I think this week will end really badly for Manchester City. Because I believe Liverpool, Arsenal and Aston Villa all are in a situation to be able to win their games this week. Liverpool can win against Manchester United home easily while Manchester United are bad at defending. Arsenal should be able to beat Brighton home as well.
Aston Villa are playing an away game against Brentford but Brentford are really bad this season. They were able to win only once on their last 5 game weeks in the league. I don't think they can hold off Aston Villa from winning another game.

I personally was really surprised and disappointed at the results of this game between Nice and Le Havre. Nice this season has been in a very good and somehow excellent form such that they topped the league table at a time and I least expected they will loose to Le Havrein this match, not only did they lose but with a good margin which showed a clear defeat. Le Havre did performed well even with the red card they had they were able to win and I must say their home advantage was such they they did used well enough and it did turned out I'm their favour so I would say it was a deserving win for Le Havre, if Nice continues I'm this form they will further drop points and will not make it any longer to the top four, they have dropped some point already by this match and I think from this match it showed that they have some defensive challenge which they have to fix if they must be able to reduce further conceding of goals in their subsequent fixtures in the Ligue 1 games this season. Indeed, Nice performance has been really good this season, so they defeat in yesterday match was surely disappointed. Now Nice already got two defeats in their away matches, because previously they also lost against Nantez. Personally, I'm also worried that Nice won't be able to stay in the top four if they lose again. It seems like I'm quite behind and yes it's all because Barcelona can only draw against Valencia. Even though this is an away match for Barcelona, it is not appropriate for them to play a draw. Even though Joao Felix opened the scoring for Barcelona first, Valencia didn't want to be left behind and they immediately equalized.
Even though there were still quite a few minutes left before the match ended, Barcelona were also unable to complete their mission and in the end the score ended at 1-1. I saw this game and it was indeed a game Barcelona should have scored four to five goals in the game. Robert Lewandoski not bad and declining as people always say here. He was in the right direction and position but the Valencia goalkeeper was just brilliant to save most of his efforts which could've been a goal. Infact, I didn't see a selfish player last night, they worked hard as a team. Same way Felix scored should have been recreated but Raphina didn't square pass the ball to the far end. Beautiful goal from Hugo, it was his first goal of the season and I know the feeling of scoring against a big side. The defenders of Valancia caused Robert Lewandoski issues so he dropped deep to support the winger's with those passes. Raphina should have scored to seal the win but the substuted player who came into the game made a great blockage. There is no justification when you create whole lot of chances and you are not able to convert more than 1 of them into goal.We should also not justify the players,of course we can justify them with the bad luck and referee impact which is always there but the problem is that the players rush into decisions which could otherwise be converted to goals if they don't rush to do it. A good example of this is Girona who are leading the La Liga and I think will have a great opportunity to extend their lead tomorrow evening when they play at home.I am sure there they will win the game as they have showed several times that they have won games in 90 minute or additional time. |

Did all of my picks with ease yesterday, gut was good enough and Spurs delivered 3 points so I'm very pleased but I am in two minds about Newcastle. Ragged and broken, Almiron dragging his body across the line most games recently, while Fulham have been finding some great connections across their forwards. Harry our old boy really settling in but even Willian is contributing with limited minutes. The latter won't play today nursing a hamstring but Jimenez is also one of my old favourites keen to relight his fire.
