1601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: P2P without KYC (high values) on: January 13, 2022, 11:47:12 AM
When you find a reliable person, the transaction will be faster and the fees will be lower
I don't totally understand it.

With trusted trade partners with good reputation points or trust feedback or with VIP, expert, and special badges, you can have more reliable trades. It is very rarely to see such trade partners will scam you. Almost no. I agree with you with this part.

However, what is lower transaction fee? I don't understand that part. As I know, exchanges or Peer-to-peer exchanges will charge you fix trading fee which is in percent of your trade value. Your trade partners no matter they are newbies, VIP or trusted ones, don't affect transaction fee or trading fees of your trades with them.
1602  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Price Enter the $30k Area? on: January 13, 2022, 01:32:01 AM
Bitcoin might be summoned back to $22k area from which it will stop its pull back. Because it is a big cohort from $18k to $22k and if most of people in the market think that Bitcoin will hold $30k, it will can not hold it.

Market works like this. Years ago, when we believed Bitcoin found its bottom in bear market around $6k, it was broken to $4k. The same in March 2020 when we believed Bitcoin won't crash too much because halving to come, it dumped.

Same for this year but it is just a big wash out in the market and it is very healthy for Bitcoin growth. I am bullish for Bitcoin, and I will more confident about it if such wash out to $20k happens.
1603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The first NFT rug pull of 2022 on: January 12, 2022, 02:49:05 PM
Rug pulls are most terrible but with crypto and NFT projects people will have to face with gradual terrible decrease then decease. It is not comfortable when they will have to struggle to keep up with their patience, loyalty, give up and if they decide to hold, they will face and end with rug pulls or project deaths.

It is very terrible ending but they don't want to invest into safe Bitcoin but want to gamble with altcoins and worse with unsustainable NFTs.
1604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always do Some Research Before You Start Staking on: January 12, 2022, 02:23:05 PM
Staking is like long term investment so research is important. If you invest, you will be able to sell your coins anytime. If you invest and use coins for staking, your coins will be locked so it is a second risk.

There is alternative for staking, that is bond. With bond, you will be able to claim your reward according to bond vesting terms.

They have common risk, risk of inflation and risk of price fall when you are staking or vesting.
1605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which blockchain will there be a strong development of DeFi GameFi NFT etc? on: January 11, 2022, 12:50:42 PM
It should be blockchain with low transaction fee. Ethereum is a biggest blockchain for altcoin, next Binance Smart Chain but ERC20 is too expensive and Binance Smart Chain has cheaper transaction fee but it still not cheap for gamers with Click to play games. Each click, they will be charged fee which hurts them a lot.

My vote will be for Polygon or Avax.
1606  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: P2P without KYC (high values) on: January 11, 2022, 12:20:07 PM
The sad truth is even when the P2P exchange platform doesn't require ID verification, many traders on that platform will require ID verification(on the first trade with them),because they don't trust you and are too afraid of getting scammed.
If I have to cope with such things on P2P platforms, I will not use them. I can use DEX as alternative because if I am ready to share my identity, it's better for me to use centralized exchanges that bring bigger trading volume, multiple types of orders, no scam.

I will not to leak my identity and still have to face with scam risks.
1607  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: P2P without KYC (high values) on: January 10, 2022, 03:57:54 PM
You can refer to the link above to get some other people's review about their services. But overall, the most common used and recommended are:
https://bisq.network/
Issues with P2P without KYC is their trading volume is very low. Unfortunately if you want to find P2P marketplaces with higher trading volumes, they do require KYC to start trading.

And if I have to do KYC for P2P trading, I would prefer to do KYC on CEX for trading which will give more safety, higher volume, lower spread and less risk to be scammed.
1608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When trading bitcoin at robinhood, do I watch BTCUSD or BTCUSDT? on: January 09, 2022, 12:10:36 PM
It is almost the same but with USDT or other stable coins, you will be able to move your capital faster. It's magic use case from blockchain technology.

You can pick other stable coins to use as well: BUSD, DAI, etc. rather than totally rely on USDT. I don't use Robinhood so I don't know all about it but it's my general advice for you. Check it yourself and try to separate your fund into different stable coins.

PSA: Most Stablecoins Can Be Frozen, Even in Your Own Wallets

Not your keys not your coins. Don't forget it and don't store all your capital on any exchange.
1609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: January 09, 2022, 12:02:40 PM
GOLD TOKEN gives me many benefits and becomes my source of income every month. So if just making this kind of graphic was easy for me and making a T-shirt design that I hope all GOLD TOKEN members can apply to their own custom t-shirts ( if there is another design request I will try to make it ).
I fully support GOLD TOKEN because GOLD TOKEN has been able to survive until now, this is really amazing.
Me too. It is my honor to be hired by GOLD team and it's my pleasure to work with them more than 2 years. I really like your designs for GOLD team. Your efforts show that we have good members in the community and GOLD team will get benefit from community contribution.

BTC vs gold correlation. There are many months Bitcoin and gold have similar movements but then they move separately in latest months. However, I strongly believe that gold will be one of most favorite in coming years when the world will face with hyper inflation and consequences of it.

It is proven in a long history that inflation will trigger a good growth of gold price.
1610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sending Bitcoin through radio waves? on: January 07, 2022, 10:11:00 AM
Even if it is possible, is it secured enough?

I don't know how private key will be protected if we include it in our signature when signing a transaction on radio waves. It sounds a very old technology for army forces centuries ago. Do we really need to do backwards technology after we already have the Internet and Blockchain technology?

