Hi Spectrocoin and wirexapp are the ones that have No limit   cards can I ask what other websites have No limit on their crads? Does any know of any other site that has No limit?HuhHuh??

That's not correct. Wirex Cards have limits, albeit the limits for verified cards are very good. Check all about it here:
https://help.wirexapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/207870815-Wirex-card-limits

Because you have hidden fees

OK, again, check this words of wisdom form @ptiper21:

In the end if you don't like their rate , you don't use them at all and go to other solution. Simply!

Have a good day!

@bitatomic @eduBTC The answer above is the best answer you can have regarding this matter. Have a good day!
165  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 22, 2017, 11:00:47 PM
I feel like being scamed.

Why you still say you don't have fees!? I compare the prices not to other debit card services, but to exchanges like bitstamp, kraken and etc.. I compare these exchange price and your price and I find 5% fee

Ok, this is the last time I'm going to explain this. There are no fees for loading your card in Wirex, at all. An exchange rate and a fee are not the same thing. A "fee" relates to an individual service (issuing a permit, pulling a tooth, selling bitcoins), while a "rate" refers to the price per unit (or minute or day or whatever you want to assign this price).

If there was a fee, you will see it when you buy bitcoins on Wirex or load your card. But as there's no Fee, but a different rate, then you won't see it. That's all. That's how it works, and that's how it's gonna keep working.

No one is scamming you, no one is selling you something that's no true. What you see is what you get, and that's all. Can we please now, as people, as individuals, as a civilization, move on from this subject?

166  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 22, 2017, 08:45:31 PM
Congrats, guys you have reduced your margin to 2.8% which is still pretty high (sometimes even more than double) compared to others:

Bitcoin Price: 999.00 EUR/BTC (at Bitstamp)

Xapo: 985.75 EUR/BTC 1.33%
Wirex: 970.99 EUR/BTC 2.80%
Cryptopay: 974.19 EUR/BTC 2.48% (+1% loading fee)
Spectrocoin: 986.60 EUR/BTC 1.24%
Uquid: 991.09894 EUR/BTC 0.79% (+1% loading fee)
Advcash: 980.59 EUR/BTC 1.84% (1 USD minimum loading fee)

Congrats?? On what? WE DID NOT CHANGE A THING.

Was about to respond to the latest one from @bitatomic, but having seen this - see no point at all. This is just getting ridiculous..

@gosha you started to ignore me? You still did not explain how your bitcoin price is calculated, because we all see it's around 5% comparing to market rate (bitstamp, itbit, kraken and etc). You say it's not 5%, please provide proof.

I don't understand what's the problem. This difference you see is normal. On Wirex, there are two exchange rates: One for buying bitcoins and one for loading the card. The "Buy Bitcoin" rate is higher than one for "Load Card". But other than that, What you see is what you get. There are no fees for loading your card or Buying Bitcoins in Wirex / E-Coin.

To verify this, please go to the website www.blockchain.info and search the Bitcoin Address number Wirex gave you to deposit your bitcoins on the right corner search panel. Then, compare the amount of bitcoins you sent to this address with the amount you received on Wirex. It should be practically the same.

Every other bitcoin exchange platform works like that, but you got some issue with Wirex because...?

There are opportunities for everyone in the Bitcoin Universe, why don't you go and find yours if you have so many issues with Wirex?
167  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 22, 2017, 08:41:08 PM
e-coin,  oh.. Huh I would not dare to deal with them,
Scam!!!

"Scam"? seriously, mate? Wirex have been around for 3 years already, and developed the service way further than any other bitcoin debit card service. Why bother "scamming" our users, When we can aim for long term success? Come on, be real.

Problem is the word "scam" is really overused here! Yes, there are issues, like with any service growing fast and offering new features all the time, but none of the issues of any user is left unresolved. Please, look at facts, not emotions ok?
168  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 22, 2017, 08:39:22 PM
What's the average wait time when you exchange bitcoin into usd and load them into your card?

it has been sitting in pending for like 5 hours.

This is my support ticket (60629)

Got it. Already reported the issue to the support team. Sorry for the inconvenience
169  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Wirex- Bitcoin Debit Card | Buy Bitcoin | Mobile Banking | Send Money on: February 16, 2017, 11:33:13 PM
My deposit with BTC has almost 100 confirmations and it's still in pending status . Totally dissapointed , i'm paying a 3% fee to have my money the time i want them and not when your system decides to . My case is 58005 .

This issue has already been solved by the support team. Please check your account.
170  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 16, 2017, 10:00:08 PM
Once again some proof for people of e-coin/wirex who still claim there are no fees when loading the card and that the exchange rate is just a coincidence.

Google rate: https://i.imgur.com/iKONyd1.jpg 23.27 EUR
Preev rate: https://i.imgur.com/QjdENLV.jpg 23.44 EUR
xe.com rate: https://i.imgur.com/FgToLJk.jpg 23.29 EUR

Amount I get on my card 22.23 EUR. If we take the lowest exchange rate which is the google rate here. 22.23/23.27=0.955 so your fee is around 4.5%.

So I will still stand by my claim that your fees are 3-5% when loading the card and you can still say that is not the fact but the facts are here and the math does not lie.

As ex-customer I can confirm these guys are charging ~5% or sometimes even more. For that reason I moved to other services long time ago..

What you guys are using other than Wirex/e-coin ?

I tried couple of services and all are better than this.

However, I supposed this is just how people is. Wirex have been around for 3 years already, and developed the service way further than any other bitcoin debit card service. Yes, like any service growing fast and offering new features all the time, there are issues, but none of the issues of any user is left unresolved.
171  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 16, 2017, 08:56:03 PM
The last period i become very frustrated about the service of Wirex/Ecoin.
When i start using the card in the beginning it was really making my life easier. But at the moment its very very very frustrating!

