1662  Economy / Gambling / Re: How is the performance of gambling tokens compare to other altcoins and btc on: October 16, 2022, 02:13:02 AM
Most casino tokens are just chest coins in the marke6, and their price is not meeting up to market standard and their trading volume dropping rapidly, but we still have a few who is increasingly growing in the market with multiple exchanges.

It’s normal because casino token is being used for reward by the casino to the players so expect that there’s no much trading volume on it sometimes because no one is buying it regularly since it can be earned by just simply betting in the casino. Typically this kind of tokens will have a demand when they new exchange listing or the casino offers a mining pool for token holder that give a good profit return in the long run.
That's why this depends on the platform on how they promote their tokens to be known not only by their own gamblers but for other investors as well, through marketing promotions and by listing it in big exchanges. Investing in casino tokens are not bad specially if you're a gambler for that particular casino who have their own token because it can give you perks. But if you will have to choose between these tokens and Bitcoin (and other established alts) then think what's less risky and not depending on the success of the platform.
1663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra Luna Classic - Take profit or hold? on: October 14, 2022, 03:30:32 AM
This coin already lost the trust of the investors after the dump that happened leaving the investors who put their money in it experienced a huge loss. Hence, I dont think Terra can recover again to its previous decent price since the people who trusted it before already quit.

In your case, it's up to you, if you want to continue holding this coin and you're confident it will pump again in the future then hold but better to not have high hopes. If it's me I probably pull out my money and look for other project that has more potential.
1664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can this be the reason some people are afraid to invest in Bitcon? on: October 14, 2022, 02:51:40 AM
We can see it also from the people around us.
Most of them are afraid to invest in Bitcoin surely because of the FUD or egative news by the media. You know how Medica can make something to be worse ever right? that is why many people trust more media moreover the national media.
Additionally, they are also not sure about the investment in Bitcoin because they think that BTC is not real, only a number in digitalization. That this may make Bitcoin lost ever.
They also still think about how can invest in something not real, without any backup behind the number.
Media has a big role to spread information and awareness to people but we cant guarantee that all of these informations are facts and not bias. If they spread negative things about crypto this can affect the mindset of the people (specially those only relying on news and dont have internet to verify the information).

Just like before, wherein Bitcoin is used here as a tool of scammers to scam other people. Even Bitcoin is not scam and only use as tool, it has a negative impact to its image and people who have lack of knowledge and didn't not even bother to investigate further have this impression to Bitcoin as scam. Well, we really cant please everyone to believe, because if these people are interested they will do something to know the facts.

Pero who knows mangyari ito in the future.

1666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: They want your money by all means possible on: October 13, 2022, 04:51:04 AM
Most newbies are coming from hype, there is a lot of hype now, especially on different social media platforms. There are some content creators that are spreading some different content just to lure some newbies and buy random shitcoins. It's the power of the internet. And these newbies don't research at all or not maximizing the use of internet and they end up getting rekt.
Indeed. The hype and the advertisement from popular content creators are some of the reasons on why many people are engaging themselves to invest even without knowledge and just following what they see on different social media platforms believing they can really gain. These scammers will do everything they can for their projects to look more legit.

That's why it's hard to trust the new projects even they have transparent team because it's not only a basis to know if the project is not scam. An extensive reasearch is really important in order to avoid ending up losing your hard-earned money because you made a wrong choice.
1667  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: October 13, 2022, 03:56:41 AM
If one doesn't spend their crypto for purchases and wait for to spend their crypto when its price is nice, are they really considering it as a cryptocurrency or can we assume like those people are treating more like a security or investment instrument?
Because of the price volatility, many people are seeing crypto as an investment. Thus, it's not surprising if they chose not to spend their coins and wait until the price reach their target value to take profit. Some investors might be using their Bitcoin for purchasing regardless of the value but probably majority are not doing so.

Anyway this season is a time to accumulate, that being said it's not wise to spend if you believe the value can possibly increase if you continue to hold.
1668  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does anyone think it will be much harder to buy bitcoin later on down the road? on: October 13, 2022, 02:00:07 AM
Well, it's harder to buy Bitcoin before, when it's just starting compared to the current situation wherein there are many options available for you to buy.

