if you don't use a payment id the deposit is made to the site correctly, but it can't be credited to your account. easiest way to get it credited is to mail the admin safedice@protonmail.ch with the necesary information like transaction id, amount, (payment id), your username on SD etc. might take a while for the admin to check his mail, but your deposit is safe and you will get your coins I second this. Please remember to input PID when depositing to SD, otherwise I'll do my best to help by checking them manually, but it'll take some time. no idea, but if it helps you, I can sent you the xmr from an external wallet of mine and you just tip me the corresponding amount onsite. guess that'd be a win/win for all. only downside is, that you'll have to wait until tonight(roughly 5h from now) since I'm currently not at home. if that's ok for you, just drop me your xmr adress and the amount via pm My apologies for the waiting Seunt, your balance should be displayed correctly now, plus some bonus Ok So i've now confirmed that when trying to withdraw xmr and you leave the payment ID blank, the site shows the error message about something going wrong and to try again later, then a few seconds later, the withdraw amount disappears from your balance. Because the button is disabled. I guess you're using the API directly?. I have put the fix now, trying to withdraw without PID will give you an error, but will not affect any of your balance. Anyway, thanks to your advise again, all is working back normally now ! So when I tried to withdraw, it happened again. Same error message, no balance, no transaction.
This really need to be looked at. Even if I am doing something wrong, it needs to be caught and at the least, logged.
Also, I would really like my money now, lol.

give it a time, Im sure admin is gonna fix this ASAP when he comes online looks like eveyone is affected. might be related to a bug I reported a day ago that sam is trying to fix atm. will try to get more info and chime back in later. I can log in my account without any problem now, so it seems like the issue has been solved now. yip, according to admin, it was a server restart, but somehow the database needed a extra reload. should be working fine now again My apologies for the unplanned downtime few hours ago and thanks to Shitaifan for notifying me just in time.