Few weeks back i lost my card. I paid for express and 2 weeks later still no card.. I provided a alternative delivery adress and it was still shipped to my cardholders adress. After 2 weeks finally got my card.. Had still funds left on the old card, send a support ticket to migrate the funds from the old to the new one.. after 1 week still no response.

I tried to load my card, 200 euro dissapeared.. Again a new support ticket.. No response.
Today i loaded 50 euro and 2250 euro. The 50 euro came and guess what? The 2250 euro totally disappeared!

At the moment 2250+1000+200 "gone".

Its very frustrating because the reason im using bitcoin and a debitcard is to get my hands faster as a regular banktransfer, but now it take much longer. Im really consider to jump to another debitcard. Maybe its a idea to start with phonesupport? Normally im a loyal customer, but the service is really really bad! For the fees we all pay you guys can do better!

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you already wrote to support, please give me your support ticket number, and I might be able to speed thing up a bit

173  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Attention - possible SCAM on: February 08, 2017, 04:48:55 PM
Hi everyone,
First time user with e-coin, verified account, tried to fund my card via bank transfer, 2 weeks after, no money , no refund, no answer from e-coin support after the "5-7 working days" minimum wait time. Tried to contact gosha, no answer as well.
What are my options, please advice.

Alex

Your First option is to stop screaming "SCAAAAM!" here and there. That won't help you at all. Yes, there are issues, like with any service growing fast and offering new features all the time, but none of the issues of any user is left unresolved. Please, look at facts, not emotions ok?

Your Second option is, As I supposed you already wrote to support, to please give me your support ticket number and your wirex registered email address, and I will check with the support team to see if we can speed things up a bit.

I sent you a pm

Already working on that. I will let you know as soon as they answer
176  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 07, 2017, 04:05:20 PM
there is also the problem by phone.
I do not want to cheat anyone, I did not steal like you
my money is in your vcc, unusable

Problem by phone? Ok, whatever... I will check again with the support team. Again, no on is stealing anything from you. The support team has attended your issue and explain the problem. According to the bank, you have multiple accounts on the platform "with the same name and address details OR with invalid/unaccepted address, which is against Industrial Practice."

So just comply with the support team and let them solved the issue ok?
177  Local / Accuse scam/truffe / Re: e_coin wirex scam on: February 07, 2017, 03:51:40 PM
Ok, we get it, you are not happy with the service. The support team has contacted you and solve the issue, and still you keep spreading misinformation and adding more and more to the group paranoia. If you don't want our help, and just wanna talk trash about Wirex, then don't expect us to help you again.

It's really easy to scream "Scam" without thinking, just acting irrationally and "hurt" the brand. But you know what is really difficult? To keep on the game, offering the best possible Bitcoin Debit Card services to our more than 130000 users all around the world. Wirex have been around for 3 years already, and developed the service way further than any other bitcoin debit card service. Why bother "scamming" our users, When we can aim for long term success? Come on, be real.

The word "scam" is really overused here! Yes, there are issues, like with any service growing fast and offering new features all the time, but none of the issues of any user is left unresolved. Please, look at facts, not emotions ok?

Right now the service is working normally. Please clean your browser's cache or reinstall your Wirex Mobile app and try to make your transactions. Let us know if the issue still persists.

Hi wirex, benedettoscordo says that he is trying to buy bitcoins on e-coin with his e-coin vcc and after the buying process on the website is completed he is receiving a email with the following error:

Quote
REF:80078a39c5b04b35b9dd53ca1f653716
Error: Your account appears to be blocked by the bank, hence the card load transaction cannot be completed. We are checking with the bank and trying to unblock your account - will keep you posted
Thank you for your trust and interest in E-coin. We are devoted to making your life easier by providing you with simple and hassle-free tools for managing your money.

He says that the vcc has 400 euro and his email is benedettoscordo@tiscali.it

I Hope that this can help in some way

Thank you, Anon. The support team already answered him. He needs to comply with the support team, as the bank blocked his card and We cannot do anything about it if he doesn't comply
178  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: February 07, 2017, 12:05:38 AM
@wirex Please clear this up for me. Taken from your site, you state:

"If you are verified and have sent over the maximum limit (over $500) via any of the above services, the sum will be split and deposited into your account over the next few days. You can check the maximum limit for USD, GBP and EUR deposits from this link."

So if i understand correctly, we can still send say $2000 in one pull from paypal, just the funds will be split and deposited in $500 usd increments over next 4 days.

Please clarify this for me, since it will save Paypal withdraw fees if i can send larger amounts, i don't mind if they are deposited over several days once they land into your bank, since every $500 withdrawal incurs a $5 fee from paypal.

Technically, it is true. However, please remember It might take up to 5-7 business days for funds added through Fast Bank Transfer or Alternative Payment methods to arrive in your card. To this, you have to add the 4 days per increments. So you will have to wait quite some time

Hello, I've lost access to my mobile authenticator so now I can't login to my account. I've created a ticket two days ago but I didn't get a reply (Ticket 52632)
I'd appreciate it if you can help me.

Ok, I will check your ticket with the support team. Please have patience while the support team check the issue. I will let you know as soon as they answer.

Hi,
The sum of failed transaction was not deducted from your card.

Kind Regards,
Den

HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh?
fuck support
ecoin = scam
400 euro scam

Explain in normal english language what exactly happened or stop posting here.

It's simple: Either This guy doesn't know how to clean his browser's cache, or just want to scam the platform by asking for money he has never lost.
