It has nothing to do with being transparent or shady. Its about not being registered with SEC but accepting US customer's money. The same reason BTC-e has been taken down. Even if the ICO blocks US customers, ICO token will be traded on Polo/Bittrex. So, US traders will touch it and thereby bitDice will end up breaking US laws.
I'm not really sure how US laws work out but if the customers are buying tokens from a website that is operated from the US,isn't it the website's fault that is allowing the sales of tokens to the US customers ? Shouldn't the third party exchange like polo be verifying if the request placed for a xyz coin isn't coming from a US customer ? I doubt BitDice is to be blamed for it. Doesn't make any sense to. If Polo/Bittrex does not list a coin, that's already a bad news for that coin. Moreover, even if it is listed on Bitfinex or some other non-US exchange and an US customer trades it, then its trouble again. BTC-e was not in US, but US law enforcement has taken it down. There's got to be a way to have bitdice non-responsible for trades of its tokens by restricted users. Anybody who can enlighten us? |

Your Balance will be locked while bonus is active. You can cancel bonus at any time.
Bonus must be wagered 55x to became a part of your balance. According to your terms, the bonus was not part of his balance, so the 5 BTC win was solely generated by his 2 BTC deposit. 55x wagering requirement of 2 BTC bonus = 110 BTC to wager. Minus 23% (25 BTC) already wagered = 85 BTC left to wager to get the 2 BTC bonus 1% house edge of 85 BTC to wager = 0.85 BTC loss. So if you restore his account balance of 9 BTC (2 BTC deposit + 5 BTC win + 2 BTC bonus) and he will wager the required 85 BTC to get the bonus, he will statistically lose 0.85 BTC and his account will be statistically 8.15 BTC instead of the only 2 BTC deposit you gave him! Nope, I do not think that they really need to pay him 7 btc, because he started with 2 btc, no matter they win or lose the only way to get this fair is to give him back what balance he start deposit. This is like he resetting their amount back to the start, so everything will be no affect on it anymore, this is seems fairly to him. I think duckdice red tagged should clear right now It does not play any role what he had at the start or what he did 1 year ago! Relevant is only the point when they misleaded him to click the |Cancel Bonus| button. At this point his balance was worth 7 BTC + 1.15 BTC bonus after wagering the remaining 85 BTC to clear the 2 BTC bonus = 8.15 BTC. No one would cancel his whole account balance! 1) If he do no want his account balance, he would simply leave 2) If he continues to play, nothing worse than his account balance = zero can happen Now tell me what is the reason to cancel your whole account balance instead of proceeding with 1) or 2)? He did not complete the wagering requirement, we can't simply say statistically while involve in gambling. In most religions I know of gambling is a sin as it promotes greediness in people and some sort of inequality among people when they make a lot of money, but of course others might argue that in some rare cases it elevates one standard of living such that the come from rags to riches which removes them from suffering. Gambling is sin from religious point of view. It is destructive in nature because the gamer gets addicted to it. After addiction, majority loses all in order to double their money. All are not wise like you. If you are making profit continuously, that is just because your odds are with you. Religious rules are made to be dealt with responsibly, gambling is strictly prohibited by religion but if we do not imply what is implied as negative elements such as injuring others, self-destructing, then gambling is still worth doing, besides religious law, there is still a positive law we can do. Gambling can be Morally wrong and legally wrong if: moral : if gambling makes you destroy yourself or others.etc. Legal : if you gamble in prohibited areas. Or gamble without permit. |

This campaign pays in BTC, pre and after the fork. Any potential alternative chains with adjusted network rules do not influence this, we're a bitcoin paying campaign, not a campaign paying in altcoins. Yes sir I understand that. Thing is, if only we were paid on time last round(and have kept btc in a storage where we have private key), then after August 1, I should have BCC to pay my lender.
Personal trouble that I am facing and I just don't know what to do. (but I guess that is my problem)

Yolodice would not support BCC just like most gambling sites. Great. Will you guys have a maintenance on Aug 1 or the site will be open? But our payday for being in the signature campaign for the site fall on this day August 1st. So if it does affect any bitcoins in out wallets what are you going to do to ensure we can withdraw before then without any issues? Maybe issuing the payments tomorrow the 30th instead of waiting until July31st-August 1st would need to be done to ensure everybody is able to withdraw their bitcoins off the site in a timely and orderly fashion. For a site that was registered only last October 2015 (657 days) and will be celebrating its 13 Billionth bet, that means this site is handling 19 million bets a day, that s an added milestone to the site and a great achievement.
