Lithuania has regulated crypto in their law and I've seen news about them developing some sort of govs-backed cryptocurrency.
Source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/lithuanian-central-bank-announces-blockchain-collector-coin

Wiki says this: Lithuania is an EU member state which joined the Eurozone by adopting the euro on 1 January 2015.

From rules about euro we can read, that countries that have Euro are not allowed to have any other currency.  So cointelegraph is lying or Lithuania plans to leave Euro.  I would bet on first than the second.

It won't be a real usable currency, it's a collectible token, like a cryptokitten or something. So, they aren't violating the EU laws. So, cointelegraf isn't lying, it's just the user who posted about it is either confused or didn't read the article that they posted.

To this day Petro is the only coin that was actually launched, and as we can see, it's largely dead despite Maduro's hardest attempt to impose it on his people and trade partners. Now other countries would think twice before launching a government-backed coin.

I agree with you that PETRO is only real national cryptocurrency. Sadly they did not took it serious enough from early start. It was seen long ago that they dont really know what they are doing when they wanted to launch it on NEM and then ....   It is sad missed chance. It could actually succeed that people get used to use cryptocurrencies.

Yesterday was the first day that there were less Coronavirus infected then a day before.  1800 new , 1800 recovered and over 100 dead.  It is also slowly getting clear what will be the mortality rate. It should be between 2.7% and 13.8% or all infected. So most likely close to 6%.

Loopring.io, the first DEX using ZK-ROLLUP on ETHEREUM (2500 transactions/second

WOW man, you guys will be exchanging shit tokens like crazy. 2500 every second. Amazing.  How many per second you were able to do so far?

The speed of the blockchains

If coinmarketcap listed everything that doesn't mean we should do same and compare apples with plums. Coins, tokens, whatever you post there are very different. They were issued different they work different they have different use case.

1746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡⚡[ANN]Robotina ROX - Save electricity & earn ROX token ⚡⚡ Rox'n'Roll! on: February 18, 2020, 08:45:43 PM
Today I went update my Ledger Live and apps. And when done and saw my Ethereum tokens, there was no ROX. So I was not totally sure if I ever sent them there. It is hard to not forget everything with so many coins.Anyway after some checking I realised, Ledger have over 1200 Etehreum tokens on Ledger Live but not ROX. I have tokens there that were desisted from exchanges. Why not ROX?  Does no one care and asked them that?   I of course learned that I can manage them with MEW or other Etehreum wallets. So is not end of the world, but if it will ROX be in Ledger Live, it will help me not to worry and wondering where my tokens are a year from now when I will again forgot about this Tongue

Anyway I will bug them on their subreddit a bit. Probably is like one line of code they need to add.

Hi Febo!  Smiley

Ledger live only supports some ERC20 tokens, you can check on their website which ones. Your ROX tokens are on the address where you have been holding them usually, you can check etherscan to be sure.

Hope this helps!

Rgs

I sent my ROX on Ledger long ago. You can with other wallets, not Ledger Live.
I send them ticket. They replied today what they need so I sent them all. They basiclly just wanted this https://etherscan.io/token/0x574f84108a98c575794f75483d801d1d5dc861a5

Hopefully ROX will be on Ledger Live when next update will happen. Or maybe even before. I dont know how that goes.  Smiley
1747  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Seasteading on: February 18, 2020, 08:10:38 PM
...  they are also talking about building a landstead. What does this all mean for the future?

I noticed that yesterday when checking their website. Why not to offer them. Maybe there will be market for them maybe not. More that they will sell cheaper will be average costs and at the end the price. So land "sea" steads can make seasteads cheaper.
1748  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitDice Robbed Investors? CSNO lost 80% value on: February 18, 2020, 07:46:27 PM
Now, you also said Alex closed the threads... he did not. As you would know if you had read my previous reply. That matter is completely unrelated to this entire fiasco.
We had an old rule in our signature campaign thread about posting on bitdice ann but that isn't enforced anymore. I believe someone reported the signature campaign post and now due to that, the threads are locked.

I am pretty sure this accusation and reporting user dogedice.me are related. The post that got him temp ban is there for three years and a half. It would be a huge coincidence to be reported exactly when this acusaation happened. It is One out of 1200 chance. Specially when you read what was written in last few months in Bitdice ANN thread and the trust summary references of one of the posters there.

Now my conclusion about this scam accusation is that its aim is to make BitDice lose its reputation. Question is: what's the gain from this?

It will definitely not help grow value of CSNO tokens of which OP is so concern about.

Bitcoin price hits $9678: What to expect? rise or fall ??

Sentiment is positive. We are less then 3 months before halving. there is a lots of positivism for next two months. Something else might come up in that time of course. A month before halving people will start taking profits. Sentiment then will change to negative for a month or a few.

Yup they moved to Panama and project become way more serious now https://ocean.builders/ocean-builders-manufacturing-facility-gets-the-first-pour/    They know where they went wrong in Thailand. And that is what matters.

