It depends on the PSU quality really, if you have a good brand with 80+ GOLD tag, then yes, the actual watt will be not that far from 550W (or ~478.5W). BUT if you use stock (casing PSU) with an unknown brand, the chance is, probably it will have less than 60% efficiency. It means your real PSU power would be ~330W. So the answer is, yes, if you have good quality PSU.

It depends on the casino. (1) Some allow multi-accounts since there's no incentive to abuse with multiple accounts, whereas (2) some have tailored promotions/rewards that can be abused with multiple accounts. So the ban on multi-accounts cheater for casino (2) is understandable. However, from the ethical POV, they are unethical if they ban the user at the withdrawal stage. They should not accept the deposit or ban the user and return the deposit money.

The odds for Fury (1.3 on Stake) is quite good IMO, well, if you are sure that Fury will beat Wilder. Let's say you play dice, 1.3 multiplier means 76.15% winning chance. I think the probability of Fury win is more than that. #FingersCrossed
