1721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling tax proposal in Ukraine on: June 08, 2021, 05:13:05 AM
If I'm not mistaken Lottery games and poker are the only gambling games that is legal in Ukraine, and its already taxable I believe. Is this new proposal aims to introduce more games and adoption or just a pure TAX proposal? Anyway, 10% is indeed law because in my country we tax casinos or gambling activities on so many ways as long as its legal and they make it into law so casinos wont get away from it, I'm not sure though with the current rate but considering all the taxes, I'm pretty sure its beyond 10%
10% tax for a casino is not that high because in my country they have a really elaborate ways to tax the gambling houses and the government even have their own gambling house that works on charity most of the time.

The question is , do they really offer Crypto betting ? because that is what my question is all about and i did not find a good answer in your post.

I asked for answer because i already mentioned not finding anything .

That's the part that I don't know, I was just recommending what I was seeing when I watch the Punch Down Series. I didn't check it because it was just loading in my phone.
1723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: June 07, 2021, 11:26:08 AM
~

I think this is a belief that has positive suggestions for its users. For many people the habit of starting the action with prayer is something that can be trusted to make it easier. Although sometimes the path has been determined we have to try, maybe including gambling. In addition to predicting they also pray to those they believe in, even though they know it is wrong.
So I think it's their right, I will respect any differences. They have a culture and routine that does not harm us.
How does praying help you though? Pretty sure that the guy upstairs is too busy doing something and I don't think that he or she is considering gambling as a virtue. Pretty sure that people who pray in gambling are just desperate and they want to hold on to something that will move the blame away from them.
1724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you like or hate Royal symbols on bitcoin slots? on: June 07, 2021, 10:36:36 AM
I do love the Royal Symbol, they're pretty much easy to recognize plus you don't have to get easily confused because you can easily recognize the symbols. Changing something that we have been used to for a long time ago is a really difficult adjustment for the many.
1725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker Freerolls or Tournaments with Guaranteed Prize? Or what's your preference? on: June 07, 2021, 07:40:57 AM
Guaranteed prize for sure. Freerolls are never worth your time in general.
Definitely the guaranteed prize, even if the prize aren't that a lot or that much, at the least you can get something out of it. Plus another reason why free rolls isn't a good one is because there isn't likely any chance you can win in free roll plus there will be times when the gambling site is probably going to block your wins when you win in free roll.
1726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 07, 2021, 06:39:12 AM
Last day later for the group stages of Animajor. I think that there are three teams that are in danger to be out of the tournament and will get a direct invite to the airport.  Tongue
(Well this has been a common meme in Dota 2 tournaments.)
Those teams are the ff;
  • Team Spirit
  • Beastcoast
  • Team Liquid
I don't know about the Team Spirit and Beastcoast but I feel bad that Team Liquid isn't performing really well this major, too bad that they got a new roster of players because the original team made one themselves.
1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Economic Costs of Gambling on: June 07, 2021, 05:11:17 AM
Casinos are really big taxpayers in my country and I think I am not speaking for myself when I say that Asians love gambling because it is an industry here in my country. Plus, the tourism that it provides is also a big help as it bolster the tourism economy of the country which contributes to overall growth of the economy.
1728  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: June 07, 2021, 04:21:46 AM
I can see alot of people hoping that online crypto related gambling sites will integrate slapping tournament betting but things don't work like that and if it could take some well know gambling site some years before they could add well known games, it will definitely take them like 3years before they could add slapping tournament. However, this kind of game won't is good in the sight of some people.
Well, anyone can hope to have it but you are right that it is difficult to do that since there seems to be a lot of bureaucratic work involved in it. Also, don't assume the worst if it becomes available in some gambling site just because you don't enjoy it, let it show what it's got and see what happens.
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 6 on: June 07, 2021, 03:44:54 AM
@ene1980. I am watching it. This certainly is not deserving for the $49.99 payperview. However, good on the brother Jake Paul for snatching Floyd’s cap and hyping this. Jake should enter the cryptospace. He will have a profitable career in promoting ICOs and scamcoins hehehe.
I think his brother is already on the cryptospace although on the NFT side. Well, that's how PPV goes, they have to make a lot of money out of it if possible, the hype was big so they might as well mark up the price.
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: June 07, 2021, 03:01:42 AM
I don't know about you people but what the people are doing doesn't have anything to do with the spirits or incorporeal beings, and any person who says so is just making excuses for their actions. Think of it like a tradition that people do before doing something like trying to depend it all in fate because they have no control over what comes next.
1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul watch live. on: June 07, 2021, 02:11:06 AM
Thanks for giving us this, really looking for a live telecast of this match there are just too many pops up but that's ok, compared to Facebook live this is much better they will not be taken down, I just notice the unmute on the second link is not working and will just invite a lot of pop up still testing which of the three is better.
I guess that's a little price to pay for pirating a match, those pop ups are how these pirate sites make their money. This is a nice courtesy of you OP but I guess I will just stick with Youtube and see who's going to win.
1732  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Who can stop Bounty Campaign Scam? on: June 06, 2021, 03:33:13 AM
If you have this perception then don't participate no one is forcing you, and if you think that the bounty is a scam then create a scam report, reputable members are doing their shares by tagging these scammers and there's no pay in going after them tracing them and suing them, just do diligent research all the projects that you are participating.
Exactly DYOR is the best way to prevent yourself from helping a bounty scam. I think the only thing that can prevent these bounty scams from scamming people is when everyone does their research about the project to see if they are a real or a scam and if they are a scam then they get ignored.
1733  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anoymous message to Elon Musk on: June 06, 2021, 02:42:31 AM
The message sent to Musk is good, but how can we be sure that it came from the real Anonymous?
Is there a way to confirm this?