Security is most importance so if by any mean, radio waves can be a secured channel broadcast Bitcoin transactions, I won't be against it.
1611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Comparison of Bitcoin price fluctuations with other coins. on: January 06, 2022, 02:15:29 PM
Bitcoin rises, altcoins fall
Bitcoin falls, altcoins crash or fall much deeper
Bitcoin sideways, altcoins sideway or rise

You see in most of cases, altcoins have to rely on Bitcoin to maintain their price or trigger their growth.  People can be blinded and become greedy with altcoins because they think altcoins can bring better profit for them. It can be true in some cases but not all. In general, Bitcoin brings more profit in long run and it is safer than altcoins.

If an altcoin can rise 100 times, it can be pulled back 100 times in bear market. You will see in it bear market and I hope you won't have to pay losses for this lesson.
1612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A lot of the Really Popular Fast and Cheap Blockchain are Centralized on: January 04, 2022, 02:37:39 PM
Transaction fee on Bitcoin Network is not expensive so why do you not choose it?

Bitcoin network is a biggest so it also is a safest network for transactions among others. You can see estimations for 51% attack cost and How many confirmations are equivalent* to 6 Bitcoin confirmations to see the strength and safety of Bitcoin network.

https://www.crypto51.app/
https://howmanyconfs.com/

In addition, if you use other networks and buy, invest in useless tokens, you will not only lose money for transaction fees but also your capital.
1613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: January 02, 2022, 04:43:07 PM
Hi. We are developing further and will definitely introduce new things. Use a token to save your money during inflation. We will see good growth in gold very soon.
It's very promising sneak peek for a new year. Inflation since the pandemic is worse, not better. We are living in hyper-inflated period, not only inflated like years ago.

In my opinion, we should call it as hyper-inflated because like in the US. government printed 40% of total circulating supply within just last 2 years. Who should call it as normal inflation?

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022 DIGITAL GOLD

Thanks for the graphics and happy new year. Again, you made another good graphics for GOLD community. I did not forget that you designed some cool T-shirt for GOLD community last year.
1614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Died 45 Times in 2021! on: December 31, 2021, 12:17:02 PM
It is death call from community, social media and mostly from Bitcoin haters.

438 times were called as dead according to 99bitcoins.com. Fortunately, Bitcoin is not a weak asset to die because of death calls. It is a volatile asset but not a weak one. History proves its survival and in the article The bullish case for Bitcoin by Vijay, you see Lindy effect was mentioned. It is naturally and organically increasing support for Bitcoin. After 11 years, we have a strong Bitcoin; next 10 years, we will have much stronger Bitcoin; next 20 years, slap yourself if anyone call Bitcoin might be dead.
1615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are Bitcoin transaction fees so low? on: December 31, 2021, 12:07:18 PM
Bitcoin transaction fee depends on your transaction size, your fee rate, mempool condition and where you broadcast and send your Bitcoin.

If it is from your non custodial wallet, you can control factors 1 & 2.
If it is from exchange wallet, you can not control anything. Exchanges charge static withdrawal transaction fee no matter what is transaction size, what is mempool condition. You always are overcharge if you make your transaction from exchanges.

Check mempool

1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk guesses who bitcoin's mysterious creator Satoshi Nakamoto is on: December 30, 2021, 03:26:12 PM
Elon has his talent to say joke. Again he shows his talent and I am sure not all crypto investors feel happy with his jokes because many of them are weak hands and use leverages so their positions and account balance should be liquidated and lose lots of value from such jokes.

Elon can guess so as we so please consider it as very simple guess. Don't over exaggerate its importance because the joke is from Elon.

More important, who is real satoshi nakamoto now not important, isn't it?

1618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metaverse in 2022, which projects are value to invest? on: December 29, 2021, 11:38:49 AM
Centaurify offers an NFT ticketing marketplace where organizers, artists and holders can easily list and sell their tickets and music related NFTs. They aim to become the World's leading platform for NFT integration specialized in the music industry
It is not guarantee that you will get good NFTs. Personally, good NFTs should have real and good use cases. They should have good support from buy back and burn. They also should have solid model financially behind to make sure that their NFT ecosystem would work sustainably.

If any project, not only NFT, fails with those factors, they would fail in the end. In crypto, from launch to failure and ending is not too far. It can be from a few weeks, few months to less than 2 years.
1619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sending transitions to Satoshi's first bitcoin wallet on: December 29, 2021, 11:20:02 AM
Although we don't know if this wallet created or if it was randomly hardcoded without any private key, since the this 50BTC can't be spent. But for sure we know any coins sent to this address will be frozen forever.
We don't know what is the private key of that address and who is owning it. It might be lost forever or it is still in hands of satoshi or someone else. We don't know it so the assumption that it is lost forever is not true.

Quote
I'm wondering why is this address still receiving transactions from random people like almost every day. Is it not like burning your bitcoins?
Only sender knows it.

What we know is it makes noise. That can be one of possible reasons. Some of other reasons are mentioned by o_e_l_e_o.
1620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's p2p account hacked again on: December 28, 2021, 02:10:20 PM
So in the end, it is all about NFT. It is a good scam effort to shill and try to sell that NFT at as most expensive price as possible.

Who will readily to buy that NFT? Newbies or experienced investors? I believe if there is a person who buy it, it would be a newbie.

satoshi won't publicly appear for any reason because it breaks the original reason why satoshi decided to leave the community, to make it totally decentralized. No convincing reason to appear again.

Hacks on accounts of satoshi is not terrible. The most terrible thing is anyone can move Bitcoin from wallets which owned by satoshi. It see the probability for it is almost 0.
