كان من الأفضل الاعلان عن الحادث فور وقوعه فلا حرج في ذلك و لا ينقص من قيمة المنصة. تم اختراق منصات عالمية كبرى و لم تجد حرجا في الاعتراف بذلك.
يبدو أن هناك مشكل اتصالي لدى المنصة، فاستعمال كلمة "نقر" في التغريدة التي تم نشرها يعطي انطباعا ان المنصة اجبرت  على الاعتراف بالحادث بعد أن كشفته مصادر أخرى.

أيضا الصفحة التي يتم فيها نشر التحديثات بخصوص حالة الخدمات (الرابط الثالث) تنفي ان يكون هناك علاقة لإيقاف خدمة pro باي حادث او عمل صيانة!

According to the information posted on their Transaction Accelerator page  they do collaborate with "multiple major pools" but they didn't mention the names of those pools!

Not sure how their fee estimator works or how reliable it is as I tried many unconfirmed transactions (each one of them has different fee rate) and for all of them, the estimator suggested paying 50 usdt. I was expecting to see different fee estimations depending on how much the transaction is already paying!

I believe it's better if the casino asks you to verify your identity when trying to withdraw a small amount (supposing it's all you have on your balance). At least, this way if you fail to pass kyc then you would lose a small amount. It's better than asking you to do it when withdrawing a larger amount.

Their representative has been inactive for quite some time and there are few complaints and scam accusation they really need to address if they still care about their reputation on this forum.

AFAIK, Fiat withdrawal fees are higher than crypto withdrawal fees on most service providers not only on bc.game.
Anyways, since this is your main concern why don't you exchange your fiat to any of the supported cryptocurrencies and as soon as you withdraw it yo your external wallet exchange it again to your local currency on a local or p2p exchange.
I believe this could cost less than what you would spend in fees when withdrawing in fiat.

Why would you consider it unethical when it's actually the right thing to do?
When a casino notices that one of their users is showing signs of addiction then the right thing to do is to lock his account immediately to stop him from losing more money.

Just one more question, when playing RPs, for example, do players need to create a new multi-sig wallet for each round? If yes, then am sure most users will likely feel bored and lose interest after the first few rounds.

The first thing you need to do is to use common sense. Any website that offer high returns is mist likely a scam. Remember the saying:"when it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".
Do your own research like checking how old the website is, the validity of the company's license.. You can also read reviews of other customers but do not rely too much on that as some reviews might be fake.
If you still have some doubts, you can always ask here.

وجود قوانين واضحة منظمة للقطاع حتى و إن كانت صارمة افضل بكثير من عدم وجودها و ترك الباب مفتوح للسلط القضائية للتأويل و تكييف القوانين على هواها.
ايضا، كلنا سمعنا عن عمليات تحيل قامت بها منصات و مقدمي خدمات و لم يجد الضحايا جهة يشتكون لديها لاسترجاع اموالهم.
ما اختلف فيه معك هو اني أعتقد أن هذه القوانين التي وضعتها الولايات المتحدة رغم كونها تساهم في حماية المستخدم الا ان هذا لم يكن الهدف الأساسي من ارسائها. الهدف الأساسي برأيي هو التأكد من ان الحكومة تكون لديها اليد العليا و هو امر مشروع طبعا.
 

If a player creates an offer, how can he be sure his opponent (who joins) is not you or someone you are collaborating with? For this to work, players need to play only against people they know/trust. Adding an option to invite friends to join a game is necessary, imo.
The idea is innovative but it's a bit complicated especially for non tech-savy people. They will have hard time trying to figure out how every thing works (creating multi sig wallets, hashing the bet..)

The results you get depends on how the website's search engine (on the back-end) works not on the browser. So, I doubt changing the browser would change anything.
Besides, as Faisal2202 has already explained, this is not a bug. Bitcointalk allow creating accounts that end with special characters (including white spaces). Therefore stripping them, as OP suggests, would create a problem.

I agree with you guys that fungibility is one of the fundamental properties of bitcoin but, unfortunately, CEXs think otherwise. So, such a tool can indeed be helpful for those who have no other option but to use CEXs.

I got the same error message. I also tried few other addresses belonging to well know exchanges.. same error message.
I assume their servers can not handle addresses that have a long transaction history!

يمكن في السابق كان للمعدنين تأثير واضح على السعر و قدرة على التحكم فيه عندما كان اغلب الكمية التي يتم تداولها تأتي من عندهم. الوضع بالفعل مختلف الان إذ ان اغلب كمية البيتكوين قد تم تعدينها بالفعل و يتم تداولها في السوق.

اتفق معك تماما في هذه النقطة. و ما يؤكد ذلك هو تأثير تصريحات بعض المشاهير. فمثلا لو نشر ماسك تغريدة يمدح فيها البيتكوين فسوف يرتفع السعر. نفس الشيئ بالنسبة للتنصيف. الاغلبية يربطون التنصيف بزيادة السعر لذلك يزداد الطلب في تلك الفترة لكن عادة الارتفاع لا يستمر لفترة طويلة.

كلام الأخ يحيى صحيح تماما. شبكة البرق للأسف لم تتمكن من حل أشكال الرسوم المرتفعة و بطأ التحويلات كما كان منتظرا. عدة اسباب ساهمت في ذلك و برأيي ان اهمها هو صعوبة التعامل بها بالنسبة للمبتدئين برغم محاولات مطوري المحافظ لإيجاد حلول لجعل استعمال هذه الشبكة أسهل ما يمكن.

Some casinos when they find out you have violated their ToS, they will ban your account but they will let you withdraw what's left on your account's balance if you have deposited more money than you have withdrawn. Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to your case.

No, this is not an abuse but this basically means that they will not even let you withdraw your initial deposit as you are already in profit (as JeromeTash said above).

في الواقع هناك حلول أخرى يمكن الاستعانة بها دون الحاجة لا لتوثيق الحساب و لا للمغامرة بدخول الدارك واب. من بين هذه الحلول هناك منصة bisq مثلا و هي منصة p2p و ما يميزها كونها لا مركزية بشكل كامل و لا تحتاج لتوثيق حسابك أو تحميل اي وثائق لاستعمالها.
ليس لدي فكرة صراحة عن حجم المعاملات فيها و ان كان يمكنك الحصول على طلبك بسهولة لكنها تبقى الحل الأنسب لمن يريد الحفاظ على خصوصيته مع ضمان الأمان الذي لا تجده في مواقع الدارك واب.
