1721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: April 26, 2023, 02:38:09 AM
It's possible to make this amount if you are a skilled player and if you are very lucky everyday. Relying on betting alone could earn you a hundred bucks, however, the probability will only be proportional on the skills, strategies, knowledge, and luck you have. If you aren't really skilled and you don't know much about the games, then the chance of you earning is relatively lower. After all, there isn't always a good day. Sometimes we encounter rainy days too. And during rainy days, most of the time it really pours, so we should always be prepared of the cons.

If you belong to referral program, you could earn much more. But this won't guarantee a fixed earning since there will be times that there will be little to none who will register using your link or code. But it could help you profit, though it will be a delayed gratification on your end. Just remember to always bet what you can only afford to lose and never risk the amount you have another allotment on to avoid regrets in the future if things don't go the way you expected.

It's encouraging to create an affiliate website with what you are saying. I once wanted to also create one of those review casino websites but then I will also spend money to play on those casinos to really test their services which I don't have much.

To be honest I have visited those websites but they didn't convince me to sign up for one casino because I tend to trust more on the users from forums. Maybe the regular people not from this forum do sign up that they get more than $100 a day.

If OP is willing to do this I think his $2k will be enough to create one review site but it's him that will personally promote it somewhere.
1722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 25, 2023, 10:02:09 PM

No one is interested to fight Ngannou. I think Dana really stretch his arms to affect Francis's career to end. He hadn't done it  to Demetrious Johnson's career though.

Anyway, lost my lottery ticket again.  I gotta stop doing these.  Next event I just bet on the guys that I think are gonna win with good value.  Sad
I was one fight off from a few k. A Bellator fight let me down, though. Surprisingly had a good week in the UFC. The one week I add a Bellator fight on to my card, it ends up ruining a win. Anyway, next UFC event looks fairly spicy. I'm liking Simon in this headliner though, don't know about you.

One fight that you may just be interested in is Demetrious Johnson vs Adriano Moraes 3 in One Fight Night on May 5. This is going to be an action-packed fight. The 1 1st and 2nd fight was also cruel, if this is just in UFC, it will be highly promoted.

1723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin overshadowed by economic lie on: April 25, 2023, 08:13:46 PM

The old system always fights back before the adoption like the new technology such as TV or cards. Before the TV was widely used, the radio companies also resist. So far even when the bank and government were trying to suppress BTC, its price and adoption are gradually rise up and is adopted.

The crisis the world is experiencing I think helped the BTC adoption, including the inflation which the BTC narrative about it is proven to be the greatest hedge for the declining value of currencies.
1724  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Self-moderated]Bitcointalk Gambling Problem Support Group on: April 25, 2023, 02:25:54 AM
It's good to have support where users can have some talks and advice from fellow members. We all need one but I think it's good to have it on telegram or somewhere where users who have these gambling problems can't also see the signatures we have here.

I don't wanna sound like something that you will moderate soon but it's one thing that a user who wants to quit gambling needs to also avoid. The casino ads. If you are surrounded by it, it will be harder to resist.
1725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Little Bitcoin investment becoming something else on: April 25, 2023, 01:48:49 AM
There is no way for anyone to tell you for sure what you can do. The market is very bullish yet we are also weighing whether this dip is just a correction or a continuation of the bear market.

So if you are a short-term holder, you could have sold already even when it's down a bit already. You still profit a little but if this market suddenly shoots to $32K, you might blame the one who adviced you to sell.  Grin
1726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MMA Info and Predictions - Bellator, KSW, PFL, ONE... on: April 25, 2023, 01:41:33 AM

Demetrious Johnson VS Adriano Moraes III
This is gonna be a good tiebreaker fight for the two. The last fight was like an action movie where DJ really waited for Moraes to move back so he could throw his knees perfectly pressing Moraes to the fence.  DJ throwing Moraes up and lands on the ground in the armbar position for the 3rd fight will end the rival.
1727  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is hodling top 10 Marketcap coins a good tactic? on: April 25, 2023, 01:17:36 AM

Since OP's last update 24.10.2021, he lost an amount of his investment as all of these top 10 coins had dived down. It was the time of bull run but when the bears started the value was drained.

I think he should be investing during the time of the bear market or the time when he can assume the market had bottomed. Let's say Nov-Dec 2022, then he could have made profits. Or this week could still be a good time to start the 10 top coin investment journey. Then check out the value during the bull run after halving. The value should be something to brag about.