How to Deal with worst Market

Man, price of Bitcoin and most altcoins was increasing for full strait two months. And then it correct a bit for two days people start crying. Worst market? How can be worst market when coins prices almost doubled in two months!!!
1753  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BitDice Robbed Investors? CSNO lost 80% value on: February 17, 2020, 07:57:38 PM
What I do not understand, if the invested USD 10 million are still there why did the CSNO tokens lose USD 8 million?

Man. What are you doing on this forum? Dont you read it to educate how prices gets set?  Price of not just tokens and coins, but also apples and plums and potato and oil is set on a market.  Buyers and sellers set it. Demand and supply. To get price someone have to sell it and someone has to buy it.  It have nothing to do how much something is worth.  If you have  a lot of money you can move price up or down as it pleases you.

If suddenly CSNO price increases for 1000 times, that dont mean BitDice will have 1000 times more founds collected 2 years ago. They will still have same.
1754  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy on Friday and Sell on Monday on: February 17, 2020, 07:41:11 PM
Buy Bitcoin on Friday and Sell it on Monday?

Whales are to busy partying over weekend and have no time to suppress price down, so price rise up over weekend. Whales start their job on Monday and they successfully mange to suppress it until Friday.
1755  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Uptrend Broken on: February 16, 2020, 09:15:26 PM
It is important to note that this bearish price action may have invalidated the crypto’s midterm uptrend, due to it breaking below a key ascending trendline that had been formed over the past few weeks.

It is also important to note that if correction would not happened now it would happened latter. maybe tomorrow maybe next week or next month. Price of Bitcoin was increasing for straight 2 months. Why to be so greed and expect to be the same as last spring when it lasted for 5 months.
1756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please help me understand MONERO on: February 16, 2020, 05:22:39 PM
Hey guys, thank u for reading this.

I am writing guides for bitcoin and altcoins and I am now on the topic of Monero.
Monero is so much harder for me to understand compared to other cryptocurrencies.
I read a lot about it, and I still do not understand how Monero cryptography works.
All the rings and stealth addresses are too confusing and technical.
Can someone please dumb it down and explain it to me.  I am a noob
Please help!

Watch those videos, some are tiny bit behind with details since Monero develops so rapidly, but in general are right. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnjUpT9gGxyQ_lud7uKoTCg/videos

If you have more time and really want to learn you should read Mastering Monero written by sershack. There is free PDF, but you can buy it if you want https://masteringmonero.com/
1757  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold bubble and Economic situation more what to expect on: February 16, 2020, 04:57:14 PM
As I predicted here the Gold bubble Will pop.

Can you tell more please. So Gold bubble will pop after I guess decades. When it will pop and at what price you expect is will settle then?

Gold Will fall 30% this year!
If the Bulls Step in Price might recover..likely.

instead of losing 30% of price Gold gained 5% of price from November.   Even when some asset lose 30% that can not be called a bubble. That is a healthy correction. Bubble means that some asset price goes so high and then crashes and never ever recover.  Bitcoin was never in bubble. Gold neither.  One coin and Bitcoinect were in a bubble. Their price crashed and will never get back.
1758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: February 15, 2020, 05:42:38 PM
What’s crossing first? $100 or .01?

Coming down to the wire  Cheesy

Almost certainly $100 in my estimation.  But I will take either.  And an order of magnitude more. Smiley

-EDIT- Jeebus right when I post this BTC takes a dump under 10k instantly. LOL.

It is hard sometimes not to feel like the whole thing is a big headfake lol.

Price of bitcoin is just high. If you put 2016 price over 2020 chart you see we should be at around $8000 at this moment. Price rose from mid December for full two months. Yes it can grow more without any correction. At start of the last year price grew even strait 5 months. But my point is it is nothing unusual if Bitcoin correct now even for weeks or a month or more.

People are just to hyped and optimistic and think it is 2017 already.
1759  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: LOCKED TOKENS RECEIVED FROM BOUNITES on: February 15, 2020, 05:13:53 PM
I discovered that there are tokens that i received as payment for bounty campaigns and Airdrop. these tokens has been in My wallet for over one year. i knew projects do lock tokens for over a period of one year or below.

I am certain that these token has passed the locked period. i found it difficult to transfer these tokens to the exchanges. after several account migration. i also discovered that some of these projects are no more(SCAM) but they are still trading.
My observation is : could be possible that the project owners has forgotten to unlock these tokens. could it be possible there was a swap. even if there was a swap, i can still transfer the token out of my wallet.

What could be the problem??

Asking this in general is a bit silly. Ask those that made this token. If swaps happened they should tell you where to swap or at least tell you that you missed deadline to swap them.
1760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: One of the best crypto trading strategy ! on: February 15, 2020, 04:25:08 PM
I lost a lot of money before in trading and I don't want other to lose !
I hope you will do the right way and never lose in trading and mostly win.

If you will continue to trade you will keep losing. You should avoid trading as much as you can. Instead of that you should research and then buy coins that have development, that have community, that have use case and will be used 10 years from now. Buy those coins with money you can afford to lose at any day you can. Best as many days so you minimise risk to buy expensive. You should withdraw coins from exchanges as soon as you buy them. The end!

Congrats to you being rich.
