I feel like being scamed.
Why you still say you don't have fees!? I compare the prices not to other debit card services, but to exchanges like bitstamp, kraken and etc.. I compare these exchange price and your price and I find 5% fee
Ok, this is the last time I'm going to explain this. There are no fees for loading your card in Wirex, at all. An exchange rate and a fee are not the same thing. A "fee" relates to an individual service (issuing a permit, pulling a tooth, selling bitcoins), while a "rate" refers to the price per unit (or minute or day or whatever you want to assign this price). If there was a fee, you will see it when you buy bitcoins on Wirex or load your card. But as there's no Fee, but a different rate, then you won't see it. That's all. That's how it works, and that's how it's gonna keep working. No one is scamming you, no one is selling you something that's no true. What you see is what you get, and that's all. Can we please now, as people, as individuals, as a civilization, move on from this subject? Ok, i got it. We should use different terminology: what is the size of hidden fee incorporated in your exchange rate as it is much worse compared to bitcoin exchanges and other bitcoin debit card providers (after considering the fee). Can you tell what is the margin on your exchange rate? Good point. Wirex, please reveal your secret hidden 5% fee formula! Wirex you are trying to mislead your customers. Bitcoin community is all about fairness and openness and I will fight for this on this forum hardly!

@bitatomic @eduBTC guys, for you personally, one last time: 1) there is no 5%. You have come up with a number and ask us to prove something? 2) "formulas", where we get the rate, how we get the rate, or whatever you call it is sensitive information, not for public 3) You've been posting about 5%, then congratulations on 2.8%, etc, making statements with no grounds or proof, often contradicting yourselves, nevertheless keep demanding some proof from our side. Don't want to throw accusations like you are doing, but given the tone and inconsistency of the posts, as well as the newly created accounts, can't really be sure that you are not simply: - trolling the thread - or trying to make a name for yourselves (negative is always easier, isn't it? try building something instead of trying to ruin..) - and/or being paid for these posts by someone else (should I ask for proof that you are not?..) Therefore, we consider the matter closed

Therefore, we consider the matter closed Are you high or something? You clearly know that you are offering much worse exchange rate than alternative providers, so I just want to know how do you justify it? If you do not understand english well (as you are not native speaker) I will explain it in very simple terms: I have 1 Bitcoin. I go to wirex i get 950 EUR. If I go to xapo I get 980 EUR. Why wirex is more expensive?
I hope you will understand it know. Also the numbers are based on the difference of your offered exchange rate. I hope you will justify your huge fee/margin/rate/whatever.

Cheating? Scammers?? You are unbelievable, mate.. Newby coming out of nowhere accusing a legit company with over 2 years in this market which is barely 2 years old itself, one of the first movers and leader, one aiming for the long term, one raising financing from crowdfunding (proper due diligence and trust from the community) and about to close a round with a reputable VC (even more due diligence and trust from professionals)? "Unbelievable" is a light word for your lame accusation, I have more suitable ones, but will hold them not to bring any more negativity to this thread. Matter closed. Maybe you can find something more useful and productive to do than trolling. Just a thought.

Still freshly born startup. eduBTC was talking about YOUR BITCOIN RATE. Can you explain why your bitcoin rate is much worse than on well known exchanges like kraken, bitstamp, itbit and other card providers?? It's funny how you still deny that you have a hidden fee in your exchange rate! It would be easier for you to admit that you have these fees and everyone would be happy, but you are still trying to change the subject and talk about irrelevant things...

You probably do not know what legit means, a website run by russians with shady exchange/rate/fee/margin/whatever (just for god sake learn some english so you could use appropriate words). Coinbase is legit, blockchain.info yeah, but you... stop making fools of yourself. Who is you reputable VC? The prince of Nigeria VC? Yeah they are quite good ones, I keep on receiving investment proposals from them. The issue is still open as you cannot answer a very simple question: why e-coin/wirex has the most unfavourable exchange rate among all bitcoin debit card providers?

Yes, they stopped offering it a few months back. If you want to verify your PayPal account or to withdraw funds then you can always take the virtual card. (Visa available)
