161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DOES BOUNTY PROJECTS TAKE TIME TO ENTER A MARKET on: December 23, 2019, 10:25:12 PM
I Notice that most projects that conducted bounty finds it difficult to enter the crypto market especially a quality market. i think most are afraid of been dump.
what are the possible reasons why tokens takes too much time before getting listed on exchange.

Maybe the reason behind why it takes so much time for a project to list their token is that at the first phase of their launch is they are already aiming high to get listed into the biggest exchanges which is really costly because listing is that much expensive specially if you really want to get listed into a reputable and well-known exchange. Also, there maybe a lack of financial stability when it comes to the entrance or entering of financial investments from the potential investors and pressure from the bounty hunters that is why it takes such a long time for the token to get listed because of the promise of paying out the bounty hunters after the span of time stated for the run of promotion. There might be other factors that are possible for us not to see which added up to the reason why it takes so much time for them to get listed in a short period of time expected to happen stated on their project plan.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FEAR OF DUMPING on: December 23, 2019, 09:40:16 PM
The fear of dumping often makes the project team fear or avoid the payment of hunters until sometimes after the exchange listing. I wonder why the team make themselves restless on an easy thing like that when they can easily conduct their bounty with bitcoin or ethereum for payment. That will safe them of the fear that the bounty hunter will dump after the exchange listing.

Why would they fear the presence of dumping if at the first phase of the project, the plan has been executed according to what must be done? It is just normal for the price of the token to experience dump right after the listing on an exchange but that was just or will be a temporary scenario for price will recover after that. Great solution based on what you have stated can be in choice between paying through Bitcoin or Ethereum for the work of bounty hunters after executing promotion in the forum. They deserve to be paid accordingly by the work they have done for the project without holding back. Also, it depends on the bounty hunters themselves on what they would do on their bounty rewards for they deserve to gain the fruit of their labor as soon as the project was ended and the rewards was already distributed.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your thoughts on Facebook's GlobalCoin on: December 23, 2019, 09:05:50 PM
GlobalCoin is coming. What are your thoughts on this new Facebook-made altcoin? What have you heard about it?

Share your first impression!

I have already read some news about this so called GlobalCoin to be launch by Facebook for the upcoming year 2020. Well, for me this will be a great news as of the moment because we all already know that Facebook is a very large company and a well-known social media platform that is used by many users around the world. Releasing or launching a crypto created by the said company will surely have a great impact for the crypto community due to the reason that Facebook is really that popular that releasing its own coin will gain attention and interest of the people inside and even outside the crypto community which will surely bring or gather potential investors of the market as well as new participants that will surely make the population of the cryptocurrency users grow even further because of this event. Looking forward for more information about the said coin but as of now, I am already expecting for its great success.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins delist and Bitcoin only on: December 22, 2019, 11:53:20 PM
Some services here in crypto only trust Bitcoin then they not use Altcoins now like example in Faucethub that very useful and helpful in the past with different cryptocurrency but base in government restriction then they can only run with Bitcoin and not Altcoins then now i read this news so i want to hear your opinion about this because i think in future we can only use Bitcoin

https://cointelegraph.com/news/coinfloors-ceo-explains-decision-to-delist-all-crypto-but-bitcoin-to-cointelegraph/amp
I think they are just protecting the users from fraudulent and scams. Nowadays, most scams are coming from altcoins and delisting them on their exchange is a good start to prevent this. Bitcoin on the other hand has been reliable on the past decade, so retaining it is also not a bad idea.

I agree. Many people are now thinking that whenever you talk about Altcoins, the first thing that comes into their mind is that Altcoins which mostly or all comes from ICO projects are scams. That is why the way for them to be able to protect the users of crypto in the crypto community, some or many exchanges are starting to delist Altcoins up until almost Bitcoin will only remain because many people think that despite of what Bitcoin's situation is currently into, which is drop down in terms of price value, still Bitcoin was the only reliable and most trusted cryptocurrency of all time. But better think of it, once most or all of the Altcoins are already delisted leaving Bitcoin alone, we will now be dependent on a single crypto. What we need to do is just sort out those that are proven scams and leave those that are not because even there are lots of scam cryptos in the market, there are still good and trusted Altcoins you can have aside from Bitcoin alone.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Altcoins? on: December 22, 2019, 11:21:14 PM
Hi! Everyone

What do you think is best methods to increase your Altcoin.

