1401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty on: January 08, 2021, 03:38:20 PM
hi, here I am a new participant in this forum, here I want to ask how to find out the bounty bounty information that I want to follow is fraudulent or genuine, please explain

Simply through making research regards them. Try looking on the whitepaper if it does have duplication then that is fraud and you should stay away from it. The other things you need to look at are the developer, the road map and more just do your own research. As a recommendation, I think you focus more on participating in a signature campaign rather than in a bounty campaign simply because yeah bounty could even provide great rewards however, it would be a lot difficult looking for them, most of them are just scam, unlike signature campaign which is more certain in giving rewards. But before that, you must first mind working on your rank though because I doubt you will be accepted having that rank, even in bounty the lowest rank they could accept is jr. member, make it a full member at least.
1402  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Resistance From $30K-$40K? on: January 08, 2021, 03:10:13 PM
After Hitting 40K we are seeing another correction in the market which seems healthier than long peak after a sudden surge because huge dump in percentage will leads to panic selling which may trigger the early bear trend as well.

I think I'm betting now that it will not continue to rise to $50k, who agrees with me? The bull run is just so huge, I can't believe we will be at $50k soon without experiencing some correction, I believe it's necessary to have it before we start it again.
Who knows but looking on the movement it's more likely we're heading on it right now. Yes, there could be some resistance but my bet is it will bounce back creating a new ATH at $50k. Not sure though when perhaps, before this month ends but looking at it now it could happen any day, with this rapid increase it is plausible. Besides, everyone still keeps pushing it so we might even see more than that so. I having thought that there will be big resistance will happen after reaching $50k.
1403  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin hits $40k on: January 08, 2021, 02:18:53 PM
I hope bitcoin will go to $50K in this month...
Don't worry because it will definitely will. With this rapid growth, we might reach it within a couple of days. The current price now is $41k so reaching $50k wouldn't be that hard. Besides, I don't institutions are done accumulating, we are just on the beginning of the run we might witness even more $50k so just keep tight and have patience because we are about to hit the moon! And before that happen I think you should also start procuring your stash.
1404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crpto investment in 2021 on: January 07, 2021, 04:52:15 PM
Anyone have the idea for the best Crypto to invest in early 2021 for gaining high profit value
None other than Bitcoin and Ethereum. These two coins have been performing too well making their new ATH now. As for Bitcoin as you can tell how rapid the price is going and if it does continues it might even reach $100k this year. For Eth it now also set its new ATH even though the ETH 2.0 sooner to come, imagine what will happen if this new ETH release on the market. There a lot of cryptos that have been performing too well all you need to do is make your own research.
1405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc and alts on: January 07, 2021, 04:27:17 PM
No one can really predict what would be the price of the Bitcoin and the altcoins actually no one can 100% predict it right all of us are just basing on the available resources. Currently what I see on the market is that the Bitcoin pumps and the altcoin were about to go rally.
Indeed. We can create our own TA or speculation regards this but this is not a hundred percent for sure because Cryptocurrencies especially Bitcoin cannot be precisely predicted. However, one thing is for sure if Bitcoin pumps, alts will follow, and in some rare cases, alts rise first then next Bitcoin. Like now where Bitcoin started the rally and now alts are also beginning to make an entry.

Do you think this is a good time to buy Bitcoin?
Whatever time you want because every time is a good time to buy Bitcoin and now the outcome will only depend on how you will manipulate or manage the process. Like if you are a holder, supposedly you are now in the where you need to make a sell but you could choose to buy now and take this opportunity because Bitcoin is still growing.
1406  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if Bitcoin drops to $15,000? on: January 07, 2021, 12:02:17 PM
If Bitcoin drops to $15,000, many institutions would likely load up and drive it closer to $100,000. Thoughts?
It's pretty obvious don't you think? If bitcoin does fall $15k or even more then that would be an opportunity not only in institutions but also for the individual to load up and reaching $100k USD is now kinda feasible right now due to the fact that the growth is rapidly increasing. It is likely a cycle, if Bitcoin dumps everyone will buy, and if Bitcoin pumps they will sell. That's just a typical scenario, you don't even need to think anything more than that, just buy at low and sell at high.
1407  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin gradually clinching to $40k on: January 07, 2021, 11:30:03 AM
In recent time we have seen bitcoin constantly increasing in price and at the moment bitcoin price is $32,390 which is a record breaking. I believe before the middle of next week we are going to see the new all time high of $40k, what is your take on this?
Well, the price is now on the $37k mark and $40k is can now reach anytime. I believe that $40k will happen perhaps in a couple of days or next week. I don't think the rally was over because institutions keep pushing so I think we may have seen it $50k at the end of this month. No any sign of bearish so it will keep going I think, just make sure that you have an exit point and don't be greedy. We will have a more couple of ATH coming because the growth was rapidly increasing.
1408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: January 06, 2021, 04:08:00 PM
what's the purpose of so many cryptos?
Technically, every each token has a different use case and purposes, so that might be the answer you are looking for. A lot of it is just created for nothing especially those who died early release and there are some only created to scam people. Some are trying to beat Bitcoin or should I say to compete with it but I don't think will be able to. There can be good cryptos too and they're undeniably useful, usually, they are the only one who always succeeds. One of the main reasons as well is that developers are trying to get profit from their ideas and creating a token is another way of raising a fund.
1409  Economy / Speculation / Re: What you'll do when BTC price will go down heavily and fast? on: January 06, 2021, 03:35:26 PM
assuming the history of BTC from 2017 - 2018 will repeat this year, what you'll do with your BTC?
Perhaps I might just do like what I had done before like buying at a cheap price. However, this also depends on my entry point, if I enter the market near its peak price then I might just hold it until the next rally because it will be a big loss if I will sell it right away so better if I hold it. If I enter a good spot where I already have a profit then I might just liquidate it and buy it again if it falls really hard. I won't place it into some altcoins because most of the altcoins are just following the track of Bitcoin, if it falls and so do the alts( Not entirely though because there are still some alts can be pretty good too).
1410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler who manages to beat the casino through cheating on: January 06, 2021, 02:49:31 PM
The 5th one is quite ridiculous though, I mean I don't imagine someone will do that lame tricks yet he managed to get millions with that. Anyway, cheating is unacceptable in every aspect even in gambling so there's nothing to be applauded with that because they didn't play in fair. Imagine everyone is striving hard to win gambling even though luck isn't the side of them and there are cheaters who are winning without any difficulties, that was really unacceptable. Regarding the MIT team, does it count cheating because as far as I know, they've been using math in doing this one, does it count? They were pretty amazing btw.
1411  Economy / Speculation / Re: When and How much low on next Bear Market? on: January 06, 2021, 02:15:43 PM

