1381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Duelbits] SCAM Withdrawal Issue on: October 24, 2022, 01:51:25 PM
It irritates me when I see people suggest a campaign manager to contact when a scam accusation has raised for a company. Hhampuz is just the campaign manager and he has no obligation to involve in such cases.
No need to get irritated over everything. Their official account hasn't been online for a while, and it isn't good to see some scam accusations drag on for so long and destroy a service's reputation. Hhampuz does chip in to help and things have worked out positively, that's why he's a great campaign manager.
1382  Other / Off-topic / Re: What about a smartphone keyboard on: October 23, 2022, 09:53:22 PM
can these hacks happen on a mobile smartphone too?
Android phones to be precise.
Absolutely! In fact, android devices are the most targeted among mobile phones because of a higher user base.

This is one of the few examples I just searched MysteryBot – the Android malware that’s keylogger, ransomware, and trojan

Like a common saying goes, "No system is 100% secure". Where it involves your personal data or money, be paranoid.
1383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Censorship be the end of the Ethereum Network? on: October 23, 2022, 09:23:55 PM
Although I’m sure they’ll try to steer Bitcoin towards PoS first to make their job easier.
They are already trying this with the stupid Bitcoin mining energy consumption agenda. Ethereum fell for the trap and what worsened was their very high transaction fees... lol

POS or not, Ethereum is still a very large network compared to other altcoins. From the beginning, their selling points were transaction fees and smart contracts. I don't think any other shitcoin like BNB will overtake them in terms of adoption, but they certainly will drop further down way from Bitcoin from many points.
1384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ethereum be profitable anytime in the future? on: October 23, 2022, 08:45:49 PM
With change in algorithm and rising electricity bills can mining ethereum be profitable again in the future?
The new algo is POS, where one doesn't have to worry about the rising electricity bills like it was with POW, but I doubt if staking will be as profitable as mining was via the POW algorithm. Remember, one of the reasons ETH mining was lucrative was because of the very high gas fees.
1385  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Duelbits] SCAM Withdrawal Issue on: October 23, 2022, 07:19:55 PM
Sorry about the inconvenience, I do hope DuelBits come around and get this situation sorted as soon as possible. $16,654.00 is no small amount!
If the situation goes on for so long without any result, I suggest you PM Hhampuz to see if he can help get in touch with the owners of the casino but be rest assured you will get back your money if you didn't breach any terms of service.

I'm just following a template here but I need to re-upload images properly.
Thanks in advance.

1386  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: n1bet.com - BIG SCAM AND FRAUD on: October 22, 2022, 09:58:09 PM
I know reviews from trustpilot are not to be completely trust, but it has a handful of reviews there, most of them being negative - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.n1bet.com
My gut tells me the casino is a complete scam. How did you land on this scam sportsbook OP, and why did you prefer using it compared to the reputable ones we already have?
1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 22, 2022, 09:27:46 PM
Lol... Why would I not know a bit about Real Madrid's transfer policy when Figo, Zidane and Ronaldo played for Real in 2002?
Since you claim to know so much... for starters, how old were those super starters when Real Madrid signed them. How old are Mbappe and Haaland right now? Have they already hit their primes?

Do you think Real Madrid can fail to sign Haaland away from City sometime to come in future if they wanted?

By your Logic, Real Madrid should have signed every superstar that happened to exit at that time. So how come the super rich blancos failed to sign Thierry Henry, Oliver Kahn, Michael Ballack, Pavel Nedvěd, Ronaldinho to name but a few?

Quote
They have been buying the superstars whilst educating their own top players. Would the three have played for Real at the same time if sheikh or other business money (for example as in the case of Chelsea) had already entered the sport?
Chelsea entered business in 2003, What stopped the 3 from moving to Chelsea?

Quote
Manchester City was bought in 2008, PSG in 2011. Mbappe wouldn't be playing for City or PSG now, not ever. Neither would Neymar or Messi. Haaland wouldn't be playing for Manchester City.
... and Thierry Henry wouldn't have played for more than one season for Arsenal or CR7 for Manchester United because why not? Real Madrid's money was more powerful  Roll Eyes

Quote
I am convinced that back in 2002, that is a good 20 years ago, there would have been a significant chance for Haaland or Mbappe or both to already be playing for Madrid. Not as a replacement for the aforementioned three, that wasn't my point. My point was that money simply changed a lot. We might see that again with Newcastle. How would your history argument apply when such a club wins the Champions League or the PL? It doesn't apply anymore, it's nonsense.
What is nonsensical is you thinking that when a club has a lot of money, they can have all the players they want. Sometimes players go to certain clubs for History. Haaland or Mbappe are still young players who haven't even hit their primes. No one knows if they will play in their respective clubs forever.
1388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 21, 2022, 09:53:31 PM
Campaign? Why and where do you see a so called campaign?
Do I have to define to you what a campaign means? Come on.

Quote
I think people mostly look at their screens, see some games from the teams, know the players and their shape very well and then give their educated guess. I think there can't be much doubt that Manchester City has always been at least among the top favorites, but it is also a fact that the teams are very close to each other anyway. We don't watch soccer because one team wins 10-0 all the time.
Let's say what is happening in the Champion's league right now being similar to England being top favorites ahead of record Champions Brazil because of the media hype they have... Oh, well, at least England had some history from 1966. Let's use USA as an example. Do you see it making any sense?

Meanwhile, every success that Brazil tries to achieve. They just call it luck  Grin

Quote
Real has had a phase where they really didn't play very well. Without the lucky punches it would have been over, but they got their lucky punch.
"Lucky Punch"
Some of you people really amaze me. I wonder if some of you folks even ever played football at a competitive level. This is no dice game, more or so if the winner emerges after a full tournament(s)

Quote
20 years ago, Haaland and Mbappe would already be playing for Real Madrid together. Money changed a lot of things and it might keep changing things even further.
You certainly don't know Real Madrid's transfer policy was 20 years ago. Stop making guess work.