Invest in ICO?
Trading?
Hold?
Others?

First things first, for you to be able to acquire or obtain altcoin, you have to choose upon those methods you have listed above between investing into an ICO or by means of trading. By those, you can acquire or have varieties of Altcoins that are existing on the market. By means of investing, you need to join or engage into an ICO to obtain a type of altcoin provided or offered by the said ICO. By means of trading, you can purchase altcoins by means of Bitcoin as a trading pair or Ethereum as well or the other types of existing altcoin to obtain other types of altcoin you desire to have. The process or method of holding is maintaining the altcoin you have in which after obtaining varieties of altcoin, you will now be preparing to make your decision if you will just stock it for a while to increase the price and go trade it to obtain or earn income from it. Those are what the things I most likely do to increase or grow my altcoins up.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Build yourself a solid portfolio with good projects on: December 22, 2019, 05:48:21 PM
A good crypto project is enough to change one's life so why not take the chances?all i keep doing is making sure i get a share hold of very good coins or tokens with real use case and yes i did have many coins but i believe that a good crypto project is all we need. Am I doing the right thing?

Perfectly. That is what I am currently and continuously doing also. Filling and feeding my portfolio with potential and good coins from reliable and legible projects to hold with. I am considering good projects to be an opportunity to earn more coins that has a valuable use for me and of course those that are good for long term holding. Up to this point of time, I just keep on seeking and earning coins that can be useful for me in the near future and sorting out those that I can already give out to somehow purchase other altcoins in the market. As we all know, the market is currently down as of the moment so I momentarily grabbing the opportunity to purchase those coins that I think will have a greater value once the market has risen up once again. Just keep on holding us much as you can but choose only those that are good for long term holding.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing does not have to wait long on: December 22, 2019, 05:03:28 PM
what are your goals by investing? yes I think everyone wants to benefit from investment and trade. given the market situation is not yet fully stable, I'm sure you can still benefit from them.
I mean investing does not have to wait long, you can sell it at any time, when you see your coins above the initial capital price.

if you don't do that, you will starve!

It depends upon the people and the situation on how long the investment can be. Of course it also depends on the market situation. On investment, you do really have to be patient on waiting because if you don't, you will just end up on giving up your investment even you do not still get a feedback or profit from the investment you have made. You have the point on saying that investment must not take too long because you would just end up starving. In that case, it will only happen if you are just dependent or just relying on cryptocurrency investment or trading. You must still seek for another source of income aside from crypto because in this crypto world we are currently into, changes in terms of price is inevitable which can be favorable for you or not.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run 2019-2020 on: December 21, 2019, 11:19:13 PM
Hi guys,
The bitcoin block reward halving is next year in may.
Do you think this would lead us to a new bull run these year?
What are you're thoughts

I do really wish and hope that after the Bitcoin halving next year, the market will get into bull run once again. If not bull run next year, well at least let the market get into the positive or upward direction after the halving event. I do really hope and strongly believe that the upcoming event will trigger something good to happen within the market so all of us will benefit right into this. At year 2020 I do expect something really good will show up to ease the long wait and make it worth it for all the patience we did not to be tempted to sell those potential assets we have hold for a while and make it useful and beneficial for all of us who have make it all throughout the way to surpass the challenges of this market.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your Bitcoin cash price prediction on: December 21, 2019, 06:21:21 PM
The Bitcoin Cash community is planning on testing a beta Telegram tipping bot  “Tipmebchbot”. This bot enables Telegram users to tip other users using BCH. With this development, 2020 might the price surge and by the end of the year, Bitcoin cash price might reach $4000 USD.

What's your point of view on this? Let me know!

