So, the reply above has covered most of the step-by-step on how to use this Zenland Escrow. I will just add other thing that hasn't been on that reply. Overall my experience is pretty good, the process is not over-simplified, it still require multiple confirmation by both party to finally release the fund, however if I could skip 1 or 2 step that would be very much more comfortable, but if it will compromise the security then it's not necessary. I want to make some highlight and maybe some suggestion. 1. 'Dispute' feature, as a freelance graphic designer a lot of time my client want some revisions on the design so this feature is essential. However, what lack in this feature is additional 'Due Date' for the dispute, after Buyer dispute the contract, neither Buyer / Seller could set a 'Due Date' for the dispute, and there is no information whether the initial due date before dispute is still applied. I haven't tried to 'Invite an Agent' and I suppose that's how the Buyer will be able to get their money back. | Before Dispute

2. 'Review' feature, I have small suggestion on this one I will prefer to distinguish between account review as buyer and seller, some time people are good seller but when they have the money and become a buyer they do silly and ridiculous thing. Also, I don't see any feature to spot/tag a fake or paid review, I wish the developer will find some ways.  3. Last but not least, I would like to have a dark mode option. It's just my preference  As I said that I am a freelance graphic designer, so when this app finally release I will definitely use it, the fee is less than 1% and we can even choose to split it. I would also recommend it to other if the dev working on my suggestion number 1 about the dispute feature. Thank you.

I don't know about the Metaverse you are talking about, but for Virtual Reality (VR) people definitely need this kind of thing. It will be good for a simulation test, like flight simulation, complex surgery simulation, natural disaster contingency, .etc. But when most people say Metaverse what I have in mind is that roblox thing, and social media that use VR, and that's what most of crypto related metaverse product, and to be honest I don't think this kind of product will last.

The common desire of everyone in cryptocurrency is that they want to get rich. That's why he tries to hold some coins for a long time, but sometimes he doesn't sell them even though his investment return 2x or more. He believed he would become rich by holding that particular coins but after a while his investment lost a lot of value and he becomes frustrated. So we need to be smart in this aspect. The market is still uncertain right now, so it will be more risky to buy any coin. But like other investment, high risk equal high profit, however if you really want to buy now I recommend that you buy small amount, don't put all of your money now, for the coins you can refer to the Top 20 on coinmarketcap, ETH and BNB will be on my first list. Finally, the most important part, always do your own research never solely depend on other people opinion.

I wish Liverpool would sign a damn midfielder. Thiago has a hamstring injury for 6 weeks now. Henderson is getting less & less influential as time goes on. We have a great defence, goalkeeper & forwards, comparable to anything in Europe tbh but midfield really need freshening up. Not long to go in the transfer window now but I live in hope.
Liverpool really has big bad luck this early season 3 of their Midfielder has injuries, tho I don't agree that Henderson getting less influential, he is still made a good contribution on their last match. It was open that Christiano Ronaldo is no longer interested in playing for Manchester United,reason being that they did not qualify for Champions league.To me me,the best thing is to let him go,because no player is supposed to be bigger than the club,and the fact that he ( Ronaldo) has pride is the reason why teams have not come for him.He is somebody that gives his all to the team when he is on the pitch,but in this scenario,I think the pride in him is much.Playing Europa league will show how humble he is,and will also make him break record in that field,but its quite unfortunate that he doesn't see things from that direction.
Other than the reason that there hasn't been any club that want Ronaldo I think if Man Utd sell Ronaldo the only option for Ten Haag for center forward is Martial, I am not saying that Martial is not good, but Ten Haag will need options or a substitute. And in this final weeks of transfer window finding a good striker that available is quite hard I think. Man Utd should have hunt for striker earlier, and if they actually want to let Ronaldo go, they should've done it earlier. |

That's true, the PoW Ethereum will fix the gas fee issue that many people has been complaining lately, but I also saw some people have negative sentiment towards this move to PoS, they afraid that most of the ETH will be held by exchange so in that case, Ethereum will be less decentralize, tho I believe its minority, but I think they have a valid concern.
And if you compared to Solana, I think Ethereum is always better, Ethereum has more holder, meaning that you can have bigger target market, and with Solana hack happened recently people will be more hesitant to use Solana.

I agree that those four are quite decent project, Ethereum and Avax especially I like them both. But to be said as the most promising altcoin is a little bit exaggerating, except for Ethereum. Avax, Polkadot, and Cardano still need to prove that their developer is serious with what they promise, I saw that Cardano and Polkadot development has been halt and slowed down, not in accordance with the roadmap, and it result in some other project like Solana and Polygon almost surpass them or even already surpassed them in the past in term of market cap.

