161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You want the best for your new project? on: July 04, 2020, 01:23:41 PM
You want the best for your new project? I am strictly pointing at these exchanges because they are now intentionally supporting bad projects without remorse, these following exchanges never have any good results on IEO projects since last year's now

1. P2PB2B
2. Vindax
3. Exmarket
4. Bitcratic
5. Latoken

I wish these exchanges can just disappeared from the face of crypto space forever, developers smarten up and go for better exchanges unless you are a scammer yourself because these exchanges are now scammers den.
I know that recently King casino scammed a lot of money and it was also listed on P2PB2B. So I guess that your list is reliable and can be trusted. The IEO were introduced for the sole reason of safety of the funds of the people and now also people are getting scammed and this makes crypto investing more unreliable as previously when the ICO were also held then also people used to get scammed by the team and by the introduction of IEO these scams were drastically reduced in size and now the exchanges are in it for the sole reason of getting profit from the projects and not for the safety of the people and the scammers are taking benefit of this to scam more and more people.
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of America now treats BTC and ETH as Cash on: July 03, 2020, 03:47:22 PM
Reportedly US Banks are going the treat Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and all crypto purchases same as Cash. In the crypto economy, this move is going to be a milestone. Cool

You haven't mentioned any logical source of this information. If this decision is really taken that BTC and ETH will considered as cash from now will be a great epoc making event for the crypto. There is a question of my mind, how they will claim taxes on the users. How many % of taxes they will implement on income from Bitcoin and Ethereum.
This isn't the news from a reliable source of news and until this news doesn't get posted on an official website or on the Bank of America website as well. Once confirmed then there will be news regarding the amount of taxes collected as well along with other details required. But for now this seems smokes and mirrors and nothing more to me. Also this can be the news of the decade and it can actually act as a source of start of bullish market or else there is an imminent bear market coming in a couple of weeks or in the next month.
163  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will a BTC bull market begin in July? on: July 03, 2020, 03:18:02 PM
3 days have passed, and there are no signs yet. it looks like we have a moon full of calm. Yeah, this is better than a dump. it's just, I still hope the price increase at the beginning of this month. Well, maybe the price movement will be seen next week.
Bitcoin price isn't increasing and there are very less chances of it to increase even in the next week as well, as the price is currently not in a stable state and is declining from a few weeks as well. Dump is just around the corner and in a few weeks we can see the price fall below $9k and after the month of July or August mid we can see the price fall below $7k as well. A couple of my friends who did own about 10 bitcoins have already sold their coins in hope of buying again after the end of the bear market.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ethereum investment for future ?? on: July 03, 2020, 02:15:21 PM
Does anyone think that DeFi will push the price of ETH higher than the ICO trend like in 2017? A recent example is Compound when it is a 1000-fold increase from the ICO price, as more and more people choose to deposit their funds into this platform.
Hmmm I didn't know this 1000 fold increase about Compound, was this a tokens ICO on the ethereum block-chain.Ethereum is having a lot of innovative features along with cheaper transactions and faster transaction confirmation times. It surely is the investment for future along with bitcoin. Also with the upcoming ethereum 2.0 protocol i guess the Price will double at least after the update as people have waited a lot of time for it and the hype is actually real not like other ICO or other projects.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How reliable is crypto payment? on: July 02, 2020, 02:40:10 PM
I thought about the use of cryptocurrency by merchants for day to day trade settlement. When combined with fiat, it gives customers a lot of options and flexibility to chose how they transact. On the flip side, I am also thinking that crypto volatility could poss a lot of dangers and issues when adopting crypto for payment.

What do you think about the future of cryptocurrency payment, will conventional altcoin (non-stablecoins) have a chance or the race will solely be won by stablecoins?
Stable coins can be a way for the shops to cash out their daily sales and then they can sell those stable coins at the end of the month for USD or in their local currency.
But they can easily be fooled by people with fake transactions if the shopkeeper don't know a thing about digital currencies so educating them will be a big problem as accepting cryptocurrencies isn't like accepting payments through POS terminal and also not easy like accepting cards or in digital wallets.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new project team can afford top exchanges on: June 29, 2020, 03:30:45 PM
I do not understand why top exchanges didnīt adjust the listing fees for the new IEO projects. They still collecting same amount of money like in 2017, but the difference is that investors do not invest even one-tenth of what they invested in 2017.  Roll Eyes
And all the exchanges are having record collection on trading fees as the userbase is growing so automatically does the trading fees that the exchanges earn from the users and never should we forget the withdrawal fees that they take, it is always too high compared to a normal transaction form our own private wallet. The ICO hype is over now because of a lot of ICO frauds that happened in 2017 along with the loss of investors by investing in projects that didn't even got listed on the exchanges, because of this IEO offerings were started and those initial ones did a great job and provided handsome returns to the investors.
167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A lot of Americans still don't know what Bitcoin is on: June 28, 2020, 02:25:51 PM
There is nothing to be surprised. Still there are a lot of people around the world even did not hear about Bitcoin and American people are no different of course. Even those who heard about bitcoin to them it's a scheme or something which will pop up soon.

