101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons Why am I adding as many Ethereum bags as possible? on: August 14, 2020, 01:45:41 PM
I have Friends from the ETH project team, they gave me a green signal to double my Ethereum investment as much as possible and immediately I increased the Ethereum amount to 916 ETH!
They say by the end of this month, ETH will hit a price tag of $ 700- $ 900!
I want to convey this signal to you ...
don't miss this moment ....
Ethereum 2.0 is on the way and everyone would need around 32 ETH for becoming a validator on the network and now the system is going to change from POW to POS and once the upgrade is done, there won't be any use of the POW miners and they will be converted to POS ones so everyone want to buy at least 32ETH  and this will boost up the Ethereum price but double price in a single month is actually hard to imagine and is almost impossible. If it does happen then the marketcap of Ethereum will be almost equal to that of Bitcoin.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is FORSAGE a Ponzi scheme? on: August 14, 2020, 01:02:02 PM
Is FORSAGE a Ponzi scheme? Buying ethereum to keep and buying ethereum to invest in forsage, which is better?
It is a multi level marketing scheme, until new members keep on arriving after you, the contract will keep you paying money and once no new users come to the contract the contract will fall and along with it the scheme and payouts too. The same was once with a game on the Ethereum blockchain where you had to be the last one person depositing in that contract when the timer was at 30s and once a person deposits in that contract the timer would again increase by adding xseconds where the value of x was always a constant and this contract too attracted more than 7k Ethereum at once in the prize pool.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin (ETH co-founder) is not into yield farming on: August 14, 2020, 12:00:09 PM
Hello crypto enthusiasts, do not get so carried away with the DEFI craze, so much so that you put in more than required into it, be wise. Trends come and go, ride DEFI wisely. Vitalik tweeted https://twitter.com/VitalikButerin/status/1294186505745731584?s=19 that he hasn't done any yield farming so far, so why so excited about yield farming? The concept is not bad but still has a long way to go since there are many cons.
Why would he have to do yield farming when he is rich enough to live his entire life doing nothing and just sitting on a chair with his ethereum stash. The ones who like to hustle have a good future with yield farming, those who don't like to take risks involving their money don't have to do yield farming and can just do their regular tasks that they are doing in their life. I personally like the idea of yield farming and think that it is the future and is also going to develop more in the future as well and people are also gonna start accepting it, just give it some time.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Classic Second Attack $1.68M Out on: August 09, 2020, 02:50:38 PM
For the second attack ETC team need to take responsibility, how can second attack happens with almost the same attack tactics, the funny thing about it is the team employing legal team to look into it. This is my advice to all these small POW network, change to POS it is not a crime, safety first
It isn't the fault of the ETC team, the fault is of the low hashpower of the ETC network due to which the cost of an 51% attack is pretty low and that's the reason why ETC saw the 2nd attack in a span of 5 days. As you said ETC should upgrade their protocol to POS and then these 51% attacks could be solved but if the mining protocol still remains POW then we can see another attack in a few days again. This hurts the community and also the reputation of the coin if these attacks aren't stopped in the beginning by the team.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is safer, USDT or Binance USD? on: August 08, 2020, 04:00:55 PM
I have shifted my most trade to USDC as it's from a US based company and have the amount of fiat to back it's token. I think it would be among the safest stablecoin. I'm almost entirely trading in binance so I'd call BUSD a safe coin as they have a proper escrow but if anything bad happens on binance, the safety of those coin might come in danger.
How can BUSD fall if the coin is having an escrow, if there is any mishap of binance then also there shouldn't be a problem as the funds are with an escrow and then it will be his responsibility to give the money back to people if the BUSD loose its liquidity. But USDT is still the industry standard when it comes to stable coins as it is the oldest and most liquid stable coin in the entire market. But I always have a doubt on the USDT team if they are cheating with the public and aren't having that much funds with them as they are promising to the public.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is 5 years old today! on: August 08, 2020, 02:33:42 PM
Seeing that an ordinary altcoin from start become the most promising altcoin and becoming the highest rank altcoin gives hope to those aspiring altcoin and hoping that they will be acknowledge as well like ethereum. Looking forward for that all the coins will go to the moon.
Ethereum is one of the best innovations after the introduction in the crypo community and we can see that the market cap also signifies the same thing. Ethereum wasn't that popular from the start as it is now is, because of these smart contracts and the introduction of ICO from bitcoin to Ethereum blockchain there was a tremendous growth in the price of Ethereum in the ICO frenzy era. After a short time whole cryptocurrency market fell and is strongly coming back up with the crypto prices really looking strong now and now all coins are almost set for a mega pump.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes late bounties can still pay rewards on: August 08, 2020, 01:33:41 PM
I have seen any bounty that pause the payment and then send the payment to the hunters 2 years later.
But i have seen several bounties, sent the payment and the reward was not much, but one year later the project is success and their token price increase. Bounty reward should be paid to hunters after the campaign ended, otherwise no one will trust the manager.
After the payment is stopped the project is marked as scam by the community which is not a good sign actually and you should always consider paying the bounty participants first before the other tasks as they are the backbone of a project when it comes to marketing and bringing the project in front of the eyes of potential investors and other general public. If I were a team member then I would definitely raise my voice in favor of bounty participants and will definitely ask to give them the priority. Most campaigns blame the bounty participants for dumps but if the project is good then in the long run it will definitely rise again and even be more profitable.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi - the niche within a niche and incredibly small community on: August 08, 2020, 12:40:04 PM
Most DeFi tokens are concentrated in hands of Top 500 Holders!   https://cointelegraph.com/news/analysis-most-defi-tokens-are-concentrated-in-hands-of-top-500-holders

