This doesnt make sense at all. If you are gambling then you should only gamble with what you can afford to lose. If fortunejack refunds you then they will need to refunds everyone that lose as well, that totally doesnt make sense at all. Their rebates term has clearly been stated that you need to be the top 3 within one week, it is your fault for not reading

Think about it, maybe it will start to make sense eventually for you. "WE RETURN 20% OF YOUR LOSSES" was very clearly stated. Nowhere on this sign did it say "Unlucky Jack Promo" or "Only 3 players (so probably not you)" How is it my fault that they have misleading advertisements on their own site? I want to share my experience with promo Jack's Favorite.
This week i played in each games of the promo. I played over than 0.2 in every games. So appears me a green sign in each games and a phrase like that "Congratulation you're now eligible for Jack's Favorite".
But... today i discover (sending a message at FortuneJack) that i'm not eligible 'cause they say i played only 0.1995 on Binary Trade!
So, i explain that the green sign appears in each games of the promo Jack's Favorite... but the only answer i received was that i played only 0.1995 on Binary Trade!
I think that's not the way to solve the problems... 'cause if i know that i'm short of 0.0005 btc to arrived at the 0.2 request i play to match it (i played much more than 0.2 in other games!) - and in my balance appears me a green message of "Congratulation" and a green sign on the Binary game!!!
I think they are not correct in this case...
