Mental illness is defined by the government/death(pharma) industry these days.

Cui bono?
1503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why GOD will not punish and could even forgive Mark karpeles! on: February 14, 2015, 12:04:33 AM
I think we can all agree that genitals are the only thing worth worshipping.
1504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Many Bitcoiners are Mentally Ill? on: February 14, 2015, 12:01:38 AM
ALL OF US! GOOGILY DOOGILY!  Roll Eyes

How many American children are on antidepressants?
1505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When 1 bitcoin is equal to 1 bitcoin.. on: February 14, 2015, 12:00:08 AM
But bitcoin is very likely always going to be pegged to fiat.
ROFL. Bitcoin makes fiat obsolete, it's just going to take X number of years for earthlings to figure that shit out.
1506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why GOD will not punish and could even forgive Mark karpeles! on: February 13, 2015, 05:01:25 PM
We went from "in god we trust" to in "crypto we trust" for something.
No, it's "In crypto we don't need to trust, because math." Do you even blockchain, bro?
1507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why GOD will not punish and could even forgive Mark karpeles! on: February 13, 2015, 04:54:59 PM
Rest assured, I will punish him.
Oh shit it's Jibbers! Run!

Isn't it sort of terrifying that more than half the adults alive today still maintain imaginary friends? I read an interesting fact yesterday, apparently the intellectual difference between the average human and a genius is greater than the intellectual difference between the average person and a chimpanzee.

TLDR religious folks are closer to chimps than they are to scientists. Sorry, the truth hurts you dimwitted fucks, now get off the internet and stop embarrassing yourselves, I mean jesus christ.
1508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why GOD will not punish and could even forgive Mark karples! on: February 13, 2015, 04:53:21 PM
Your statements only confirm my theory that "god" is a petty, dishonest, vengeful, and blood thirsty life hating god.

"RELIGION. BILLIONS DEAD."
QFT, that's because god = ego. I'll just leave this here.
1509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first time in 6000 years.. on: February 12, 2015, 07:24:14 PM
We shouldn't think about wealth as something we need to take from others but something we need to create on our own based on our own actions and decisions.
The only reasonable way to attempt to accomplish this goal to is delink wealth from survival. Meaning you'd need a society that agreed to provide all people with basic food, shelter, healthcare, and education regardless of where on earth they live, or who their parents aren't. As long as wealth is linked to survival people will treat it as something worth trampling on each other to get.

In other words, capitalism as we know it needs to be removed from the life support of quantitative easfinity and allowed to die. We can't build anything new while we're stuck with this zombie.

1511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL, HOARD your cypto GOLD! All Hail the Hoarders! on: February 12, 2015, 04:23:34 PM
If everyone is hoarding then whats the point of the damn thing.
The point, my dear smallfolk friend, is patience.
1512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WWRD - What Will Russia Do? on: February 12, 2015, 04:21:35 PM
The brilliance in this self-destructive system lies in that by encouraging unlimited criminal activity (by making sure that the marketplace is devoid of regulation and law enforcement) you destroy confidence and trust and keep any meaningful capital safely away. Result: anemic volume, next to no buying interest, sitting duck for short sellers and constantly tanking price.
This all sounds vaguely familiar, doesn't it?

"Unregulated and unpoliced, the Internet resembles a Wild West frontier town without a sheriff.

Con artists have turned to the Internet, on-line services and electronic bulletin boards to promote bogus stock offerings and other dubious investment opportunities such as gold mining, gemstones and ostrich farming. The Internet also lends itself to marketing scams known as pyramid schemes, in which a few participants get rich and the vast majority get burned. Although many ordinary people may surf the World Wide Web in the belief that their actions are private and anonymous, they are in fact frighteningly vulnerable to various kinds of electronic snooping."

I bet my life nobody has the keys for 1BitcoinEaterAddressDontSendf59kuE.

WTF is this 1BitcoinEaterAddressDontSendf59kuE address lol.
A place from which there is no return. A box locked with the laws of the universe, with a tiny slit at the top where you can drop money.
1514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WWRD - What Will Russia Do? on: February 12, 2015, 03:35:34 PM
Destroy them? and how exactly would they do that?
Very easily, destroy the private keys or send to known black hole address, such as 1BitcoinEaterAddressDontSendf59kuE
You don't think there would be inside theft?
You're putting words in my mouth, friend. All I said was that effectively "destroying" (permanently removing access from) sums of bitcoin is very easy.

Putin is a Beartroll, probably posts in this forum as well.
Yeah, keep telling yourself that Putin gives a fuck enough to post here.

As long as he keeps pumping worthless Rubles down his citizens throats, they will continue to shy away from Bitcoin.
Perhaps not forever, though. There are subtitles available for this Russian video. Every nation has dangerous intellectuals.
1517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Andreas Antonopoulos said Give Bitcoin Two Years on: February 12, 2015, 03:19:31 PM
If someone with his stature and reputation is telling me to give only 2 years, I'll definitely go with it and in fact, it's a bonus. I've personally placed a 5 years target though.
My thoughts exactly, I was thinking more 2021 for mainstream. But it's like a volcano waiting to erupt, we have only felt tremors (rapid rise to 1,000, and slow fall) so far and the true explosion could be sudden.
1518  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What if bitcoin was PLAN B by the Goverments? on: February 11, 2015, 05:26:46 PM
A friend of mine had this theory that the gov created bitcoin to keep track of the illegal black market transactions.
Tell your friend he should leave the theories to scientists... or just... smarter people than him.
1519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin cash? on: February 11, 2015, 05:27:57 AM
Is bitcoin cash?
Paper wallets are pretty close, but that's the wrong question. The question you need to ask yourself is, "how much is the cash in my hand REALLY worth if it doesn't have at least three confirmations on the blockchain?"

Because sooner or later, the answer will be zero.
1520  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: MyCoin Went Bankrupt? Were you a victim? on: February 11, 2015, 05:26:54 AM
MyCoin goes bankrupt.

Hodlers not affected.
