I believe there is currently a limit of 24 threads to use the pool

If you take the total supply into account, i wouldn't be surprised to see at least 1M BBP to run a masternode
Hopefully not. No way I'll mine that much between now and December. Sitting at around 270k at the moment and its just getting more difficult. You can buy BiblePay (BBP) pretty cheap on C-CEX! -----> https://c-cex.com/?p=bbp-btc

I think gen enables/disables mining, so gen=1 turns mining on

I think the workers report their hashrates to the pool, and when someone in pool finds a block, the pool gets the reward and divides the reward between all the workers based on how much percent hashrate they each contributed.
But I believe the reward you get is only tied to your pool website account, and you have to wait till the reward blocks mature and you can withdraw from the pool.
So I think the pool gets the reward and you can then send it from the pool to one of your wallets.
Is that how it works?

To put BiblePay on Coinmarketcap: https://coinmarketcap.com/Bottom left corner of page has a "Request Form" button I think to complete the form we just need a webpage that shows live/current supply of BiblePay coins

Submitting a Coin to Bittrex https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583854-Submitting-a-Coin-to-Bittrex"Enhanced Verified Account of team member on Bittrex - This team member must be either a core developer or a major shareholder (10% or more) of a company that backs the development of the coin. That member will need to submit identifying documents to get their account enhanced verified." Looks like a team member of the BiblePay team needs to submit for coin to trade on Bittrex

Mining has gotten a lot harder to get coins, Id say an average PC at 70k hps may get you 40-60k coins a month, you can get a lot of coins trading, and for cheap right now