If that thing would happen that Bitcoin cash price value will reach up until $4,000 that will surely be awesome to happen. But just by a short span of time and by the year 2020? It sounds and seems to be impossible to happen for such an altcoin to reach beyond the limit of improvement and to go near the price of the leading cryptocurrency which is Bitcoin that up to this moment is playing on $7000-$8000 price range and just keep on going up and down every single moment of time. Added by the fact that we are also seeing that the market is currently down, how can it be that possible that Bitcoin cash price value will reach that amount by just 2020. It sounds pretty awesome but I think that was beyond reality. Seriously speaking. But if that will truly happen, that will surely be a historical record for an altcoin to reach such amount within a short span of time.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Action in relation to Bitcoin on: December 21, 2019, 05:45:02 PM
You know the drill. When Bitcoin rallies hard, altcoins dump. When Bitcoin dumps, all the rest dumps too. But when Bitcoin is sideways, altcoins rally and some go their own price action.

Everyone in this subsection of Bitcointalk is waiting for altcoin season to come again. Some have already given up.

I will try to post my observations about the market relationship of Ethereum which is the current lead indicator of altcoin market health to Bitcoin's.

This just proves the correlation of the existing cryptocurrencies within the market in relation to the rise and dump of Bitcoin's price value. This just shows that there is somehow a direct and indirect relationship between the price of Bitcoin and Altcoins and how they behave on different situation. It just that the market is still alive despite of the dump that Bitcoin is currently into. Altcoins somehow show positive movements despite of the fact that Bitcoin continuously getting down little by little but Altcoins are keep on getting up even with small improvements. Ethereum price value like Bitcoin is also unpredictable in a sense that sometimes when Bitcoin is down, Ethereum is also down or the other way around and sometimes even Bitcoin is down, Ethereum is still keep on going up. It just shows that even most of the Altcoins depends on Bitcoin, still there are Altcoins who can still improve their prices despite of the ups and downs happening with Bitcoin.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Suggest me some Good Altcoin for longterm Hold on: December 21, 2019, 05:15:08 PM
Almost or all of the cryptocurrencies are currently down as of the moment which includes Bitcoin as well as the Altcoins which based or depends their price value to it. There are lots of promising Altcoins in the market despite of the fact that the market is still down right now. It will be best to hold on into your ETH if you currently have it because it is one of the top Altcoins which is next to Bitcoin so better take care of it rather than using it to buy other Altcoins. It will surely have a good future so better be patient and tightly hold into it for a moment. Litecoin is also a great altcoin for me after Ethereum because it is already showing sudden movement which is a great sign that is belong to the competitive coins next to Bitcoin. I am pretty sure that once the market have already recovered, ETH and LTC will surely boom as well as with Bitcoin which means a lot more beneficial for those who patiently hold it and have it as of the moment.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DO YOU feeL THE MARKET WILL CRASH TOO ? on: December 21, 2019, 04:33:31 PM
Huh
I have this impression bitcoin will go very very very low and bringing all alts with him,
ETH to 80$
BTC to 1000 $....
LTC to 10 $...
Its not FUD here, just my point of view , recent news, china, bans, thiefs, predictions, use ?

Cheers Kiss

Well, that was already as expected and natural or just normal for the market to experience ups and downs just to take the balance of all the currency existing whether it is fiat or in crypto. Whenever the biggest currency goes down, it is expected that the other currency that depends on it will surely be affected and will probably goes down with it. We are currently experiencing a continuous but minimal drop down on the prices of all the existing cryptocurrencies in the market because Bitcoin is also experiencing a drop down as of the moment so the depending cryptocurrency will surely get down the value with it. Almost all of the cryptocurrencies in the market are into trading pair with Bitcoin that is why as Bitcoin price value drops down, we instantly seeing the sudden falling with the price of the Altcoins which is just normal situation. Well, I guess we still have more experiences of that on the near future. But the most important thing is that we keep on believing that it will still goes up again in no time despite of all of this happenings.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How about investing into altcoins? on: December 20, 2019, 11:44:19 PM
We are more focused on bitcoin than ever as most of the users wants to invest into bitcoin assuming a bull run post halving but nit many are planning to invest into altcoins, I think we need to focus on altcoins as well as there are coins like Tron, ADA and all which can pump anytime and priced extremely less as of now and even if bitcoin pumps it will have positive affect on altcoins as well so I think we should invest into reputed altcoins as well.

