I think, from what I mostly see, most of the plagiarism copy the material from this forum too, and they mostly just blatantly copy-paste it, without any rephrasing or changing a single word. So one of the easiest ways is just to copy a single sentence from a post and then search it on google add site:bitcointalk.org. But still, it will take time, I don't think there is any bulk way to detect plagiarism. However, at the same time, posting junk post all the way without earning a single merrit is pointless if their motivation is just earning from post, or ranking up.
If the aim is to reduce the shitposts in a section or the whole forum, the only way is limiting post section for Newbie, so they are unable to shitpost everywhere in the forum.

Not necessarily though, I assume you compare the raise of IEO just like how ICO become so popular, however at that time ETH is really dominating the crypto smart-contract, we rarely saw any project that are not using Ethereum as their smart-contract. Nowadays, thats totally different, developers have many options for their smart-contract.

Soccer might be only in the U.S but football is basically everywhere in the world. Though I am not against sports betting, but I never enjoy this thing too. IMHO the sports betting lead to match-fixing which will ruin the game. But many people enjoy sport-betting just for fun too.

Decentralization is very important to us, However, If you read the whole story, and do a bit of research. That claim about centralization is still debatable among the community, and the Stellar team has given a valid argument to oppose that opinion (in reddit and twitter). Moreover the price of XLM gained 15% after the news, so I don't think we need to worry about that. |

If project says they failed you can't sue/claim anything toward them. Regarding bounty hunter, when they launched the bounty campaign when they promised is to pay you with the token, they never promised their token will worth any money, thats why I only join a bounty that paid me a token that already listed on an exchange and worth some money. And about the time the bounty hunters have already spent. My opinion is that that time is spare time, meaning that if a person time's worth more money they will do something else, they will do a real job rather than doing bounty. So, if you those bounty hunters not spending their time doing a bounty they will not make money either, thus their not invest anything to the project, and they should not demand anything.

The quickest way to determine if an ICO is to find out whether their team members is a real person, through looking at their social media. Some, of really stupid ICO scam use random photo and random name for their team members, and it's easy to be tracked. However some ICO scammer have a real person, if that is the case you can check if their key members like Founder/CEO, Blockchain specialist, or ICO Advisors has several previous experiences. If they have experienced member, it is less likely to be scammed, however you still need to determine whether the ICO are going to be successfull or not, to do that you need to research deeply their whitepaper and other technical stuff of their project.

Yes it goes up, but I think it is because the effect of Bitcoin price starting to bullish and it affect all crypto including Ethereum. I don't say that Ethereum will not be bullish too, but I have not seen any signal. Moreover, I did not see any good news from Ethereum recently. So, just be careful, if you want to start putting your money into ETH.
