The idea is great and does have it benefits, I just think it's unfair that the community supports the creation of their platform and other ico's that transverse thru the platform is bleed twice. I can understand 4% of the collected funding but also 4% of the token is little absurd. Sure the price is cheaper than say going thru Kickstarter but kickstarter doesn't ask for a share of the company that utilizes their service. In reality, kick will own a share in every company that utilizes the platform, and I didn't see any mention of sharing dividends with investors on the whitepaper. I might have overlooked it and if so plz let me know. Again am not intentionally kicking up dust, just asking questions that a real investor would be concerned with. Hopefully, an admin can guide me thru their thought process on making certain decisions.
Whitepaper : "For ICO campaigns, the platform fee will be 4% of collected ETH, and 4% of the campaign's tokens. In return, we provide from 4 to 8% of the KickCoins (in effect, selling our KickCoins to the campaign creator in exchange for the fee). Those KickCoins will be given to backers, together with the campaign tokens. For crowdfunding campaigns, we give backers from 4% to 20% of the value of their investment as KickCoins, depending on their reputation on the site (Karma scores). It is good for raising value of Kickcoin but, I think it will be a hurdle for the project owners to have 2 different coins. |

It's a strange, slightly scary, futuristic feeling when the digital crypto world touches the real physical world. It doesn't get any realer than brick and mortar (and wood and glass I guess). For the longest time crypto just seemed to be a virtual thing taking place behind your computer, but for it to actually affect with people's daily life is ... it's like taking a plunge into the water for the first time. Or that scene from the Matrix. Excuse the late night rant. I just think you've made a big step for the public acceptance of crypto. Well that's a part of crypto still missing so far. It is thought to build a bridge between real world and virtual world, but just a few projects are going in this direction so far. REAL is one of this projects where you can see this bridge and that with a great outcome. Cryptos are no more a part of the virtual world now. They are getting real day by day with the projects like this. |

They should redestribute the unsold tokens to the existing token holders or they should burn the unsold coins. Either way its good for the exisiting holders I think standard procedure is burning unused tokens they should go that way it will also create push on higher price. Have the tokens already been created or will the be created in demand via a smart contract at a specified point in time? Otherwise only burning the rest would make sense. I guess all of them are created already. Some of it are already distributed. So, rest of them will be created on the go? |

Its a great idea to pursue student housing. Constant stream of tenants. During the housing collapse in the early 2000, I was lucky enough to buy a partially dilapidated apt building in front a university. After renovation, it's still the best investment i ever made.

A 2FA security feature would be nice for SnapUp. Will this be available on the platform? 6 more days... time is going slow for the moment I'm sure 2FA will be included. Most commerce or money management web sites offer this. Don't worry about time going slow, see, there's only 5 days left 2FA is not a necessity. The user just needs to take care of their properties a bit seriously. 2FA is a great security improvement towards online authentication and most services are requiring it in favor of users. Viruses, phising attacks or even hackers keep on beign more effective. If you really believed on what you said, why don't you disable your antivirus and your firewall for a week to see ff your computer still works after that? I don't use antiviruses. Antivirus' db is always late and the time they provide protection for some virus you already know about it if you are active in that community. btw my computer still works flawlessly. |

Exchanges are needed for the value of this asset otherwise investors are not going to invest in this. The part of whales is with every new product. You dont have to worry about that. Sure, but REAL can defer access to the exchanges for at least six months. This would prevent whales grabbing all the tokens and dumping them on the market. This would also show its REAL team they could not do the same. The coin will die if there's not much movement. Pumps and dumps keep them alive. The important thing that keep the coin alive is their project development. Even whales cant manipulate BTC anymore. With the saturation in crypto market now. Development alone can't do much. |

I think its test projects. They have 4 games project on their platform right now. They raise small amount now.. But they said that their platform can raise up to 500 mln to each project ... They are not test project as far as I know. Someone mentioned about it here before I guess. |
