161  Other / Meta / Re: Sig campaign doesn't pay in bitcoin.... on: April 25, 2024, 09:13:46 AM
Ok so I know its a rule that if a campaign doesn't pay in bitcoin, it has to be launched in the altcoin section. I cannot find a rule anywhere though, can someone point me to it please?
There is no two reasons we have marketplace in both bitcoin and altcoins board.

I think altcoin sig camps should be more common since bitcoin’s transaction fees are becoming a pain in the ass lately. I am getting 70-90 usd weekly in btc from my sig but blackjack.fun’s withdrawal fees take half of that. It is not sustainable like this.
Sorry about this. But bitcoin signature campaign is more common and more recognized on Bitcointalk. Recognition is important to the sites advertising through signature campaign.
162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Exchanges Nowadays on: April 24, 2024, 03:15:55 PM
You can also go for Binance, Bybit, OKX or Kucoin. If you want to use OKX, be careful not to send less than 0.0005 BTC which is their minimum deposit for bitcoin.

The exchanges that OmegaStarScream also mentioned are good.

Where are you from? If you're looking for fiat exchanges, maybe you can look into Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Gemini and Crypto.com. Coinbase and Kraken are probably on the top, so I'm not sure you would want to switch to something else unless they're not offering a specific thing or token you're looking for.
Is Bitfinex having segwit address for bitcoin? I wanted to use the exchange some months ago but it required me for KYC which makes me not to proceed because I did not know if it will serve the purpose of receiving with segwit address.

164  Economy / Gambling / Re: Introducing Wheel Spin Raffles: Revolutionizing Online Raffle Gaming! on: April 24, 2024, 07:40:14 AM
It is good to see this. But how can we know that you are not here to scam?

You have begun with having a copper membership which is good.

How it is easy to know that a platform is not planning to scam is if the platform is advertising to encourage people to join. It gives the platform reputation and scammers do not have such habit than to scam people without wasting any money.

Are you planning on having signature campaign on this forum and do other things to promote your gambling site?
165  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance app is no longer available in Philippines. on: April 23, 2024, 11:37:19 PM
What do you think?
It is a good move by the Filipino SEC. Binance and those exchanges with huge trading volume do not register in many countries but providing crypto products and services to the people in the countries. Binance will later do what he did in India.

So now this is another stricter law of not banning access to the use of it through IP according to this thread, but now banning or rather deleting the APP itself on google. This is definitely showing that the Philippine government isn’t going back at the ban. My question has always remain what’s the major thing they want from binance before they can give access. There are countries that they just want to tax them or tax their citizens. Other than that if it is for protection then they can just place light restrictions on it and advice people that they don’t have associate with them and they should maybe stay away from them or be careful but all this banning is too strict
It is good. Just like India did. Binance will peg them and maybe pay fine and register in the country just as he did in India. Then case close.

This is better than the illiterate way Nigeria government are doing it. Maybe Nigeria SEC is even sleeping as I heard more of CBN, EFCC and other organizations that can not handle this better like the SEC.
166  Other / Meta / Re: Error while accessing a specific section on: April 23, 2024, 07:58:16 PM
You can see theymos created a thread about this already and which can be used for the discussion. I do not think there should be any other thing to discuss about it has theymos has posted about what happen already. Just lock this thread instead.
167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lies told to cover up gambling habit on: April 23, 2024, 06:44:13 PM
But how about you and your wife to gamble together if you have the time so that you can know when to stop by encouraging yourselves and telling yourselves the amount of money that is small that you should use to gamble. I noticed some people on this forum always say something like they are hiding their gambling activities from their partners but not everyone. If it is done wisely and responsibly, a woman can easily be convinced. But some people can be afraid of their wife not to get addicted also.
168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Artificial Intelligence Make Bitcoin Much More Valuable? on: April 23, 2024, 12:19:03 PM
What that makes bitcoin to be valuable is internet and the device that is used to get access to the Internet. You do not need AI or AI bot to have access to bitcoin. If you do not need AI to buy and hold or sell bitcoin, AI do not make bitcoin more valuable.