In the future, I think that depends on the country where you from, if they prohibit the use of Bitcoin (or crypto in general) or adopt and recognize it due to its popularity as a digital currency. It's best to focus now and think of what you can do while the price is not so expensive. It's a good time to buy and fill our bags hence buy now if you're planning to hold Bitcoin and dont wait to buy when it happens to be harder for you.
1669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone who buys Coins from the Top50 will stay poor on: October 13, 2022, 12:20:03 AM
It seems you're too confident in the project that you're shilling, did you already buy this new project? If so, then there's no need to spread the word to other investors if you truly believe this can give you huge profit. Because investors here have their own decision and strategy to maximize our chance to gain.

Established coins are the best choice to invest in. It might not give a x100 return since the price already reached their ath but we're not certain about this. No one can tell because anything can happen in its fundamental that can affect the project and the price to pump hard. Thus dont say people who chose to invest in the top 50 will stay poor.
1670  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cashback VS Bonus on: October 12, 2022, 04:26:51 AM
Hey guys. Apart from winning let's talk about loosing  Wink
We all have bad days...
So the question is...if you loose many times in a row, what would you like at most - a cashback from what you've just lost or a bonus to go on?
What kind of bonus, is it a deposit bonus or a freebet/spins? Because many casinos are offering different kind of bonuses and some of them have a wagering requirement too. For me I prefer rareback, it might not be huge but it's a cashback where you can use again to play, no pressure.

Anyway if you're having a bad day the best thing to do is to quit. Even the casino is offering a bonus or there's an available rareback to claim and continue to play, chances are you will have the same outcome and that is to lose your money. Thus, much better to refrain from playing for a while and dont even try to get back what you've lost.
1671  Economy / Gambling / Re: Check brand new Bitcasino.io! 💎 Win VIP free spins [exclusive for BTCtalk] 💎 on: October 12, 2022, 03:28:06 AM
True. Honestly, most people blindly predict BTC prices in these contests without any sort of analysis since they are aware of the fact that is simply a mini-lottery while the minority dedicate some of their time to analysing stuff.
But you need to have some analysis before you place your prediction for these contest but yes you can say that some treat it as gambling only and submit whatever the price box they think fits at the end but those who are having complete analysis before and sees the charts say have an edge of winning.
And although most people will predict the price of BTC blindly, that's also okay because this prediction contest is free, so it can provide many people with an opportunity to make predictions. But those who can really analyze market trends will not rush to give their predictions and will wait for the results of their analysis first. But this prediction contest is entertainment that attracts many people to join and we have seen previous contests that managed to get many people to enter it.
Where can I see the prediction contest of Bitcasino? I cant find it on their site.

Anyway, I'm a bit lucky last weekend where I play Bombay live Baccarat. I got hook because i'm in winning streak hence I stick to this game and didnt switch playing to slots which is my original plan. I managed to triple my capital and lose again but before it happened I was able to withdraw some of my earnings. A great experience after being inactive playing on Bitcasino.
1672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A painter received $50 worth of bitcoin on June 2013. on: October 12, 2022, 12:45:44 AM
Good thing she still remember that she has Bitcoin and didnt forget the keys to access her wallet.

Another success story of holding Bitcoin for years, from 2 digits value now it's worth 5 digits. She's lucky and thanks to the person who gave it to her

Probably the sender didnt also expect the value of Bitcoin that she gave to the painter to reach this high. I wonder if the sender still own some Bitcoin from the time she paid the painter, and if she also managed to hold up to now.
1673  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you been grateful for today? on: October 11, 2022, 03:44:05 AM
People are not always grateful for the little profits they get from trading. If we learn to appreciate every little profits we get in trading,  we won't have much loses. The reason why we mostly lose  is because of greed. We just need to appreciate every little profit.
You're right. We trade to gain and even it's only a small profit what matter is you still gain. Unfortunately many of us are not seeing it because of lack of contentment. As for me, during this trying times, wherein we are in bearish market and the inflation is hitting us, im grateful that somehow we're not experiencing a hardship to survive like others do. We're not rich but my family is healthy and that is something to be grateful for.
1674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: October 11, 2022, 01:46:08 AM
Yeah right, it's their opinion that we should respect. After all, we do have differences when basing our opinions and
getting the context we can accept that upset is really happening.

But do those Butler fans respect also those people saying that their boxer won't chance a stand against Inoue?

We should not include the word respect here and let those trash talks just come in until Butler fans accept the reality.

