Yes, the main problem is on the coach and Chelsea management. They decide to buy which players, it is their responsibility if they bring the wrong players on the squad. I still don't understand why Chelsea decided to hire Mauricio Pochettino. There is no something special with this coach, he is not the coach who has many good records. He only won the titles with PSG, it is easy because PSG is too superior in Ligue 1. But when he managed Tottenham and Southampton, he failed to win any title.
I think Chelsea needs to hire a new coach who can build a team with better players. I'm not sure Chelsea can build a strong team/squad with Pochettino.

I think it was very unprofessional for Napoli not to publicly apologize to their striker Victor Osimhen after the club social media handlers posted of a mocking video of the player on their official social media account. In my own opinion I think Osimhen isn't getting the kind of treatments he deserves after all the great work he's done for the Napoli and the best thing to do now is to quit go to another club that'll respect and honour him duly.

Roma has been inconsistent since the start of the season and I think it's high time the manager Jose Mourinho finds the best playing pattern that'll help bring out the best from his team.