This is definitely is a pyramid scheme, the Pi coin itself does not have utility. And their claim of use of Pi coin in some area are mostly a hoax, and some people even make up a ridiculous value of Pi up to $314k. And if you just heard about this coin, actually Pi has been around for few years now, their developer promise big exchange listing like Binance, Bittrex, etc, and even a big tech company adoption since day 1 but it never happened. Even Coinmarketcap put flag on Pi coin.  |

I knew Team Spirit can win but I have high hopes that Outsider can dominate them on this tournament.
I was expecting Team Outsiders to come out on top during that series but Team Spirit got the better draft on the decider game. After the last two games by Team Spirit when they could beat Navi and Outsiders, I won't be a surprise if Team Spirit can actually win over Aster. Manchester United may have performed their best in the last game, ordinarily, I don't expect them to do anything better than what they did since the club has an internal crisis and if that is not sorted out, it will affect the club's existing presence in future leagues. Before Manchester United have been in a good position but ever since the management crisis started in the club it has dragged the club overall performance backward and that is bad news for the fans. The players are not in unity and even the coach has not done enough to reposition the club for success.
I really wonder what those internal crisis are, all I know is that Ronaldo want to left Man Utd, but even before that issue arise, on last season Man Utd has been performing very poorly. Many people has been speculating that Man Utd has internal issue, but I never really see an official or insider statement. And with the current squad that Man Utd has, and how they perform in the pre-season their performance vs Brighton is definitely not the best they can do. |

To be fair they did a good shill, I think one of the best organic shill among other dApp project. They do a community hackathon and it's very easy for a non-blockchain developer to start building on their platform. I am not saying that all they do is good, and I am aware of the recent hacking issue. The people behind them might be lying about many things, but people like their product, so it's kinda understandable if some people still put their trust on Solana.

Am I the only one seeing that ETH is decoupling from BTC? If this happens and Ethereum becomes a better target for institutional then it is finished, many altcoins depends on Ethereum but the whole market depends on BTC, what do you think will happen
I don't know where did you see this ETH decoupling BTC, but from what I saw on Coinmarketcap, the marketcap gap between BTC and ETH hasn't change significantly. I don't say that it's impossible for ETH to take over BTC, but it will not happened in near future, the Bitcoin adoption is far ahead ETH and ETH price is still depend on BTC price. |

Is there Mining happening on the Pi using mobile apps after they download it to their device? Because to my knowledge, there is no mining going on inside the phone or mobile device. This is a fraud on people, it's also obvious that most people who don't know anything about crypto are being fooled in this matter. Then what you are saying is that the price is around 0.3$ you will buy each pi through your telegram transaction, do you think Sir that its value will increase with what you are doing? My point of view is like this : those casinos with a tagline ' we offer to play with fake money to reduce an addicting to gamble' lol you are luring people to get addicted even more! As once you tried any kind form of gambling with even a fake money .. people would believe that they are always winning in the fake money rounds then why not to give a shot in real money to get easy money as you guys mentioned above that in your community .. the money is hard earned then why not to try an easy money through gambling , that's my point of view.
I live in the community where money is very very hard earned. Lots of people live below the poverty line so they are always struggling to make their ends meet.
So we don't have much left to spend on entertainment. The most - people do is eat out and go to cinema.
We dont gamble and we cannot throw money away life rich people and people living in developed country does.

Tottenham is not a single serious championship contender. Chelsea do have considerably more opportunities, but are of course under Man City. Liverpool have had a bad start. Chelsea have a better team than Tottenham, but at Tottenham you never know how they are going to play. They can literally beat anyone in the PL on a good day, but they can also lose to relegation candidates. I wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea win this match 4-0, for example. True, with departure of Cavani, Ten Haag doesn't have much option of center forward, Ronaldo is the best option for it. But I think keeping selling Ronaldo for another younger forward is better option rather than keeping Ronaldo who already hesitant to play for Man Utd. But instead Ten Haag pushed Eriksen to play as Center Forward on their last match vs Brighton and that didn't end well. |

Collectible NFT is definitely not, their hype is already ended, and it actually has zero utility. Play-to-earn game is already get some hype, but it's not widespread and I think play-to-earn is not too different with how NFT work, I mean it's basically an NFT but used as in-game item, so the only utility is for entertainment and so does the Metaverse, so I don't have high hope for this one. People already talking about Web3 everywhere, but I don't see the actual working product that goes mainstream until now. While Layer 2 will actually help the main problem of so many blockchain project, so I don't know which one will actually become the leader but I might can arrange based on the possibility, that is solely my opinion.

I don't think so, Ethereum will needs massive adoption that would take more than a decade to surpass bitcoin, and that assuming that Bitcoin adoption is slowed down. And I don't think even with the Ethereum 2.0 PoW will not make those possible in near future. My point is that adoption is the key.