Anonymous works in a principle that everyone can be a member and don the mask to protest so there is a high possibility that it is a real Anonymous. I think the video is enough confirmation, they hate on capitalist or oppressive institutions so that's an Anonymous in my book.
1734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: June 06, 2021, 02:04:13 AM
South America getting in is a pretty good move, although El Salvador is a small country, it will still make a difference for the market if the head of the government is the one that actively supports it.
1735  Other / Off-topic / Re: I am thinking of being a food delivery rider accepting crypto payments on: June 05, 2021, 04:15:32 PM
Are you from the Philippines? Food Delivery is a growing industry in the Philippines because of the convenience that it brings. If you live there, I don't think that you will have that much success by making crypto as a payment option because not a lot of people know about crypto or even how to use it. Maybe you will be successful in that because I am just observing what's happening around me and I observed that crypto users are outnumbered in the Philippines.
1736  Economy / Speculation / Re: I speculate Tesla has sold their coins on: June 05, 2021, 01:55:46 PM
People keep forgetting these companies are not run by one or two people anymore but a whole board of directors,,, each with their own advisors.

These days you have to see and table proposals,,, then take it to vote,,, and then fight with those who disagree. And then you have to get legal advice on whether what you do is called manipulation.

This did not happen.
I forgot about this and you are right, there is a board that will have to decide on what to do next in terms of decision. I think it will be difficult for Tesla to do the decision of selling bitcoin because they won't get a lot out of it if they sold right now.
1737  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see $10k per BTC? on: June 05, 2021, 01:00:21 PM
We aren't sure yet but given how bitcoin can go from 60k to 30k, there is a likely chance that we will see bitcoin at 10k but there isn't anything to fret about it since that's a really good opportunity to buy bitcoin.
1738  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can't break out anymore. it's done. on: June 05, 2021, 11:26:16 AM
That's coming from someone who is on the forum for only a year, either you are naive or you don't want your main account being laughed at from your beliefs. And if you are the former, try to give it some time, you are just one year to this forum so you must've not known that there were worst times for bitcoin.
1739  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is the fastest asset to hit 1 trillion marketcap on: June 05, 2021, 09:51:22 AM
Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Google all of the are the greatest and powerful industry in the modern era. But, Bitcoin is a great technology and fastest hit 1 trillion marketcap within 12 years. Where as, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Google are hit 1 trillion marketcap many years as we see the chart. So, we can little observe that after 10 years Bitcoin will be the available every country which is very dominating and wonderful position without any doubt.
They are a little bit different than bitcoin though, as they are companies and bitcoin is a currency and coupled with the speed of the market hitting a trillion marketcap is that it is volatile so it can also take really fast for it to go down too.
1740  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: June 05, 2021, 09:03:51 AM
That's my worry that after I graduate in college, I will have to do a work that I don't love to get the money that I need so I can impress the people that I don't have an inch of affinity towards. Good thing that some of my friends introduced me to bitcoin and investing, now I have the ability to work at a minimum effort for a lot of money, I also have plans to make an end goal of making a lot of investment that will make a really good passive income, enough to make me not work.
