I think a more interesting question is, why does God hide himself from some people but not from others? We hear all these stories about personal experiences with God. How come God chooses to reveal himself in such cases?

For some people, they never had any experience at all. This is mind boggling to me.

Because some people are delusional, while others are not.

God is a mental image or a feeling.  It is a product of an overactive human imagination.

I think this God concept was needed to help us survive in the magical world we saw all around us.

So, the idea of God is an evolutionary adaptation, IMHO.

It is possible, but don't you think it is better to keep an open mind?

No need when there is explicit proof that the god from the bible doesn't exist.

DYOR ape man newbie.

For example you can watch and read testimonies, and stop being newbie with your stupid ignorant questions, level up already.

And you can read testimonies of people seeing aliens, ghosts, demons, bigfoot, etc etc.

The world could not just happen by chance. A supreme being must have necessitated the existence of the universe and that supreme being can be nothing but God

"nothing but God"?

Describe God for me.

His name describes him. The Great I am. (Self existent) If think of describing how we came to exist you will get to the point of who created who or what, or how "x" thing was created, if you take the science approach "The world was formed from the explosion of a bunch of gasses and so on", so my question is: How did those gasses form? From what?

Do you understand English?  Please describe God, in your own words.
You're funny, I just gave you a hint, as stated above you need to read the Bible to understand since you may misunderstand my words with a short description. But... I can give you a hand with that though. He is loving, merciful, just, firm and drastic when He has to.

Ok, I am going to try one more time, since you are slightly retarded.

PLEASE DESCRIBE WHAT YOUR GOD LOOKS LIKE!

Man why are you insulting? I'm not insulting you even though you haven't learned to read at your age, your question should have been how do you physically describe God? Then the answer to that question would be: No man has seen God, I'm talking about the God of the Bible BTW. If your point is if you haven't seen it why do you believe in him; my next question for you will be: Can you please describe helium or air?

Yes we can describe Hellium, we can measure it, test/experiment with it. We can't do that with god because... well, let me give you a hint, it's imaginary, like Harry potter, spiderman or Zeus.

The same thing happens with God, you can't see him, however you can perceive his existence, and also test it (we christians don't put God to the test because it is sin). However haven't you seen people with cancer getting cured after a prayer? Cancer is not present in any tests? I can show you a video of a christian inside of his car in flames, the car resulting completely burned also the interior and him getting removed from the vehicle without a single burn and the bible intact, without a single page burned. What else do you want to prove his existence.

How about people with cancer who died despite the fact that their whole congregation prayed for them?

How about people with cancer who got cured without any praying?

You want to test if the Bible or Christians burn in cars?  Just sit in the car with your Bible on your lap, pour gasoline on you and set yourself on fire, oh, yeah, I forgot, pray as much as you want.  You and your bible will burn.  You don't believe me?  Try it.  I dare you.

What you are describing is impossible, I have never seen anyone get cured from cancer minutes after been diagnosed without a prayer. You didn't even asked me to show you the video which proves you are not interested in seeing the truth but in finding a point of discussion. We cannot put the Lord our God to the test.

How many people have you seen growing back a limb after losing one, despite praying? Yeah, check mate.

This along with multiple full-size images per post helps slide informative posts with straight garbage. Users like this along with organizations like the Flat Earth Society are your greatest allies and all you can do is shit on him, you should feel bad and KYS

Nothing to debunk here. Flat water - flat earth, it is so simple.  That's why you're still on the list.

Research atmospheric refraction-atmospheric lensing: http://flatearth.altervista.org/gallery/MIRAGGI/

I checked your link about mirages/atmospheric refraction. Unfortunately in my video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0ObTd7DLMw you can clearly see the bottom of the ship as well as the top, all your images are ''doubled'' in a way because of the mirage/other effects. However you can clearly see none of those are in my video. Sucks for you..

Consider self-immolation, because a viewer watching a ship sail across the horizon debunks ships going up, over and behind curved water. Perspective, convergence and atmosphereic effects explain precisely what a viewer watching the ship sail away is observing.

