shown some sort of independence from Bitcoin is the newly created BCH.
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum, Ripple or Litecoin? on: July 25, 2018, 02:54:54 AM
As of today, I would prefer Litecoin over Ethereum and Ripple. Litecoin is not a technologically advanced coin, but it has managed to hold on to its loyal users for so long. On the other hand ETH is looking increasingly over-priced and XRP has ruined its reputation due to the association with the establishment.
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will this bear market continue? on: July 25, 2018, 02:50:02 AM
I was expecting the bearing trends to continue will in to 2019. But now it looks like we may have a recovery by this year itself. The ETF approval may be issued by the SEC within the next 2-3 months, and after that we can expect the markets to test five-digit levels once again.
633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC transaction fees is going down. on: July 22, 2018, 05:44:17 AM
It is low now... But no one knows when it will go up again. And that is one of the reason why altcoins such as ETH are having a good time now. Back in December 2017, a lot of users shifted to other coins due to high fees.
634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This guy has lost 103 Bitcoins on: July 22, 2018, 05:34:20 AM
Back then, when the exchange rate of Bitcoin was quite low, a lot many of the users were careless with their holdings. In most cases, they lost their coins after losing the private keys, and not through robberies.
635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best ICO bounty to join its signature campaign now ??? on: July 22, 2018, 05:32:02 AM
The honesty and integrity of the campaign manager matters a lot. And as far as I know, here in this forum yahoo62278 is having the best reputation among all the managers. Try to join the campaigns which he manages, such as Mozo and LATOKEN.
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency? on: July 22, 2018, 04:48:55 AM
LOL.... everyone's plan will be the same. We are waiting for higher prices, in order to convert the coins to fiat. The only difference will be about the target price. Some may be waiting for 25K, while some others may be waiting for 250K.
637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth buying low-volume tokens? on: July 21, 2018, 06:01:14 AM
If the volume is low, then there will be some reason behind it. Before investing in such tokens, you need to study in-depth about the project. If the project is defunct or dead without any chance of a resurrection, then it is always better to stay out of it.
638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum on: July 21, 2018, 05:54:35 AM
Holding ETH can be like a double edged sword. For sure its future potential looks bright, at least for the near term. I have seen predictions of $5,000 and $10,000 per coin made by the experts. But at the same time, we should not ignore the fact that it is facing a lot of competition from the emerging coins such as XLM and NEO.
639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: July 21, 2018, 05:50:04 AM
One is sure. He must be very rich / rich at the moment. I do not believe that by creating a crypto, he did not leave for himself a fine 10,000 BTC.

How can you be sure? He may be rich, but I don't think that he is super-rich. And I have serious doubts that Craig Steven Wright is indeed Satoshi Nakamoto. Oh.. trust me.... I mocked him when he first claimed that he is Satoshi. But now I am just considering the possibility....
640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Manny wins over Matthysse!! on: July 21, 2018, 05:44:10 AM
Some says that the game was not a real fight. Pacman paid mattysse for sure win but i don’t think that was true. He always give his best to win not for himself and for his family but most importantly for his country. But in my own opinion, he should retire in boxing by now and just enjoy his life with his family and friends and ofcourse with his new career in politics.

OMG!!! Do you believe that crap? If you had watched the entire duration of the match, then you could have never said this. Pacquiao was exceptional during the fight and I am 100% sure that the match was not a rigged one. Let's not take the credit away from him.