1) Where do you guys predict the bull market to end?
Actually, it is hard to tell because I think the bull run is just starting and there's no sign right now, in fact, it still continues surging up. Perhaps, institutions are not yet done accumulating. Thereby, I think the rally will run more several months. I don't know when exactly it will end because it is still beyond the knowledge of people after all.

Quote
2) What is your prediction of the lowest price bitcoin will go again on next bear market?
Well, if Bitcoin does continue to grow even more and I don't think it will fall more than $20k because if you will think, today's growth is now much stronger and firm because institutions, large companies and more are now venturing up, to simply say massive adoption unlike we had before which is only caused by FOMO.
1412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I miss the good old days on: January 06, 2021, 10:50:43 AM
I miss the good old days. I had to sell my bitcoin over the years because of medical bills and I wish I had some, bitcoin was a big part of my life for a decade. I'm extremely depressed.

Not just about the money but I miss running 10 nodes to help bitcoin, paper wallets, all the websites, mining, vanitygen, so many memories flood back. I remember my BFL and KNC miners, Bitinstant, Amir Taaki and I still have my alpaca socks. I did so many escrows back in the day.

I'm finding it impossible moving on with my life and in a deep depression, it's like losing my life partner, bitcoin basically became my life. Please no donations, just support.
It was really sad but I hope you don't regret selling those Bitcoins because you could still earn them back unlike someone's life. I mean that's one of the reasons why we keep earning aren't we? We earn because we prepare it for our future or emergency cases so you should not regret it. Besides, you already have prior knowledge regards these things so coming back won't be that difficult for you. It's never been too late to invest in Bitcoin after all so just grab all the opportunities ahead and you'll surely make an epic comeback. Anyway, I'm giving you all my support and I salute you mate.
1413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fast ways to lose money trading on: January 05, 2021, 03:21:38 PM
Trading is extremely difficult and energy consuming. The main thing that is important to understand is that without a concrete plan and strategy, you will not be able to move smoothly.
But having a plan is not enough; it is much more difficult to stick to it. For me personally, this is problem number one.
They say it's easy to make a plan but hard to follow it. I think in trading, what you need are different types of experiences so you will be more aware on the consequences when trading badly. For me, trading won't be profitable at all and will left you empty pocket if you don't know the best entry and exit. If you think you are losing much already, then always know when to make an exit.
Quite true and this also applies in managing our emotions. It is easier to be said that you will be able to handle the things up but when the real things came up most of us lose our cool and messed it up. But I believe that it can be still able to control it, with practice and experience will you will make it. Trading can be pretty risky and this could be compared to gambling if you have no knowledge regards it so if you want to lose money this could be the best way. Anyway, having an exit and entry point was greatly necessary, it is recommended to have a plan, you should know your limitation because being greedy will not give you anything but a loss.
1414  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction has started? on: January 05, 2021, 02:31:24 PM
We are seeing a new kind of correction something that will benefit the community and continue theiur trust once their are corrections, the market is quick to recover once there is a correction, correction is a good opportunity to buy more coins so many investors made profits from these corrections.
Indeed. I think having a correction now is much better because this will give an opportunity for newcomers or folks to procure more Bitcoins, by that way we will have more uprise coming. Besides, gladly the correction only made a subtle decrease so there's no reason for late holders to worry about it. Anyway, it seems Bitcoin is now getting back it again leaving a $31k mark at this point.
1415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good mobile wallet on: January 05, 2021, 11:05:19 AM
Hi!

