It was a very close one for me, and I did spend more than 20 minutes staring at the outcome of this game, and wondering why just one single number had to spoil what would have been a jackpot win for men, and I did x250, instead of x1000  .

The best approach that I have thought of is to use not more than your gambling budget but in a way that all can be lost as long as you can afford to lose it. But after winning, it is good to just quite for the day and not have the fun again.

I was so scared with this story and It affected me for a while, I stopped gambling for a week because of what I heard from this man, his appearance is that of someone you won't want to listen to but what he went through is so eye opening that if other addicted gamblers hear from him it could change them, gambling addiction is really scary.

This is something I've always been wondering about. Gamblers tend to have a league, be it basketball football or any famed sport, that they tend to love most. For instance in the USA American football and NBA betting tend to be very popular, while in south and south east Asia countries cricket is also very popular among other sports. So people tend to have a league in a certain sport that they know the most about, have a favorite team in, know the players etc.

So what's your experience with this. When your league is in break, do you tend to try to follow other leagues that you're familiar with, or will you gamble on anything really? I'm interested to hear what other people have to say in this matter.

For me personally, I try to limit my gambling to teams where I know at least some players, because otherwise it's easy to get carried away. Really in my opinion, gambling on leagues and sports that you know little to nothing about, only increases the edge against you.

Try to solve financial issues with spending or investing money imo isnt the right thing to do. It is like trying to fight fire with fire. The only solution to sufficient money I see is simple - finding new or extra work. Maybe it is ok to make a so called safe bet, but it will bring little money only. Making a huge bet is risky, and on a distance multiple safe bets eventually gonna turn into a loosing one. Imo gambling is not a solution to get more money.
