Okay so you restored the wallet using the seed, and you still can't see the bitcoin you have. But can you see the address you used for receiving funds in your addresses tab? If not, then you must've imported it from somewhere else. |

Did you create a standard wallet where you were given a seed, or did you just import your addresses from somewhere else? If the latter, then there's no way to retrieve your funds sadly, not from Electrum anyway.

It's safe to use but there's no guarantee that the other party won't charge back after you release the bitcoins (if you're the one selling) So if you're going this route, and instead of trading with one person for big amounts, do smaller amounts with multiple individuals. You should also check the (recent) feedback of the person you're dealing with. Which payment methods you're going to use though? If you're already willing to submit your documents to use Binance's P2P platform, why not just use a reputable CEX and buy directly from it? The rates might be a bit higher, but at least you're eliminating the risk. |

ربما المقصود بالدعم هو أنه صار بامكان المستخدمين من مصر توثيق حساباتهم باستخدام عناوين مصرية و ليس بالضرورة ان التداول أصبح مشروعا. على كل أنا لم أجد مقالات أخرى أو نقاشات حول الخبر.
هناك نسبة كبيرة من مستخدمي الكريبتو موجودون في مصر و يبدو أن لا أحد منهم مهتم بهذه الاعلانات مادام بامكانهم استخدام المنصات دون الرجوع الى قرارات الدولة. منصة بينانس توفر ملاذا امنا نسبيا يمكنهم استخدامه.
في الحقيقة الأمر أكبر من ذلك، لأنه قد لا يظهر الموقع الرسمي للمنصة ذلك لكن على حسب المقال يمكن للمستخدمين ربط حساباتهم البنكية بالمنصة و بيع و شراء البيتكوين مباشرة عن طريق العملة المحلية و الذي على حد علمي، هو أمر لا توفره منصة بينانس بعد |

يبدو أن تم تهكير الاف المحافظ (محفظة سلوب و فانتوم الخاصة بسولانا) و افراغ محافظ المستخدمين.
لا يوجد معلومات كثيرة حول العملية و سبب حدوثها بالتحديد، لكن المرجح أن للمشكل علاقة بالمحافظ و ليس بالشبكة نفسها.

Have you tried to like use the cards on some online banking platform and then use the funds to buy bitcoin afterward? If you can manage to load your Transferwise or Skrill account with that card, that would probably be the best option because I know you can then get 1:1 (last time I checked) for your Wise funds on Binance P2P.

The exchange transaction between my Exodus wallets BTC to ETH. As I mentioned before, I passed KYC identity verification previously
and have done the same again at the time this happened. The question is how did they withdraw the funds from my wallet?
Did they logged in into my account?
As I previously mentioned, they can't access your wallet. If you used the built-in instant-exchange (and not FTX)... It should be something like this: You send them the BTC (to their personal wallet) -> You wait until the transaction gets confirmed -> They run KYT[1] (or something similar) -> If everything is good, then they send you the ETH. If not, they ask you to verify your identity first. It was you who sent them the bitcoin when you initiated the trade. Everything happens automatically in the background without you having to copy/paste the address and amount. Here's a good and simple explanation about the dust limit: The dust limit is not actually fixed, technically - it varies based on the type of output. 546 satoshis is simply the most commonly known one, for a p2pkh output. Being the longest-lived output type, I suspect some wallets/blog posts/literature might treat it as a hard coded dust limit.
As to how to arrive at 546 satoshis, we must first know what "dust" means. A dust output is an output which costs more to spend, than it is worth. In other words, an X BTC output that costs >X to spend, is a dust output. This is directly proportional to the amount of data required to spend an output, since fees in bitcoin are commonly denoted "per-byte". The more bytes you must add to your tx to spend an output, the higher its dust threshold.
A very basic tx consisting of 1 p2pkh input (~148 bytes), and 1 p2pkh output (~34 bytes) comes out to 182 bytes. The dust limit is 3 times this number (assuming a relay fee of 1 satoshi), or 182*3 = 546 sats.
For more complex txs, such as p2sh, this number is larger. For less space-intensive ones such as the newer segwit options, this number would be lower.

