Goalkeeper Edouard Mendy had a really bad day. :( He made a wrong move on the first goal. He should have punched the ball before Gakpo. On the second goal, he bounced Depay's shot. That shot was actually not a very hard shot. Senegal were not successful in the final strikes but they were fighting well. I think it would be wrong to say that they deserved this defeat. Senegal are playing much better football than I expected. Especially, İsmaila Sarr plays a very effective football. I really love African teams in a world Cup tournaments but they are not encouraging me to watch them again.