As simple as that and just in a brief, demands and supplies makes determines the valuability of bitcoin and so as it's enhanced when you've a workable networking system for both developers, miners and investors buying and selling and literally never to consider the AI performance.
I will agree with this because demand and limited supply are very important to make bitcoin to be valuable. But it is not supplies. It is limited supply. If bitcoin supply is unlimited, it can result to inflation and price devaluation. But because its supply is limited and making bitcoin to be scarce which is even one of the reasons the demand is increasing, thus making the price to increase.
169  Economy / Exchanges / Binance sued in Canada for securities law violations on: April 23, 2024, 08:04:16 AM
Despite the ongoing lawsuit in Nigeria, Binance has been sued in Canada for securities law violations. Although the exchange is no more in Canada since May 2023 but local authorities have continued to investigate the exchange and see it providing crypto derivative products to retail investors without registration. This is in violation of the Ontario Securities Act (OSA) and federal law in Canada.

170  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: AI Trading on: April 23, 2024, 07:35:02 AM
Possible scam. People should avoid this scammer.

Why dm you? Why can’t you just share it publicly? What’s the AI software that you use?
He wants to use the opportunity to look for vulnerable people that he can easily scam and scam them if possible. You can see that his account is new and this is his first post. He should be avoided. AI bots are not as profitable as he is saying. Scammers know how to sugarcoat their words in order to find it easy to scam people.
171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the biggest mistakes made by beginners in online gambling? How can they on: April 22, 2024, 06:37:34 PM
Beginners do think they can be different. That they can look for strategies to gamble and win the gambling site. They will lose and look for other strategies wihich will make them lose more. They will later finally accept that gambling should be done with the money they can afford to lose or they should not just gamble.

I may not be right or totally right but that was how I felt when I was a newbie and as I grew and have more experience in gambling.
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the Reluctance? on: April 22, 2024, 03:04:30 PM
Hope you are not using an IP address with US location? Or the location of the country that the gambling site restricted?

It is good to also read the restricted countries on the gambling site ToS.

I have noticed that you will see some countries that are accepted on a gambling site but not accept on another gambling site. This is because of the gambling regulations the country has that the gambling site do not want to abide to.
173  Economy / Gambling / Re: More revelations on the challenges of physical casinos on: April 22, 2024, 02:20:47 PM
You said N16,700,000. That means the person is from Nigeria. The person will be referring to betting agent and not land based casinos. The person is even likely talking about sport bet which is not casinos.

Land based casinos can be seen to be equivalent to the sport betting site and not betting agent because the owner of the casino owns the casino building. Unlike sport betting agent which are just agent of a betting site.

This type of issue as been brought up before on this which is also about a Nigerian. But the person won in court as the betting agent assistant wanted to scam him and the betting agent shop owner was not around.

175  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: I WANT TO BUY BET365 ACCOUNTS on: April 22, 2024, 08:16:21 AM
You want to be buying the account and be selling it. Which is indirectly against one of the rules of the gambling site. Or you are only planing a way to scam someone.

People should not be fooled. They can open an account for themselves instead at $0 cost.
176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Streaming community are getting worst!!! on: April 22, 2024, 06:08:15 AM
They sell their dignity because they are streaming games and promoting gambling sites in the process? What I see about you is that you just want to be judgmental and be one-sided about it. There are many influencers that are promoting gambling sites today. Even in the street next to my street is bank road that you can see betting site signboard. Blame the government and not people that see what can make them become richer.
177  Economy / Speculation / Re: Korean won tops US dollar and leads in crypto trading volume for Q1 on: April 22, 2024, 04:38:47 AM
It is not a surprise because South Korean won has been the second on the list right from time. But did you know that stable coins are not included? If stable coins are included, US dollar will dominate. Because of this, I will still see US dollar at the top.
178  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re:  Fees are spiralling out of control due to halving. on: April 22, 2024, 04:18:21 AM
Rune is one of the cause of the high fee but the mempool is getting better.

The fee is gradually reducing. After halving, it increased to over 2000 sat/vbyte. It later reduced below 500 sat/vbyte. I saw it below $150 sat/vbyte yesterday. It is below 100 sat/vbyte now.

179  Economy / Services / Re: I will help you withdraw your money from bc.game on: April 21, 2024, 06:53:32 PM
First, I think this is not the right section to post your topic. Second, you have to represent yourself and what’s your relation with Bc.Game, do you work there or a team member of their support?
It is easy to know that he is a scammer. He is only here to scam.

You have been on this forum since July 2022 but you did not know what Meta board is about. That is shameful. This is not Mack Zuckerberg Meta but Bitcointalk. Only discussion about what is pertaining to this forum is discussed on Meta here.