If that is true, DeFi is like a sandbox game, with a very limited amount of players actually playing. Observing this from outside the crypto bubble itīs concerning that DeFi, while a good idea and worth investing, has such a small holders community.

Could that be a problem in the long run?

DeFi is right now in that stage through which Ethereum and Bitcoin have already passed through, new platform and new tokens, give DeFi coins a little while and they will show their true potential. We already have seen many DeFi tokens giving more than 100x to the initial investors and now everyone id going crazy about investing in DeFi coins and even the Investors are also liking the Idea of DeFi and in future a lot of development is going to be on DeFi especially in the cryptocurrency community.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or EOS? on: August 07, 2020, 01:46:33 PM
I think Ethereum has gotten the place where EOS may not be reached in very short time as Ethereum has a huge community and more popular coin than EOS and if you ask the investors which coin they will prefer i think the majority will choose Ethereum over EOS.
The search metrics for ethereum is far greater than that of EOS and thus it is more popular than EOS and from what I believe Ethereum 2.0 will make Ethereum a standard for launching your project in the Cryptocurrency community, which is still the standard but with Ethereum 2.0 it will gain the strong hold over the entire market. The price of EOS is just a fraction of the current Ethereum price and it is actually a good alternative investment if you are looking for one, because the potential for growth is huge in EOS as compared to Ethereum which is already more than 100x of EOS.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto predictions on: August 07, 2020, 12:55:47 PM
Right. It's not all the time that those so called experts really do know what they are doing. Of course they also commit mistakes somehow. So it would be best if we rely our predictions from our own studies and research. Experience is also a great basis to formulate crypto predictions and not just relying on other people for crypto predictions.
Right now this is the only problem with the new investors that are coming in cryptocurrency market, they are only focusing on the signals passed by these Experts and not doing their own research and if the advice goes wrong then they just stop investing in the crypto. But in reality they should have seen what mistake they made in that investment and try to rectify it the next time when they do invest. But as I said, most of the people only go by what experts say, so they can't find out the exact problem behind their loss.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto predictions on: August 06, 2020, 03:47:57 PM
when investing in crypto, one should invest in one's own experience and research without listening to anyone's predictions.
This hold true for every kind of investing, but most of us(even me) are not so experienced in investing and thus they think that the people who call themselves the Experts should hold the knowledge of investing and must be saying the things that hold true and thus many people fall for these so called investors. I for myself always research the market and also seek the advice given by these Experts and then try to make a rational decision about the price and what to do with my money, at the end it will only be me who is going to loose all the money if the things go wrong.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New normal world will make crypto better on: August 06, 2020, 02:24:56 PM
Covid caused the world to collapse, many countries were severely affected by this pandemic and it also caused the global economy to go down. Without Covid we would have seen Bitcoin surpassing ATH and this market would probably be the same as 2017. But it didn't work out like that, anyway I hope Covid will soon controlled and have vaccinated
Bitcoin is in a bull run right now and can easily surpass it's all time high in a matter of few months, you have to either wait patiently or just ask your friends to buy bitcoins in the mean time it reaches its ATH. COVID once gave whole economy a major shock in the start of the month of March but bitcoin recovered well in response of that bear cycle even better than the stock markets and now with the altcoin pump incoming it will be fun to watch it all. Also cryptocurrency use should be encouraged in the general public to make contactless payments in between the people so as to stop the transmission chain of COVID.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Bad Exchanges on: August 01, 2020, 02:38:46 PM
I am still thinking about what makes these exchanges so attractive that people are using them? They do not have lower fees, they do not have customer service on a level like Binance, they do not have more coins listed on the exchange. Only what they can offer is a fake volume.  Cheesy
the problem of volume cheating is the most actual problem today. we don't have any services which can now check is this volume are real or not

