Lets not be to quick to call it a scam. I'll admit it doesn't look good but I've been paid on time, including last two payouts, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. If you are one of the people who are still waiting for a couple of payouts then that might be (a lot) harder though.

Amazon codes bought with stolen credit cards will be charged back. I would be careful buying these codes from a newbie without escrow.

You need personal info with these types of cards I believe along with a social security number as well. I would trust servec in this area since he specializes in it.
I was trying to find a way to load moneypaks a few weeks ago and all the cards that are load able require a lot of personal info. I've been having to redeem small amounts in paypal and that in itself sucks. I've received quite a bit of calls from paypal for doing this.

If it's metabank or ally your days are numbered. Gmac which is also ally for some reason will last longer, but there is a big issue here and it's that there is no eBay account attached. At least with an eBay account, paypal can see why and how the money comes in and what you are selling to generate this money. The main purpose of a vba is to help avoid trouble on eBay while first listing an item, once your account does ok and gets a few sells them you link a real bank account. A VBA isn't a long term option to keep on a stealth account. Most VBA's are black listed in paypals system. They are fine for test driving the account for a month or so, but after that you better get a real bank account linked to it.

You will still get ripped off for micro loans if you are not careful. Asking for collaterals is your decision. If you are offering collateral free loans, you are taking the risk so there is no reason for anybody to not seek the loan from you. OP needs to keep in mind that accounts with green trust are also for sale and could be used in here without anyone really knowing that. I would only do collateral and escrow at this point |