We are sill in the early stage of bitcoins.
People always listens to their government and whatever it says they think that it is right and only a few question the government. The same is with bitcoins, government is on its propaganda to stop the usage of bitcoins so it is campaigning against the acceptance of bitcoins and people are also believing the government but only a few like us knows the truth that how bitcoins is revolutionising the payment systems and also the currency as we know it.
168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Without banks, is it possible to move physical currencies to Crypto? on: June 28, 2020, 01:58:27 PM
We have seen numerous times people complain about unsolicited charges by banks which is not almost possible in cryptocurrencies if you're to save your money on Bitcoin or any other valuable cryptocurrency.

It begs me to ask this question; is it possible for one to move physical currencies to Crypto exchanges without passing through the Bank?
You can always do a Meetup with people who deal in bitcoin and then five them cash and buy bitcoins from them or you can go to forums like this one and ask people to do physical trades with them and tell them what you want and discuss the terms and conditions first before initiating the trade. Also there is always a risk of getting scammed in these trades also so always ask for an escrow that you both trust, it can be hard to find in first trade but it will be worth it to do so.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of repetitive projects and old ideas on: June 28, 2020, 12:57:18 PM
New devs are coming here to earn money not to bring something new in the industry or in the world in general. At this is really sad for me but i could understand them
They are also stealing the investors money as the investors are investing in their project because they trust the developers with their money and also are betting on the project to make money for them. So if the project dies then the money of those people who invested in the project is also gone, the project team should always be held responsible for this, but what they do instead is they come up with new copied ideas and ask for more money through that project.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto ratings? on: June 27, 2020, 01:36:39 PM
I would not consider it as a 100% that we can just blindly believe in this rating. Instead we should be using our own research and accordingly invest in any coins and should be using some basic rules like only investing limited which we can afford to lose it. Not to invest in just one coins etc. Rating can just be a parameter while investing but should not be the only parameter on which decision is taken.
Yes for beginners maybe they should just take a look and use it as a reference to get saved from future scams by choosing a good Cryptocurrency over a bad one. For veterans maybe this don't hold much value because they have the right mind along with knowledge to invest in good performing coins and also in those coins that have a good potential to outperform other coins in the future.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good ICO vs Bad ICO on: June 27, 2020, 01:07:42 PM
For Newbie How check Which bounty program is good or which one is Scammed and i have heard that many good ICO still not launching there coins
This is always the risk with ICO you can make a lot of money or you can loose your money, it's sometimes also a matter of luck when a good looking project along with pretty good team might not give good returns because of God knows what reasons. So maybe you can try your luck with the underperforming coins that are already listed on the exchanges and all you need is a little time to do a proper research and when they hit their major milestones and that's when you can sell your coins.
172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are happy only when the price goes up? on: June 26, 2020, 04:05:24 PM
Especially in the wall observer, you will see people that want bitcoin's price to get increased. Although, if bitcoin price goes down, it's good for many people too. For example, I want to get decreased so I can buy more BTC

If we assume that there are only people with huge fortunes on bitcoin, then yes, it's too bad if the price goes down. But, except from those guys, there are the ones who are waiting to buy more. We never heard anything from them  Roll Eyes

This is human tendency to have huge fear in mind when the price of the commodity they own decreases and a lot of joy due to dopamine when the price goes up. Also I am one of those people who always want the price to go down in short term so that I can buy more bitcoins at a cheaper rate and also hope that in the long term the price will go up because I want an appreciation for my investment that I have been doing for so many years.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: June 26, 2020, 03:16:06 PM
Ethereum is beside BTC my favourite coin till so far. The future of most altcoins are uncertain, but Ethereum is proven itself to be a solid coin with mass volume.
If you say Ethereum is next to BTC, it looks like they are both like kings and queens, Grin if I think it is more appropriate to say Ethereum is just below the BTC, it means that there is no other Altcoin that is able to be second at this time according to volume demand and trade volume.
A few years back the Queen of bitcoin was Litecoin in terms of both trade volume and demand, but due to the benefits of smart contract deployment on the ethereum blockchain it took the crown from litecoin in a short period of time when developers realized the true money making power of the smart contracts and how they can be used to make ICO and run many different projects in just a few lines of code. I personally like Monero due to its privacy features which are second to no other coin in the entire market.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Probit Exchange IEO Based Bounties Should Join ? on: June 26, 2020, 02:42:04 PM
Probit exchange has some negative issues sir including manipulating trading chart, suppprt doesn't response fairly etc. Now Homt token bounty has high reward for hunters but sir, value would be go down 20/25x after finish IEO
Why are you so sure that the Homt value will drop by 20/25 after the IEO finish? Are you good at predicting the prices of new tokens in probit? if yes, try to predict the price of the EZYSTAYZ token that I'm following right now, because the EZY token is also traded in probit, as well as the ARCS and SHENG tokens as well, will they all go down like that too?