Why just focus into investing in just one crypto when you can invest into both Bitcoin and Altcoin at the same time? While the market is currently down, we must grab this opportunity into investing to promising as well as reputed Altcoins within the market because there are really plenty of them to choose from. We must not just enclose ourselves into Bitcoin because Altcoins as well do have the capacity and capability to grow like Bitcoin. We just need to choose the right altcoin to invest with so that we can have an opportunity of earning through it just like what we are doing and having from Bitcoin. We just need to give chance to other cryptocurrency that are existing in the market to be able to have lots of opportunities of earning at the same time exploring the vast market of cryptocurrency.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if you have 1 btc what would be the coin that you buy and hold ? on: December 20, 2019, 11:06:09 PM
if you have 1 btc.... give us the strong coin that you will invest in and hold it and why

If I would be lucky to have 1 BTC, I will surely hold it as a whole for I still truly believe into the capacity and capability of Bitcoin to rise up once again. But with the current situation of Bitcoin within the crypto market, just for the assurance, I would take part of the 1 BTC I have to purchase Altcoins of course to ensure that I have many assets that are potential for long time holding and is promising to grow up when the market gets into the hype once again. By the price of half Bitcoin, I could already purchase lots of Altcoins but I would be picky to choose those with potential like Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC). For they are the ones who has the potential which is next after Bitcoin among the Altcoins existing on the market. I believe those two are good and potential investments for long term use.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has the crypto market reached its bottom yet? on: December 20, 2019, 10:37:00 PM
Why would we be thinking if the market has already reached its bottom most part up to this point of time? What we need to focus right now is the recovery part of the market because that is what really matter after all. Well, the market might be down right now but thinking if the market have already reached the bottom surge, will not be really that helpful because if so, many people will surely be discouraged to get engage into the crypto community just like the newbies and even the potential investors. For some, this will be a great opportunity to purchase and buy more Bitcoins or Altcoins while the market is still down and wait until such time would come that the market will rise up once again to trade what they have hold for the time the market is down. There might be negative thoughts about the market down but there are also positive scenarios to get into this. We must just look at the positive side of it all the times.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: sell bitcoin to buy fiat or altcoin? on: December 20, 2019, 10:01:46 PM
We all always seek profits in cryptocurrency trading, if the price of bitcoin soars, will you sell it to buy fiat or altcoin? If you buy altcoin, what is the altcoin that you will buy?

Up to this moment of time, I am still currently holding into my Bitcoin and not trying to evenly sell even just one cent of it just to buy fiat or altcoin. I would rather sell my stored altcoin which I think have already reached its bottom most part on the market or let us just say the project have already been not responsive or competent anymore to be hold for a longer time anymore. I will do selling of my altcoins to obtain or acquire more Bitcoin into my account because nevertheless, I still believe into the capability and capacity of Bitcoin to rise up once again and I am patiently waiting until such time will come. As of the moment I am just trading my altcoins to obtain Bitcoin or use fiat to buy altcoin, and if the same thing happen, trade again my altcoin for Bitcoin and the same process all over again.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust the market or the business owners? on: December 20, 2019, 11:32:20 AM
Which crypto do you trust more, the one that is traded freely and nobody knows where the rate will go tomorrow (like Bitcoin) or the one that is under control of its developers (like Ripple, more or less)?

Where you would invest?

I am that type of person who loves to take risk and loves challenges as well as surprises. In terms of investing I would surely go to the one that is traded freely and is unpredictable on when, how or what will going to happens next right after I have got engaged into it like Bitcoin. I would also love getting into a project that is controlled or manage by its developers but that will be just sometimes because those type of projects are really promising and really looks catchy for me making me get to engaged into it. But generally, I would go into a crypto that is free for trading because I believe that cryptocurrency stands for being decentralized and I prefer to be into that system because with projects that are managed by developers, many things can happen depending on what the developers decision will be.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop shielding Scam, fake, or unproductive altcoins project on: December 19, 2019, 11:31:04 PM
With what I can understand what altcoins are now wasn't what they were before, it was more productive, more realistic and made getting on board cryptocurrency more diverse you don't always have to base on Bitcoin.
But the problem now are different. Everywhere is filled with altcoins the more populated it becomes the More exposed it is to drop in utility.