This fake volume problem is causing a lot of headache to many people as people only realize that the volume is fake when they deposit their coins on the exchange and they aren't able to sell their coins even at the market price when others are selling their coins at same price that can be seen in the recent trades section of the trade history column. There should be some kind of a fine or something implemented on these exchanges for reporting fake exchange volumes.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Network fee is killing my small profit on: August 01, 2020, 12:50:55 PM
I have started to buy BTC and sell them in a higher price (in BDT). For example, imagine I have purchased $100 worth  of BTC @86BDT per USD and sold them instantly @87BDT per USD. This is a good business even if you take 1BDT per USD profit. I was having some good profits each day.
But now after the fee has increased, it has been impossible to get profit. There's a transaction cost which I can not avoid and it is very high. I trade small amount like $50 even (To make a strong hub). In such cases, I have no profit almost unless I'm dealing $300 or over. That's a pain to pay such fee but I have no way because I do not make a bad relation with buyers and sellers.
The same case is with the Ethereum flash loans as well, you don't have any chance to make a decent income by doing arbitrage trade on the flash loan websites, if you are having the low entry point of 1ETH then there is mostly a fees of $15 for doing that flash loan transaction but the problem is that in most of the cases the profit margin is less than $15 per transaction and if you increase the flash loan amount then also you will be getting less number of coins in the same price as you were getting for 1 ETH.
This situation is also the same, this is also one of the problems that can actually be solved by the lightning network, but then a lot of people will do the same thing as you are trying to do so, less margin per trade for you.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: August 01, 2020, 12:14:19 PM
For me, a whitepaper is a like a business plan in business and a documentation/manual on a production. Without it it seems that the project has no clear idea what he is doing and what will its end result. I would recommend to skip everything that has no whitepaper.
All of the projects, especially ICO have an initial whitepaper, I have never seen any project that doesn't have whitepaper, back in 2014 or so there used to be some POW coins that used to make a whitepaper after the launch but no one is surviving till now. OP actually stated something good that you should always check that project should be having some working product that they promised in the whitepaper or working towards it and is under progress, this makes sure that the team is working and not just giving everyone false promises which they can't fulfill.

Thanks mate for reinstating my point, actually I never discredit the importance of WP like I said the WP is the Owners Manual of every product they've bought, but today the WP is far difference with the digital product there are promoting, and all of the written words inside WP are not defying the product and it will not happen also in their finish product.
Yes most of the projects get disoriented from what they said in the whitepaper and always deliver less than what was promised in the whitepaper in the first place. I feel so sorry for the team on which we trusted by giving them our money and then they deliver sub-prime project to us, so the team shouldn't make the promises that they can't fulfill in the first place and just stick to what they can deliver, this will always keep the investors happy along with the token holders.

117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your fears in new cryptocurrency? on: July 31, 2020, 02:19:11 PM
I think any exchange thats not responsible for their own mistake should be abandoned, there are so many exchanges out there that could be responsible for their mistake unlike cryptopia and definitely deserve us as their users. same thing to new cryptos that usually just abandon their supporter after fundraising end, they should receive some kind of punishment.
Many exchanges are always there for the users, in case of an Exchange hack too most of the exchanges restore the funds of the users from the pool of the exchange bitcoins and still run profitably in the long term and some of the exchanges just take the hack as an excuse and shut their doors completely taking away the users funds with them.
The only punishment that they can get is that the old users would withdraw their funds and go to another exchange, there should be something harsh than this, maybe downgrading their ranking on the exchange ranking websites or something else so that the exchanges would start thinking about their security more seriously than they are currently doing.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty thread with self moderated lock on: July 31, 2020, 01:23:22 PM
Self moderated bounty threads is a bad move for the bounty manager and the project itself, bounty manager might have reasons for using self moderated but I don't see it's usefulness because even if the thread isn't self moderated the BM can still remove any unwanted questions or posts
in my opinion they use Self-moderated to look better and look legitimate, just to manipulate a few participants, but somehow we are still careful in choosing the bounty before joining
Everyone here loves fair criticism and no one false accuses people here, so why would someone have a self moderated thread for a bounty campaign where everyone like fair policies towards everyone. The self moderated threads of a bounty campaign and announcement threads too for the same campaign having self moderation aren't good indicators of a healthy business, if they want to look legitimate then they should show it by their handwork and actions, not by making self moderated topics, this suppresses free speech imho.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum : Its not too late on: July 30, 2020, 02:00:33 PM
Ethereum price is starts only risiing and it is not too late for us to invest more to the ethereum because ether value is not only for hundred dollars but also it is for the value of thousands value or maybe ten thousands .

So to the people who are wants to get more profit you should try to invest to the ethereum and your money will grow for sure and also for the ethereum investors better to add more ether in your wallet .
It would be better to invest in those altcoins that haven't rose in this recent pump because it will be their number next when it comes to pump phase again, bitcoin is already down by a few hundred dollars, maybe it will go back to below $10.5k levels and check for the support line to validate the support and when that happens then there will again be another pump that will make altcoins gain much more than bitcoin. So it will be better to find the altcoins that aren't that much popular and invest in those coins.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: July 29, 2020, 01:49:47 PM
When it comes to joining in bounty campaigns, choosing trusted bounty manager is a factor but it doesn't mean that the project will become successful because it still depends on thd competency of the developers of the project. I do not participate in bounties because for me, some of them are scams so it is just a waste of time if I will participate there.
Joining a bounty campaign managed by a good bounty manager is actually a good Idea and it also ensures that you will at least be getting paid because most of the old managers who are on the forum always try to have the funds escrowed first and then proceed with the announcement of the bounty campaign. Whereas we shouldn't count out the newer managers too, they can also sometimes come up with great campaigns, this also involves good negotiation skills on top of doing their work on time and listening to the community feedback.