Quote
Better season this year for Haaland or Benzema? I think Haaland, but might Benzema be the decisive striker in a game between them? Of course that could be the case, but if I had to choose (the billion dollars you know), I would go with Haaland.
Let's leave that for the end of season to decide. There are a lot of factors to consider, including injury.

1389  Economy / Speculation / Re: My advice to you regarding bear markets. on: October 21, 2022, 08:35:30 PM
The chart caught my attention, though. I think there is some different opinion in regard to the condition of the market between 2018 and 2020. Many, including, consider it as a bear market. Not a mini-bull market in between. Bitcoin hovered between 3,000 to 10,000 for a very long time, way below the 20K all time
1390  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this possible? on: October 21, 2022, 08:03:59 PM
Dang, I could not imagine people buying this to mess with people, although I was expecting somehow that these kinds of cable exists anyway since it is USB.
Or you just buying it unknowingly and cheaply as a replacement to your old or spoiled mobile USB cable from one of those online shopping sites like Aliexpress only for you to plug it into your PC while trying to charge or tethering the phone to PC  Grin
1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 20, 2022, 09:52:04 PM
Real Madrid are also the top favourites for the trophy,
The biased media doesn't wanna know. They would rather make Tottenham favorites and not Real Madrid. When Real Madrid won it for 3 consecutive times, they were not labelled as favorites at the beginning of each campaign.

So this current campaign, Manchester City are still considered top favorites according to them despite having close to zero history in the UCL tournament.
1392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra smash-buys $139M Bitcoin, wallet reaches 31,000 BTC on: October 20, 2022, 09:33:03 PM
The wallet began amassing colossal amounts of Bitcoin on Jan. 21 and has not sold a single satoshi."
This aged well  Grin

While such huge demand is usually good for the market, I do see some issues in such cases if the buying entity is a cash Rich corporate. with such huge amount of bitcoin in their coffers, they hold the power to smoothly manipulate the market. This is something must not happen in the crypto market. Too much of wealth centralization is not good in real world as well as in crypto world. You never know who is taking interest on what!
Don't tell me you don't know yet what happened in the May 2022 Crypto crash and all the user funds that ended up getting locked up in different DeFi platforms
1393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BSV the end. on: October 20, 2022, 08:36:06 PM
And people still believe this scam shitcoin has been alive to this date?

The shitcoin has been long dead. In fact, it died as soon as it was forked. All that Craig Wright (Faketoshi) has been doing were just mere kicks of a dying horse that couldn't even be resuscitated
1394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 20, 2022, 08:28:27 PM
There is no doubt that Manchester City will get to the finals of the Champions League and they are also the strongest contenders for the title. You can see it in their team they are so strong and determined to face any team in the world.
Isn't this what you people keep saying every season thanks to English media and their hype?

They were also as strong as this last season, the difference is the Halaand addition to the team. Manchester City is the Ballon d'or team of the year and they are also going to maintain the award but this time around as the Champions League tittle winners if possible.
Ballon d'or team of the year team of the year my ass. It didn't even deserve to be in second place.

How does a team that beat French Champions, English Champions, UCL defending Champions and Liverpool end up third on top of winning La Liga, UCL, Spanish super cup and UEFA super cup?
1395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Realizing the value of holding cash on: October 19, 2022, 09:58:08 PM
I am running out of money from buying all these amazing coins and tokens, because I know they are at the bottom.
Not all coins/tokens will go up again in the next bear market. Remember that.  I have some ugly experience from the previous bear market, trying to hold onto shitcoins that never saw the light of day in the 2021 bull run.

But yeah, the best time is buy is when the market looks unattractive, the best time to sell is when the market looks very good. Do not be so greedy.
1396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Possible ETH Exploit in the wild ! on: October 19, 2022, 09:44:37 PM
But this is definitely not a hack, otherwise all the savings would be stolen.
I am not technical guy but some analysists have confirmed that it's an attack of sorts where the hacker profits from returned gas fees

1397  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this possible? on: October 19, 2022, 08:44:49 PM
The most common scenario is through a keylogger, which is some form of surveillance tool that is used to monitor every keystroke you make on your device. The recorded keystrokes which may include the victim's log in credentials are then sent to the hacker.

A keylogger can either be in form of a software or hardware. But for the hardware to be used, the hacker has to physically access your device and install it.
1398  Economy / Reputation / Re: Goodbye Pandukelana2712 - Thanks for your contribution. on: October 19, 2022, 08:29:50 PM
I remember Pandukelana2712, His username popped up a dozen times in the gambling discussion boards if I recall well, though it's now a distant memory, and then he disappeared. Little did I know that he died.

He seemed to be a cool-headed guy. May his soul rest in peace.

I think the Admin can do something about the account if you send a request to him.
1399  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam by YoYa for $50 on: October 18, 2022, 09:47:31 PM
For the record I don't have any sympathy for OP. Both OP and YoYa was doing unethical ID verification. But this case makes me realize that people are at risk to response Yoya's service thread and he will not pay them later. This deserves a tag with warning which I am going to leave on his wall.
I think a red flag is also equally important, especially for newbies and guest users. So I am creating one

1400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The future of Axie Infinity on: October 16, 2022, 09:55:30 PM
I just doubt they will... I think axie is going to end up going down as another shitcoin
Just like the path every other hyped token has gone through before even after raising a lot of funds. Coins like EOS still keep echoing in my mind whenever I think about a very "successful ICO"

Edit: looks like they raised $153 million at the start of 2021, I wonder what that was spent on.