Yes, that could be it. They will probably ask you for a proof of income if they haven't already. Next time, If you want to avoid KYC when dealing with large amounts, I would recommend going with an exchange like OKX where the KYC policy is more clear. You only have to submit your documents when you want to exceed a certain withdrawal amount. It's less convenient than trading within the wallet obviously, but at least you know your limits ahead. |

I think the Exodus in-app exchange is ShapeShift, so probably they were the ones that froze your assets for some reason. According to this support article, they are also working with FTX. Having your assets blocked is unfortunately one of the dangers of using centralized exchange platforms. I doubt it's FTX. It's probably the in-app exchange, but they'll have to tell him which one he used (assuming that it's not already visible in the details of the transaction) because Exodus uses multiple providers and not just a single one. |

صحيح قمت بشراء سلع لم اكن اعلم انها غير قانونية في الجزائر من موقع امازون ودفعت ثمن شحنها اغلى من السلعة بحد ذاتها وانتظرت كثيرا وفي الاخير توضح انه تم حجز السلعة ولم استرجع حتى ثمن السلعة لهذا يجب اولا التاكد جيدا من مدى قانونية المنتج
اما بخصوص البطاقات الافتراضية فانا استخدمتها بشكل عادي وهي بطاقة جيدة نوعا ما و يمكنك شحنها عن طريق منصة بايننص البطاقة يمكن تحميل تطبيقها على متجر جوجل بلاي او ابل ستور تحت اسم pyypl وتفعيلها وليس لديها رسوم كثيرة
لقد سبق لي رؤية الكثير من الاعلانات حول هذا التطبيق لكن لم أجربه لحد الان، هل البطاقة تحتاج لتعريف الهوية أم لا؟ و ما هو سعرها أو سعر العضوية؟ |

أعتقد أن الأمازون لديها ميزة الشحن فريدة من نوعها لأنها أثناء الشحن يمكنك دفع رسوم الجمارك هذا ما يسهل على المستخدم تسليم السلعة بدون مشاكل مع الجمارك.
لدي نقطة مهمة أود الإستفسار عليها هل يمكن الشراء من الأمازون عن طريق الدفع ببطاقات الإفتراضية؟
أعتقد أن علي إكسبريس تقبل هذه البطاقات لأنني سبق لي و تسوقت منه بإستخدام فيزا كارد إفتراضية و لكنني لا أعلم إن كانت أمازون تدعمها أيضاً.
لا أدري عن الخاصية التي ذكرتها صراحة و لكن ما كنت أقصده حول الجمارك هو ما اذا كانت السلعة محظورة أم لا. ففي حال كانت السلعة محظورة، دفع الرسوم لن يكون ضروريا، لأن الجمارك سوف تقوم بحظره في كل الأحوال. أما بالنسبة للبطاقات الافتراضية، فأرى أنها مضيعة المال (كونها أغلى قليلا) مع أمازون. بطاقات الهدايا كما ذكرت حل أفضل. لكن للاجابة عن سؤالك، أنا لست متأكدا، لكن أعتقد أنه سبق لي استخدام مثل هذه البطاقات في الماضي مع أمازون من دون أي مشاكل... لكن السؤال الذي يبقى مطروحا، هو... ماهو اسم الشركة وراء هذه البطاقات؟ ليست كل البطاقات من نفس الجودة. |

From where did the funds disappear? The BTC address? If so, then that's normal (sadly). They don't have access to your wallet, but when you initiate the exchange, you basically sent them your BTC.
The issue has nothing to do with Exodus wallet though, it's the exchange (a third-party service) they were using that blocked the transaction because they detected suspicious activity with your address.
If you submitted your documents, what I would suggest you do, is to try and reach out to the exchange's support directly and give them your order/TX IDs.

أما النقطة الثالثة التي أود ذكرها، فهي التأكد من أن مثل هذه الأشياء قانونية في البلدان التي ذكرتها، لا أقصد استخدامها بل شحنها و ما اذا كانت الجمارك سوف تقوم بحجزها أم لا.