While you decide what kind of accelerant to use, ponder the fact the bottom part of the scuttled ship in that video you've posted over and over and over again is a reflection of the area just above it due to a narrow band mirage.

I know you think throwing around this soup of words ''Perspective, convergence and atmosphereic effects explain precisely what a viewer watching the ship sail away is observing.'' Is debunking it but it's not, please explain how exactly and where in the video any of these effects are going on.

This is too cool!  A time laps video of a Soyuz rocket launch taken from the ISS:

More info here:
https://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap181126.html

Hard to believe grown adults can look at this and not realize it's CGI.   One guy in the comment section said it's the most amazing thing he has ever seen.  LOL

At least we finally get to see the stars!

Comments for the video are turned off.

Tell me something, do you eat paint chips for the flavor?

I was able to find a copy on youtube (it's called the search function) that allowed the comments.  Most people were smart enough to know it was CGI, thank god.  No wonder you cherry picked the one with comments turned off.

"Cherry picked"?? Its the vid in the fucking link you quoted you homunculus.

Yeah BUT WHY DIDN'T YOU LOOK AT ALL THE POSSIBLE VIDEOS OF THAT SPECIFIC THING AND FIND THE ONE WITH COMMENTS HUH? FUCKING SHILL.

Still crying like a little bitch?  Batty pwned you yesterday.  Why don't you hop off and find more bullshit for him to debunk.

Still waiting for him to debunk this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0ObTd7DLMw

A wordpress link doesn't mitigate the pages of legal documents that say you cant.

That guy seems to be an expert of auctions...
The author of that site, quoted from his site:
Quote
Mike Brandly began his auction career in 1979.  He is president of Brandly & Associates, Inc. and is an Auctioneer for RES Auction Services, a large real estate auction brokerage based in Ohio. Mr. Brandly’s appraisal company completes over 150 appraisals per year for Probate, Civil and Bankruptcy cases. He holds a weekly auction at his facility in Groveport, Ohio, a twice-monthly car auction for Goodwill Columbus (Ohio,) various on-site auctions and other special-event auctions throughout the United States.

He seems to know his business. What "pages of legal documents" are you talking about? Any source/links?

So you are saying auctions are entirely pointless?

No. I am saying that not all auctions are forced sale auctions.

Even if its legally acceptable, you don't think you are worthy of negative feedback for deceptive practices?

I don't think it was deceptive. It certainly wasn't meant as deceptive. Again, it is common practice in my country (Finland).

Quote
Secondly, that if the seller wants to reserve the right to bid, that such must be disclosed

You didn't disclose your intention to bid, so even your cherry picked source doesn't actually support your position.

You ignored the "almost all state law says" part. Almost all. Not all. Also it's just USA. Different auction standards exist. It's common in Europe, as TMAN has said earlier too, that disclosing such intention to bid doesn't necessarily need to be disclosed.

It's not cherry-picked. You can go search articles about auctioneer bidding, you won't find many.. You'll see the one I found was the first one in google results.

Trust is not the law. It is legal, sometimes, to bid on your own auction but usually, 99% of the times you have to inform the buyers. Bidding on your own auction is pretty scammy behavior in my opinion.

''As it is, there don't seem to be any safety test reports.'' Do you want to confirm this statement?? Because I'm about to show you some reports that show how the test worked, the results and who conducted it, but only if you say you will accept defeat and admit you lost when I show them to you, deal?

LOL! You found a few test reports, eh? Took you long enough.

    Cheesy

I found thousands but are you going to admit you lost when I present them or ignore them as usual? Are you confirming your statement or not? ''As it is, there don't seem to be any safety test reports.''
1352  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated: Guess who is Sicker? on: November 27, 2018, 09:23:53 PM

You can't trust the guy who passes you when you are walking down the sidewalk. Even in New York City where thousands pass each other on the sidewalks, daily. You can't trust any of them. Go live on a mountain top. How about the second highest one... Everest. I know, I know. You are probably there already.