While all this problems are happening to altcoins we also can part of this issue. Shielding, advocating and support project that are clear to fail for any financial gain or so on.
By standing with those sort of project you can
+Get investors scammed or regret why they invested
+ Lose your credibility as a cryptocurrency enthusiast
+ Make the altcoin sector become a total joke
And many vices.
Let's become more responsible with our action for a good course

I get your point that we must not be defending or shielding as well as promoting into public those scam projects to lessen or avoid other people to get victimized by those. But the problem that we must need to surpass is identifying those scam projects to be able to let other people know that it is a scam or not. Nowadays, scam projects are also improved into a more organized and detailed to the point that it is more believable compared to the old times that is why you might see it as a legible one. If we can only be able to detect those by just a single glance, why not we tell it into public? Who wants to be scammed and let other people scammed knowing that you already know a project is a scam? No one. Unless you are selfish or cruel to tell other people about it and you are just saving your own self. The problem must be faced on its first base on knowing first if the project is a scam or not by having tough proof to support your claim and by that time doing action not to tolerate such existing projects like that out there.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some big things to watch for in 2020 on: December 19, 2019, 07:52:41 PM
2020 will be coming soon. People have a big expectation in the upcoming year that there will be some big changes in crypto world. Even if some people doubt the future of cryptocurrency, we must be curious about what will happen in the next year exactly.

Here are some big things that all people may be waiting for in 2020:

1. How Bitcoin halving can bring impacts in crypto space.
2. Will we see the launching of Libra coin.
3. Us government intervention in crypto space, Libra project gets no progress.
4. People are waiting for the launching of Ethereum 2.0’s
5. SEC vs. Telegram, what is the end of this fighting?

More details, you can find out in the article: https://www.coindesk.com/10-events-to-look-out-for-in-2020

*What do you think guys?

Well those events that will be happening really excites me right up into this moment of time. Despite of the bad events that have been through since the end of the bull run way back the starting of the year 2018, these events you have stated above will surely gain the attention and interest by the crypto enthusiast, investors, bounty hunters, even the newbies that wanted to get engage into the crypto community as well as the ordinary people out there. Well, I am interested to know more about the next Bitcoin halving and what will be its greatest impact into the crypto space because I am pretty much sure that this event will surely make an impact to all of us within the crypto community. Not just that, I do also want to witness the launching of Ethereum's version 2.0  because like Bitcoin, it plays a significant role in the crypto world for the part of Altcoins. The last, that gains my interest among the list is the launching of the Libra coin for next year. I am sure that many events will soon to come as the year 2020 enters the calendar and I do hope that great things will happen by the year 2020.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protect Yourself And You Protect Your Assets on: December 19, 2019, 07:17:45 PM
I've read people asking and posting how to protect their wallet but apart from educating yourself on how to protect your wallet, private keys and passwords, It's also very important that you protect yourself from exposing your portfolio you don't go around telling friends and random people, coins that you are keeping.
And also It's important to have other businesses or jobs and not rely on all your needs to Cryptocurrency, people will notice this and they will think you are making a fortune from Cryptocurrency and they might target you.

So are you protecting yourself and how do you protect yourself and your family?

I totally agree. You must be the only one to know your assets and the access to your wallets to better keep your cryptocurrencies safe and sound and also to keep all the informations about it private. It is a nice experience to be working on cryptocurrency but it will still be the best if you will only the one to know your progress to avoid envy because it will just start commotion and competition that may lead to serious related crimes. You must be able to control the information that will come out from your mouth because it is the first base of protecting your assets. Having another job apart from earning cryptocurrency is also a great thing to do to avoid reliance on it and also to keep yourself earning apart from what you can attain from crypto. In this way you can double your earning from two different sources of income and at the same time, you can always have a back up source when the one have failed to generate what you need in a specific time that you need it.