1728  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next Bitcoin Bull Run according to Simpsons! on: April 24, 2023, 09:35:33 PM
I know that after the last halving of 2020, the Bitcoin price increase did not really show a high surge in price, and the market was not really bullish after then. It took about seven months for the market to start showing green as the market had been battling to get to $20k, it was in December of that year that Bitcoin was able to get to $27k through out 2021 when the uptrend just kept going until it gave the new ATH toward the end of 2021. That's how I think it will be this time. The bull market may not really start after the halving, but it's not happening in 2026.

I guess the scarcity of BTC can be felt after several months when traders can see fewer sell orders but also sellers demanding high prices. The cycle of halving will always happen as BTC will always be bought by big investors from retail to institutional investors.

If the bull run will not happen, it's possible that CBDC is really working and people may not be interested anymore in crypto. And it's not gonna be good for all. I will still wait though.
1729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Inflation may have driven me to this, bitcoin has the power to reverse it on: April 24, 2023, 08:33:55 PM
I don't know why people are correlating inflation with bitcoin. To make it and sound to them that and think that Bitcoin is the only super man to remove inflation in the international area is a wrong perception. I don't know whether they don't understand the conceptual and the fundamental meaning of bitcoin.

Bitcoin can even cause inflation in the world, yes because of the demand is high then price will also increase. Which goods and service wi also follow suit. You people should segregate inflation and Bitcoin whenever bitcoin discussion is mentioned .

It's been the narrative and it seems true also because of the limited BTC supply and the continuous rise of BTC since 2009. While all stocks and currency purchasing power is depreciating, BTC is keeping its value up. That should be a good side to look at.

A person at such an age still trying to learn new kinds of assets is quite not what boomers do.
It's like he hasn't heard of Buffet or Schiff so I'm wondering who introduced him to BTC.
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 24, 2023, 08:10:05 PM
Damn, I predicted a KO in round 9, so close...

Well, I think Ryan Garcia look drained, he is not 100% conditioned on the fight.  You can see it on Ryan Garcia's face.  Tank Davis just got the better of Ryan Garcia because he fought a not 100% Ryan Garcia, he would possibly have a hard time beating the guy if Garcia is 100% rehydrated.
Dehydration is a problem, but it won't make much difference in the result anyway IMO, the level gap is too big. Tank is in his prime and a highly skilled powerful Southpaw boxer... He's unbeatable at this weight class.

Ry should've sharpened his skill more and become a more mature boxer before facing an opponent like Tank.

It's common for the losing side to find excuses but ye sure he could have dehydrated to achieve the weight as it's also a common thing to do not just in boxing. So he isn't 100% healthy while fighting but that wouldn't be Tank's fault, after all, Ryan also landed good shots.

The recent update was indeed he will be moving to 140 which is a more challenging division because of the more skilled men up there. Ryan is exposed and this could lead to another loss for him.

1731  Economy / Economics / Re: Concers About Going in Business with a Friend on: April 24, 2023, 07:29:51 PM
On the other hand, there are many success stories of friends who went into business together and succeeded to together. If you have ever gone into business with a friend, what were your biggest concerns and how did work through it.

I'd be concerned about my friend's financial status. If he has a stable income and is responsibly taking care of his family.
Success stories are likely to be friends who have the kind of personality that is really trustworthy and the two give importance to the relationship.

They wouldn't be friends if they don't know each other's behavior. Friends have the same colors and feathers that's what they say but if from the beginning you already know this friend of yours will likely cheat, then it's not worth partnering a business with him.
1732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Ethereum Staking Platform on: April 24, 2023, 07:14:31 PM

Currently, it appears as if Lido and Nexo are two of the largest, at least as far as liquid pools are concerned.
Also share the security considerations that you also took into account in your decision. Or is ETH staking using third party worth it?

Staking is worth it but we all know what happened to blockfi and Celsius before. Back then, people were also trusting these two so much that even companies handling retirement funds send money to them.

When you stake, it also means you are willing to hold the token for as long as you mean it.  You wanna trust more to tokens that you can stake on your own in a wallet you have the private key than sending it to a company. After the ETH2 upgrade afaik, we can already stake on Binance. Still risky but to me, Binance is more trustworthy than the 2 above.