Cool

Well, I trust people, you are the one who doesn't. You also seem to think that the ''government'' or ''cops'' are not people, they are people just like you and me, there is little difference. My point was that if you can't trust the government, then you can't trust anyone, so why are you trusting the guys that are packing your food right now?

The latest major point in this thread was the proof that government is not trustworthy. For the last 32 years, they haven't filed even one safety report regarding vaccines that they were supposed to file. Just scroll back through the last few pages to find the websites regarding this.

What? Are you in government? Is this why you say that we should trust government? Especially when we see that they are not trustworthy? You ARE joking, aren't you?

Cool

''they haven't filed even one safety report regarding vaccines that they were supposed to file.'' Oh god, again, I linked 10 different safety reports they have been filling for decades..

''the National Vaccine Advisory Committee (NVAC), established in 1987, has had regular meetings and published regular reports about vaccine safety''
https://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/research/iomreports/index.html
Then there is the ACC, ACIP, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), etc etc, all of them with plenty of safety reports. You are a liar, dishonest person with Alzheimer's probably since you don't seem to remember much of anything. There you have plenty of vaccine safety reports.

Publishing reports about vaccine safety isn't the same as publishing vaccine safety reports.

Reports about vaccine safety can suggest anything, whether it's true or not.

Vaccine safety reports publish the actual testing done, how the test worked, the results of the test, who you can talk to who actually conducted the test listed in the report, who you can take to court to get them to admit that the test was this way or that under oath, possibly the names of test subjects, and all kinds of other details about the test.

As it is, there don't seem to be any safety test reports. There might be a bunch of reports about safety, but there aren't any test reports where the stuff in the reports about safety was applied to tests, and the test results reported on in detail.

Cool

''As it is, there don't seem to be any safety test reports.'' Do you want to confirm this statement?? If people want to introduce new concepts, I'm all for it but for god's sake, stop trying to change established concepts/words. Gender/sex was already defined, everyone knows it's 2. Age is determined by years, we know what a year is, it's already defined just like age, if you want to introduce some new concept that revolves around age then go ahead but stop trying to change the definition of age or gender just because you ''feel like it''

^^^ A person can watch a ship disappear as it sails away while another person watching the same ship from a side view will not lose sight of the ship. This alone debunks any claims of curvature, I don't need to argue about perspective, convergence, narrow band mirages or the arms length list of atmospheric effects and distortions.

That fact you keep screeching "ships over the curve" and repeatedly post the same video of a scuttled ship is proof you're a fucking shill or at least a double digit retard, retard.

BTW, the noose goes around your neck in case you're having trouble figuring it out.

Oh so now it's a scuttled ship  Grin Grin Of course you would come up with something else seeing that there is no optical illusion whatsoever.

Unfortunately for you it's not. As you can see that's the ship in question, it's a container ship, it is clearly hidden by the curvature, around half of it or even more actually.

Sorry chief.  Having a gaggle of highly compromised instututions pump out reports which often say not very much, and half of that time they actually say the opposite of the 'safe and effective' mantra anyway if one bothers to read them, is NOT the same thing as the legal mandate to supply reports to congress.

Providing fake reports to congress in response to an unambiguous mandate would be a crime.  And likely a very significant crime.  It seems highly likely that nobody had the balls to take that chance and figured it was safer to just pull the 'dog ate my homework' trick.  And it worked for years.

As for VAERS, a lot of doctors who I've heard speak on the subject say it's a joke.  I seem to recall the best estimate about reported complications/issues being around 7%.  Even that 7% is enough to turn real doctors and scientists who are not to lazy (or compromised) to actually look at the data as white as a sheet.

Hey if that's the way you want to use to ignore thousands of safety reports and thousands of other reports about vaccines, that's fine but it's certainly not a very scientific argument to say ''hurr durr'' they are probably just fake or bad. Then again, if that's how you cope with evidence, it's fine.

"Black Arrow, officially capitalised BLACK ARROW,[3] was a British satellite carrier rocket. Developed during the 1960s, it was used for four launches between 1969 and 1971.
