The batting department performed pretty well if you ask me since 180 was a decent score which looked like par on that ground. The bowling department should be blamed more since none of them performed well. Biggest culprit was Arshdeep as usual along with Mukesh Kumar, Siraj etc. They are missing sensational bowlers like Bumrah, Shami etc. The Indian team didn't perform well in batting and bowling in both formats, so these all the performances tell that the Indian team is incomplete without Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and the main all-rounder Hardik Pandeya, and others like Ishan Kishan, Bumrah, and others. Everyone in the Indian team had some issues like Virat and Rohit taking a rest for some time, and Hardik Pandya being injured, and Bumrah and Muhammed Shami being also injured. In Yesterday's match between India and South Africa and in this match, the DLS method was held and due to the DLS method, they decreased the overs from 20 to 15, and this was not good for South Africa because South Africa was batting in the second innings, but South African team didn't make any excuses as I know if India on their place make excuses but they didn't make any and they fight against the Indian best bowlers like Ashwin and more other spinner but they fight till the end, and they never accept the defeat against India. They made 154 runs in only 13.5 overs, thanks to Reeza Hendricks who made 49 runs in only 27 balls. Also, Matthew Breetzke was run out but he was scoring even faster at the strike rate of 228. |

LOL.. Nepal has crawled to 52 against India at the Asian Cricket Council Under-19s Asia Cup. None of the batsmen could score in double digits and top-scorer was Hemant Dhami with 8 runs. Nepal had posted three digit totals against Pakistan and Afghanistan, so this match was a bit disappointing for them. Anyway, they should be proud that they managed to qualify for this tournament. Raj Limbani returned figures of 9.1-3-13-7 for India. India is already above Afghanistan in terms of net run rate, so they will easily qualify for the semi-finals after this match.

Also team India definitely performed very well and who knows some of these player’s could go on to play in main Indian team in coming year’s as even Kohli was discovered when he used to play in the under 19s. India won the match against Nepal with a huge and unbelievable performance. They completed the target in just seven overs, and they won by 10 wickets, and this match was played yesterday, and the Indian team had a great victory, only openers ended the game, and this victory led the Indian team to the Semi Final of this U19 Asia Cup. India just lose their one match against Pakistan and when the Indian U19 team lose against Pakistan so that was such an embarrassing moment for them because they told before the match that their team could do anything, they can easily beat Pakistan that match but Pakistan team won. Anyways there could be still a situation where Pakistan team can meet the India U19 team and believe me seeing them in the knockout of the matches, will be fun to watch. |

The last day occurred the 2nd T20 match between India and South Africa. South Africa won by 5 wickets. South Africa led the 3-match series 1-0. The Afghanistan U19 team will not be defeated by a very big margin. But my guess was wrong. Pakistan's team won easily by 83 runs. Afghanistan U19's top order is quite weak. Apart from Wafiullah, none of the four batsmen in Pakistan's top order could stay at the crease for long. Had the top order batted with some responsibility, the match would have been competitive and Afghanistan would have been able to muster 280/290.
That match of Pakistan with Afghanistan in under 19 was easily almost won by Pakistan because Pakistan bowlers didn't want that any single batsmen of Afghanistan to settle to play in this match that's why they took the 5 wickets of Afghanistan when they completed just 100 runs, and Mohammad Zeeshan don't do good batting in this match he was lost his wicket on 0 runs, and also he is not active to play to balls they lose his wicket on zero and he doesn't get chance to play any ball, he played very well against Nepal, and in today's match don't get a chance because he lost his wicket and against India, he also don't get chance to play because top order did all the things. It is good and very effective but how many persons can actually afford it? There is a fee for each session that lasts for a duration of 60minutes. And there are more than one session. Therapy for gambling addiction is expensive. How can those who are unemployed afford it? How about the college student? Or the person receiving minimum wage. What are the other low cost but very effective solutions to gambling addiction. And typically how long will it take before the addict starts to feel more in control and less withdrawal symptoms?

What I know is that those who are in therapy for gambling addiction seem to have a severe level of addiction. Now I also know that the payment is expensive; that's true. But my only question is: how did the person you are talking about lead to addiction? What is that? Has he been a gambler for a long time, and has he reached a point where he loses a lot of money gambling? Also, if an addict cannot afford the fee for the therapy service, his close family and friends can help him get therapy. I never heard about any therapy for gambling addiction nor i have known if there exist any therapy centers where the gamblers are being treated who are addicted. Do the gambling addicts get healthy again and leave gambling after being treated at these centres??? Of course, these therapy centres (for whatever purpose) are never cheap and one has to pay a good lot of money as it is always thought that only the elite class go to such rehabilitation centres. |

I don’t think regret as an emotion is only felt when someone does something wrong and wishes not to do it anymore later on. Regret can be felt even when you do a good deed and not necessarily a bad or illegal one. You can regret going to a family function because of the events that followed. That doesn’t mean going to the family function is bad.
Yes, Regret is something which can be for positive or negative events but in most cases, it is meant for not achieving anything or doing something that should not have been done, so the loss could be avoided. But I think there shouldn’t be any regrets in gambling as one knowingly makes the decision to partake in gambling knowing fully well the outcome could go either way.
That is why i always emphasize that gamblers should be aware of the gambling pros and cons and should be aware that where they can win, they can loss too. I completely agree, currently Pakistan is second most populated country in ICC but sadly in last 2 decades they are badly going down in stability and economically which is having many issues for them but no one going to accept ground realities which are bringing more problems for them in last two years we are having too many changes which are bringing more problems so with this all I have no positive signs for them in cricket with mostly other games are also ended.