1733  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.AG SCAM!!! -1000$ on: April 23, 2023, 07:14:45 PM

Betcoin.AG suspects him to be from a restricted region. That's why he was asked to send proof but OP is not sending anything as said by Betcoin.AG. It's the standard nowadays already so he is not sending proof of location, I guess he can't go on the play.

But would you let him withdraw if he isn't providing documents?  Or now he is obligated to send and the casino is also obligated to ask for the documents?
1734  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Technical indicators vs the News on: April 23, 2023, 07:03:30 PM

Even today when there is news about Markets in Crypto-Assets (MICA) in EU, the price plunges still.
There's no news you can rely on to bring the price up. The news coming from the developers, won't bring much influence on investors either.

People give more attention to the negative news on crypto but the TAs can spot a trend that is coming which is very much reliable information for investors.
1735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nothing but a mathematical fraud. on: April 23, 2023, 06:30:15 PM
What do you think about this project madness? Will you dare invest in a project like this?

A lot of people said the same thing when SHIB come out and made crypto newbies millionaires. When it's just a memecoin, anyone will ignore it until they see the price is jumping to the moon and then they run fast to buy billions of the token thinking it will be pumped more because, in the rich list, there are more holders who forgot to sell.

It may not be over yet but it will take months again before you will see price spikes of PEPE so don't bother buying because another memecoin like Doge will go up the next or it could be Floki Inu token.
1736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 23, 2023, 06:08:13 PM
Ryan received clean shots while Davis simply dodges his attack. Davis made him look like a rookie.

Doesn't need a rematch, Ryan is definitely not the kind that can defeat Tank. I rooted for him actually with a small amount expecting 3x lol But when I saw he fell in the 2nd round, the difference in points favors for Tank to win which Ryan will be daunted.  He still keeps launching though until the body shot.
1737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does this Rule Apply to Institutional Investors? on: April 23, 2023, 05:56:15 PM

It's true it doesn't apply to bit institutions because if they declare it's from a loan, it means nontaxable. Now I'm no expert on this but I once heard this from a discussion that I have attended before which they normally do so that they can avoid tax.

The difference is that if an individual asks loan from someone to invest in BTC, then he is liable to pay the loanshark with high interest.
1738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 22, 2023, 07:06:44 PM

If Ryan Garcia is able to maintain his distance and made his jobs and straight very effective, there is a huge chance for him to win the fight.  But we all know with how fast and quick Gervonta Davis is, it is quite hard for Ryan Garcia to execute such a strategy unless he can dance with Gervonta Davis and out-tempo him.  Ryan Garcia can protect his not-so-tough chin with the said strategy.

But still, everything is just an assumption, speculation, and prediction.  We still have to watch how the fight unfolds and in boxing, everything is uncertain until the match finishes.

I really think Gervonta Davis is pretty much aware of that strategy that the experience he built through his career will surely carry him to Victory there are some punches that may enter Gervonta's guard but I think that is what he likes for his counter to be very effective but Ryan Garcia has his ghost punch that Davis will need to look out for,

Safe to say that Gervonta Davis's camp is already aware of everything that could happen even before we had the chance to discuss it in here. I mean, all the possible scenarios that Ryan Garcia might execute are already expected by them and for them, what's new, this is not the first time for Davis to fight someone like Garcia who does have the power and even the size advantage.

They are both aware of each other's advantages so if Tank can do something about Ryan's reach and speed, he better be stealthy because it's not just him that has the experience.

Everyone will be watching this fight. Tank who had a long reign in the division almost no exciting boxer to be match to him in the division until Ryan. If in the politics of boxing, Ryan is set up to dethrone Tank. It's a risky bet but to make it 3x, a small amount will be fun.
1739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is going down day after day right now on: April 22, 2023, 06:38:06 PM
It's about to go up again by next week or the next, this will be quick so before it start try to grab a few sats at least if you are DCAing. I could be wrong but this downtrend is like a small dip for the investor's window to come and buy more.

Assuming the price will dip a bit deeper to $26k but it will also bounce back to more than $32k after it. The continuous rise of BTC is not a long green candle because this $30k is a resistance line.
1740  Economy / Economics / Re: Living ones life on assumption and promises on: April 22, 2023, 05:46:17 PM
Situations like this can teach you a valuable lesson not to rely on someone's promise especially when you are both drunk the night you got the offer.

An example about a friend who spends for an early celebration is very upsetting when he found out he actually didn't win, yet he already spend money for the celebration. I would probably share an amount just to cheer up that friend.