Believe me, those Butler fans can't even put money betting on their idol even if the odds are x12. Smiley If they are really that dedicated to supporting Butler, they can place a bet even at $1 to show their support. Smiley

now, i am wondering if the OP can create a poll on this thread and let us see who are rooting for butler or inoue? of course, there will always be butler fans. i don't think a certain match will always be all out to the favourite. consider the countrymen of the boxer and you will know that there will always be supporting the underdog. now, it depends on who will place their bet. after all, it is our own prerogative if we will disclose it to the public.
You're right, even Butler is the underdog it doesnt mean fans are all out to Inoue.

Certainly there are people rooting for Butler to win despite of the talks that he stand no chance. I admire his guts to face the monster and though I also believe that Inoue will win, I hope Butler will give us a good fight and not let himself dominated and become a punching bag of a monster.
1675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: October 11, 2022, 01:21:08 AM
The difference is that when you hold bitcoin today, you are sure that years to come, you will wake and still meet your bitcoin in whatever value it might be. But this cannot be said about casino tokens which may not be here by tomorrow. That is the great difference between holding BFG and holding bitcoin.

Correct, but Bitcoin doesn't pay you interest unless if you use a 3rd party and then you rely on that 3rd party, and still the interest won't be high - and here tokens like BFG pay you over 50% annually (as of now) which is quite massive.

Over time it's hard to tell, but if you pull out on time you can make nice gains.

With Bitcoin no one knows if 5-10 years from now it would be worth $20k or $100k, you can bet on it but there are no guarantees it would happen. Look at Litecoin, used to be $250 and more and now it's 5 times less than that.

It is as they say, I bought the BFG tokens because they produce many benefits for me, but I also have something in mind, if Bitcoin is not sold and we have it, it is not something that can generate other cryptocurrencies, but what Bitcoin generates is something much more ambitious , it is more money, because the more time bitcoin passes, the more it will be valued, for me this is something that will not change and will have more impact, that is why the Hodl is so much touted, for me the BFG is a token that has a lot future, but I don't know how its performance will be in the long term, I don't know if it will die or stay, for me it is uncertain, which cannot be compared with bitcoin that everything will be better for those who have it.

compare bitcoin and gambling token it can not. because they have very different functions.
bitcoin is no doubt almost some investors in various countries believe bitcoin as a promising long-term asset. but we can't compare it with BFG tokens or other gambling tokens.
we don't know what will happen to the BFG gambling token but if the BFG gambling company continues to develop its project maybe in the future the token will also have a valuable value in the gambling token.
Bitcoin is an established coin and already proven its worth. Even the market is in bearish it doesnt plunged drastically unlike other coins. Casino tokens are different and has their own uses particularly in its casino's ecosystem. There's a benefit holding a casino token if you're a gambler (like the staking opportunity of BFG), thus it's not a bad decision if you think or believe that it's worthy also to invest in casino tokens. We are still in bearish season and the coins are declining, we have a choice now on what we think is the best choice that can likely bring profit to us in the future.
1676  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Money but from where on: October 10, 2022, 04:02:56 AM
Dear community plz suggest ferious and valuable source from their I can generate money, part time or full time yours thoughts share it ..
one way for you to get money for free in crypto currency, of course, is that you have to follow the Airdrop,
because there are so many airdrops that are shared in the crypto currency world, try looking for them on telegram,
because there are also many telegram channels that share airdrop links and you can register for free.
I think Airdrop will be the best to earn absolutely free income. Airdrop doesn't require much work, it's very easy to do and anyone can do it. To do Airdrop, first you need to have some idea how to work. After that you can do it.  You can work already.
But there's no guarantee to earn from airdrops because most of them are just scam hence it's not a reliable way to gain. Nowadays if you like to earn in crypto, skills and effort are necessary.

In trading you need capital to start your journey and it might take time to do it well since you have to gain experience to execute an effective strategy. I suggest to find a real job where you can earn a stable income, then try looking for opportunities in crypto.
1677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why 95% online Gambling websites are Scam? on: October 10, 2022, 02:06:14 AM
-snip

First of all, don't treat gambling as a way to earn money. Just because you didn't get what you want, you will call a gambling platform a scam. It may be hard to accept but it was your greediness that make you lose 3 ether. Gambling casinos have what we call house edge where they always have the advantage over their player.
Self-made mistakes and looking for justification by blaming the platform. That's something I always hear when gamblers have lost their minds due to their own actions. They are greedy to cause that to happen. They want to get money quickly by gambling is a big mistake. Moreover, they can't manage their finances just because of a lust they can't resist, that's what makes them lose large amounts of money. Greed will destroy, it applies not only in the scope of gambling, but in any case. It's actually quite easy to set it all up, we only need to stop when we get the profit we have targeted, and stop when we lose the amount of money we devote to playing and having fun.