Look at the prize of EZY token you can clearly see that it has already dropped a lot after the start of the campaign, total value of bounty pool combined is already dropped more than 10x of what it is listed in the announcement thread, I just hope that the same won't happen with the bounty that I am supporting right now because it will be waste of a lot of time to have promoted them for no good reason at all.
Most of the Detective bounty are the same, the token value will be reduced many times after the bounty ends and the bounty hunter will only receive a few pennies for 2-3 working months. And I also believe that HOMT will be the same as EZY, will reduce at least 10 times in the near future
They should change the payment period to weekly and not in the end of the campaign, this will actually help the participants to earn more and this will also boost up number of users that are joining their campaigns in the future as well. This seems unethical as people are told that they will be paid in X amount of money and until the end of the campaign the reward remains X but in the last few days it is dumped to 10th portion of X, this can be a bigger game if you ask me, although it can be just my wild imagination running in the time of crisis.

176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Oikos a scam project or what??? on: June 24, 2020, 03:39:16 PM
I believe that bounty campaigns get postponed or extended if the project failed to raised money successfully on exchange through IEO but that's not the case with Oikos DeFi project, the project raised fund successfully on Hoo exchange and they extend the bounty campaign for another 8 weeks after extended for extra 4 weeks before, what is going on? Is the team planning to steal investors money?
They should pay the bounty hunters first for their participation in the previous campaigns and then should announce the next stage of the campaign, this seems somewhat sketchy to me as if they would have paid the bounty hunters before the new announcement then they would have gained more trust from the community and then more people would have promoted their project, but as others said it is too early to judge them because they are extending the project duration also there are no red flags other than this, time will tell whether they are legit or not.
177  Economy / Economics / Re: What brings economy of a country down. on: June 21, 2020, 03:31:32 PM
Its really hard to build 100% devirsificated economy especially for 3rd world countries. They usually dont have anyother other than tourism and/or raw resources
The resources are what a country need the most to flourish and the African countries are having tremendous amount of resources with them but the problem is that they are exporting those resources to other countries and buying the goods that are made from that same resource for a marked up price. What they should do is refine those resources and make those goods in their own country, that will increase the employment rate in their country by creating new jobs and will surely boost up the economy. Tourism is only an option for the popular African countries and not for every African country as most people fear going to African countries due to higher crime indexes.
178  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese Strategy? on: June 21, 2020, 03:08:50 PM
There is new evidence that the coronavirus could have appeared in Wuhan by the month of August 2019. Due to an increase in traffic observed in five hospitals in the city and also due to the online search for information by the inhabitants on symptoms associated with the coronavirus as cough and diarrhea.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-52975934

The truth is that not everything is known about the virus. I always wonder why this new disease was not treated with caution from the beginning like Ebola (2014-2016) for example.

What affected us is that the Chinese New Year was celebrated in the middle of the Coronavirus outbreak and after that celebration. Chinese citizens living or working in various nations around the world came out of China with the virus and it has exponentially replicated so far.

You will never know if this virus was made or not.
All those evidence is not related to any news or any true evidence.
Only if the Chinese government will ever state that or say that they were making experiments will be declared as made. All other evidence is just consiracy theories in my opinion.
No country in their right mind will ever say that they were doing some unethical wok. Do you expect American Government to say that they are spying on their own citizens for no reason?? I guess not. These theories are always having some hard truths and the truth in this situation is that many scientists claim the virus to be synthetic and isn't a natural virus, so there is someone somewhere in the world who has made this virus and was having bad intentions with it as well.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HAS THE 2020 BITCOIN HALVING LIVED UP TO ITS EXPECTATION? on: June 21, 2020, 02:29:57 PM
People thought that the bull market of Bitcoin would start after halving bitcoin. But it didn't start. After block halving, it takes a few years for the market to take effect. For those who have been waiting to see the instant market change, their patience is running out. If we compare it with the last halving, we can see that the market has been slowly building since the halving for a big bull run. So I’m optimistic, the market is preparing to do something big. But this year the situation is different than ever.
The situation is different because of the pandemic that the world is facing right now, so maybe the one year law that you are saying would be delayed, but I am also dure that there will be a bull run in the near future and then there will be an altcoin season right after it as happened in the year 2017 where everything where crypto was involved turned out to be gold. If the same of 2017 happens now again then we can also see a flash crash after a big dump so you should have a backup plan to be insured against a bad market situation.
180  Economy / Economics / Re: The positive impact ~ on: June 20, 2020, 03:13:07 PM
The positive impact of this pandemic ,people learned how to save money and how to economize everything that they have at this current pandemic situation. It minimized the pollution in our environment. It gives unlimited time for family bonding inside their house caused by quarantine. Also it gives break for those who are really tired on their works although in return there's no income.
For individuals, they have learnt the balance between work life and that of personal life, previously hey used to work a lot and were not able to give time to their families for which they were desperately working hard in order to provide for them.
For companies and businesses, they have also made many reforms like work from home, now people should get sick leave and paid leaves easily and they can work from home if their bosses are cool enough to agree on it. Previously you always had to be present in the office either you were feeling sick or not, now companies will try to improve the work standards as well and maintain social distancing as a rotten apple spoils the bunch.