I just wanted to use bitcoin.com wallet for android and it warned me because of high transaction fees (around 20 $).
I cancelled and started a new transaction and it did not warn me again (around 8$).
This was maybe 30 seconds apart and I have no idea what to think about this but is this maybe a cheap way to advertise BCH?

If yes I want to switch software of course. Which software for android is trustworthy?

Thx for all recommendations!

Reagards!
Honestly, I've been using a lot of wallets. For multi-wallet, I've been using Trust wallet to receive Bitcoin, ETH, and more. For more security, I have also been using Electrum since I don't have any hardware wallet yet. I have also been using our local currency where I can able to convert my tokens into local currency which is partnered with some banks. Through it, I can able to cash it out. I choose the mobile wallet according to its popularity and those have good reviews to mitigate the risk. But if you have enough money I would recommend for you to have a hardware wallet because that way it provides better security.

1417  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin have jump to $27000, can this be maintain by 2021? on: January 01, 2021, 03:02:43 PM
it will look very impressive if this trend continues, but I think we need some mid-year corrections to make things look good, if the spike continues it is feared that the decline could exceed expectations.
so it is better for each increase to be accompanied by a correction to create a solid foundation.

We can hope in this Q1 that the price can still increase as we see the price now can be at $29k, which is a good start in the new year. The bitcoin price wants to increase more, although the red candle appears on the market, so we should wait for a while, and if you think that there is a good time to buy more or sell more, you should analyze before doing something. If there is a correction that comes to the market, we hope the correction will not make the price drops too deep. But it clear to us that this year can be a good year for all of us.
Indeed, having this amount of Bitcoin we shouldn't just make sell or buy right now, it would be better if we will think more wisely if it is worth to take the risk and buy at this point. Honestly, we don't know exactly when doest correction will enter but it seems institutions and whales are still kept pushing it so correction might be sooner, regardless we still need to be wary about these, better to be secure than never. Don't be afraid of the correction because I am pretty sure that it wouldn't be like as we had before because the growth today is firm and not just because of FOMO. Just like what everyone is expecting I also believe that it would be fruitful like we had in the last 2 months of the year.
1418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the power of HOLD and believe on: January 01, 2021, 02:22:44 PM
as we know, the price of Bitcoin had a bear run in 2018 with the lowest price at $3k on Dec 17, 2018 and now the price of Bitcoin has reached $25k and this is the new ATH price for Bitcoin, so if you buy Bitcoin in 2018 and HOLD until now, then you can get a profit of more than 700% and I also congratulate those of you who HOLD or bought Bitcoin in 2018 when the price of Bitcoin dump.
If you hold that long then that was commendable because it is nearly impossible for anyone who will hold that long because when day saw Bitcoin reaching around $10k they might probably sell already. Upon holding there's a limit because it is always not working on our side. I mean you might be seeing a good price right now like $29k at this point and still growing but we never knew when this will end thus why having a target point sell or goal is highly recommended, you don't want to miss the opportunity. Holding was not bad in fact its a good strategy and I've been using it but you should when to have your exit.
1419  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What we do that leads us to be hacked or scam on: December 30, 2020, 02:59:41 PM
Your examples are old scam methods. many of people know this scam and this percentage will decrease with the passage of days.
scammers are developing their tricks and you won't find many of them using these old ways.

Stop displaying your emails in public and do not reply or click on any link. Use 2Fa verification on a secure offline device.
Do not download unreliable programs and educate yourself, as it is the most powerful shield.
They definitely an old scam method yet some folks are still falling into these kinds of tricks. Anyway, as we learned how to avoid these things, scammers also improve in making such new methods just to gain and harm others. That is why if it hypothetically happens that you already fall into this kind of scheme(which I hope not) you must share the experience of yours so that others could be aware and avoid experiencing these horrible things. As an individual, we must be always knowledgable regards this kind of activity because ignorance is not an excuse, scammers will take this opportunity to make gains out from you. As much as possible do not only think twice but rather think as much as you can before engaging in any activity.
1420  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't buy what you can't hodl. on: December 30, 2020, 02:18:06 PM
So easy to say but very hard to follow Especially for long term investors. It's never a pleasant thing to invest in a coin and then watch your investment go low. I have come to realize that in any situation of the market, patience is much needed and also your choice of coins for investment and time of investment also matters. A simple way out is to plan your funds, dont fomo, buy at more dip, take profit at intervals.
Just like what you have said it is easier to be said than to be done, if the situation is already been there it would really difficult to manage the pressure that is why we should always work on controlling our emotions, having a plan could also be better. Upon choosing the coin to invest in, pick those coins that will certainly provide a profit, and stay away from the risky coin. Yes, they could be profitable compared to those certain ones but they also possess a great amount of risk which is not recommended if you have no much knowledge towards it. Investing in trusted coins like the top listed coins in CMC will more likely secure a profit.