Sadly people like OP don't know that.  They intend to gamble all their way and lose everything then blame the platform of not making them win  Grin.   This is also one of the reasons why someone who wanted to engage in gambling must know what gambling is so that they won't embarass themselves when they utter non-sense things and blame casino for cheating them LOL.  And those who are not confident with their self-control should avoid gambling because they will lose it once they engaged and got hooked on gambling.
Exactly. That's why it is important to know what you are getting into specially gambling is a risky way if your goal is to make your money grow. As I have said earlier, when you gamble it's your own will and no one force you, hence regardless of the result, you must accept it. If you dont want to face losses or cant bear that to happen, then dont gamble your money and find other ways to earn. Casino is a business, some indeed win but majority are losing their money.

Government pressurized casino companies to use KYC because the security. Many gamblers use different information in the process of registering  KYC. There are sometimes  the information used in the site is different from the DOCUMENTS provided for the prove of ownership. That is where the problem is always escalating.
Government regulations have pressured every casino to add an obligation to complete KYC on the terms and conditions, these regulations are based on security and money laundering prevention, but users expect the anonymity factor to be increased so that they do not agree to use KYC even though they do not commit money laundering crimes and others. But there is no other choice if using a centralized gambling platform because it is guided by government regulations.
Many are requiring level 1 KYC first but sooner or later they will surely ask for another KYC which requires the supporting documents and that is because of the regulations which is already beyond the control of any gambling site. If you are still not ok with the KYC, better to use other platform for now but don’t stay your money on any site because they can implement KYC even without informing you.
This is actually what happened to Roobet before, I remember they implement KYC without announcing it and the gamblers left with no choice but to comply or else they will not access their money, though it’s only a level 1 KYC but doing that without announcing is something not good. Well, it happened years ago and I don’t think it’s still an issue here. Regulations will always win, the government have its own way to regulate casinos, and KYC is one thing.
Yes the level 1 kyc implementation is so sudden. But as you can see many gamblers still comply and chose to stay, not only those who have funds on their account but the gamblers who trusted Roobet as a reliable casino. As you have pointed out the Government have ways to regulate the casinos and it's inevitable for them to continue to operate. Thus it's up to us if we will comply or will stay away.
1679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why 95% online Gambling websites are Scam? on: October 09, 2022, 09:14:17 AM
In 2017 I was introduced by Bitsler.com
This website took me at least 2000 dollars a that time. There was a time when I have at least 3 ETHER at the rate of dollars. And I regret that day when I lost everything. And that took my life from me. And that was the was the day I never entered this type of scams ever. And I know people will say that we become greedy. But system is designed I n such way that it took people money and everything that we had. And I know it just that hard.
When you decided to gamble your money, dont you know the consequences that you might face? It's hard to win in gambling that's why it's advisable to use only the money that you can afford to lose. I'm also a gambler and already experienced to lose my money in gambling many times but I dont blame the casino or anyone because I play on my own will. This is the problem if you have high expectation to gain because you cant really accept the worse outcome easily specially you didnt use a spare money.
1680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Parents And Their Children In Gambling.. on: October 09, 2022, 08:13:03 AM
majority of gamblers are not playing because they wanted to be entertained but instead to double their money and to find their luck.

But is this actually the reality that they face at thee end? everyone has the intention to make money but not all are making it through gambling, only few have succeeded in playing gamble and have some good return after, parents must know this that they must not let their children got exposed to gambling at early stage, playing games can be an alternative to that but there must be time designated for each to take place.
It's tempting to gamble if you are blinded by the possible profit that you can get if you're lucky. Imagine to double or triple your money in snap? It's a temptation that even adults find it hard to resist if they dont have self-control. Thus, if you are a parent and a gambler dont let your kids see what you are doing, because if they are exposed early in gambling, they might think it's right and normal since their parents are also doing it. Thus it's better to not let it show and be a responsible parent, a role model that they can look up to.
