Santai saja ga perlu buru-buru karena selain RX 7000 mau keluar di awal November, gelontoran GPU bekas mining ini tidak hanya dari generasi RTX 3000 dan RX 6000 saja, tapi dari semua generasi yang dipakai mining. |

Update! Gelontoran GPU Nvidia mining sudah mulai nampak:  RTX 3060 TI bekas misalnya sudah mulai dijual di harga 4jt-an. Harga ini cukup menarik karena harga baru di angka 7jt-an dengan asumsi yang bekas masih terawat. Kalau mau beli GPU bekas Nvidia, pilih yang LHR karena tergolong lebih baru (keluar belakangan). Meskipun LHR bisa diunlock, tapi paling tidak kartu-kartu LHR dipakai mining relatif lebih singkat dari yang non-LHR, juga unlocker LHR baru populer di Mei 2022 (CMIIW). Oiya jangan juga ambil produk EVGA karena garansi mungkin sudah sulit karena EVGA sudah tidak mengeluarkan GPU lagi. |

Pretty sure the result will be Haney wins by decision. In the first match, Kambosos couldn't touch Haney, and nothing will change in this 2nd match except for the increase of the KO probability because Kambosos will be more aggressive, which will make him out of his style. Honestly, this match is boring, unlike what we expected when Loma was the king. Hopefully, the winner won't chicken out when Loma is coming.

This PoS with governance is flawed since it can tinkers its monetary system from "the default" or genesis. I saw many examples of coins that cut their inflation rate just because the community agree, without foreseeing things in the long run. As long as it will increase the coin price, it's all good, no questions asked. This is why Bitcoin is superior because things are fixed, no tinkering with the block time, block reward, etc. on a monthly basis. Anyway, PoS itself is a centralized system where a person or an entity with a big enough bag can steer the project.
IMO the governance shouldn't be built on the protocol but as DAO. People can steer the DAO and create as many DAOs as they want, but it won't change the tokenomics and stuff on the base protocol. In real life, it's like when you do vote on the government, but don't vote on the constitution, name, and flag... It's pretty much fixed.

ETH has down from ~$1640 after PoS to ~$1340 (~22%) today, and it looks like it will go down more. If you think this is alarming, you should know that the staking rewards won't be distributed before The Shanghai Upgrade is triggered (according to the initial report [1]). Therefore, a massive dump of ETH staking rewards is still not happening yet. However, according to Micah Zoltu, The Shanghai Upgrade won't enable the withdrawal: "Many people are shooting for Shanghai, but the core devs haven’t yet discussed what will actually be included…" [2] This will put investor money in limbo, facing huge dump risk and uncertainty of withdrawal date. Do you also think there will be a massive dump event? Think about it, PoS is like printing money without massively consuming computing power like PoW, so the cost of running the validator would be cheap. Thus, the whale can easily dump on you without risking their principal. Ane selikidi di bawah. iyakah ? setahu saya bahkan sebelum merge gas fee dijaringan ethereum sudah berkurang drastis. jadi menurut ane merge kemaren gak berpengaruh besar terhadap gas fee. mohon map kalau salah karena ane jarang main di jaringan ethereum.

Did they give you the exact time or some sort of deadline? The rep usually is slow-response on this forum. Regarding open rates, it was said that they would be canceled. But then I was told that I need to wait for the end of the event (bets) and if there is a lose = lose. Win - the winnings will be credited to the account, and then to the main account.

Untuk masalah gas dan kecepatan transaksi, kayaknya sih tidak akan mengalami perubahan yang drastis karena pada tahap merger ini yg menjadi fokus utama adalah proses migrasi dari PoW ke PoS. Berbeda jika update ETH2 sudah memasuki fase sharding (64 lapisan shard), sehingga kemungkinan besar TPS akan mengalami peningkatan yg signifikan.
Tapi dari https://ethgasstation.info/ biayanya udah murah hanya $0.07... Apa websitenya sudah tidak valid lagi ya? Dulu ane ngecek selalu mahal banget gas fee-nya. Mungkin kalau murah iya, tapi TPSnya masih sama... |

Kayaknya untuk menjadi koin PoW satu-satunya masih belum sih, meskipun koin PoW keluar dari top 15 dalam 5 tahun terakhir, bukan berarti mereka itu sudah berakhir. Kecuali mereka juga mengikuti langkah ETH semuanya dengan beralih ke metode PoS, baru bisa dikatakan the only one Ya mungkin lebih tepat "the only one that matter..." soalnya koin-koin PoW yang lain itu hashratenya kecil sekali dibandingkan dengan BTC untuk ASIC dan ETH untuk GPU. Palingan hanya 2% hashrate SHA256, dan 10% hashrate Ethash yang tidak mining di BTC & ETH. Kalau dari list CMC, hanya ada 175 daftar koin dengan sistem PoW yang eksis sedangkan dari Cryptoslate ada 328 koin PoW yang eksis.
Eksis tapi hashratenya kecil-kecil 175 itu palingan cuma beberapa aja yang "kuat" kek LTC+DOGE dan Monero. Kalau feeling ane (NFA, DYOR) nanti akan banyak holder yang migrasi dari ETH karena banyak dari mereka yang mengagungkan desentralisasi, sementara dev akan cenderung migrasi ke ETH Classic (ETC). Ya nanti ditunggu saja apakah terlihat jelas di " Bitcoin Dominance Chart" at least sampai level 50%. |

Kemudian ETH yang beralih ke PoS akan meninggalkan koin PoW di top-15 hanya ada BTC dan meme coin DOGE. Tentu ini adalah kabar baik untuk Bitcoin, karena praktis saingan Bitcoin hanyalah koin-koin code fork atau blockchain fork seperti LTC, BCH, BSV, dsb. Akankah penggemar PoW di ETH migrasi ke Bitcoin? Bagaimana tanggapan agan mengenai hal ini? Sekarang GPU AMD yang garansi resmi sudah diskon gede juga gans!  Masih anget padahal bbrp bulan lalu temen ane ada yang beli RX 6700 XT di angka 13an juta rupiah lol. Ini ETH belum merge loh, gelontoran GPU 2nd hand juga belum kerasa. Gegara diskon AMD ini Nvidia mau gak mau juga bakal ikutan diskon gede ini (feeling ane). Yang mau rakit PC, kesempatan emas ini soalnya kemungkinan parts yang lain juga diskon karena mining RIG juga butuh mobo + proc + ram. Meskipun gelontorannya ga sekenceng GPU, tapi tetap mempengaruhi demand. Sabar sampai akhir September (NFA, DYOR & DWYOR). |
