Hopefully a quick question. Does the staking or "growing" season still work with this coin? I haven't had a stake in months with over 11K coins what gives?  PoS is currently not working. One of the devs is working on it. It will get fixed one day. I have some old paper wallets that I can give to with the lemons for him to test with. |

If communities were joining together like https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=874423.0 and everyone decided to create 1 new token, I would be into trading part of my THC to get some of a new hemp/cannabis token on NXT. I think it would be a bit silly to ditch all THC for a new NXT token as a NXT token would probably limit future growth to what NXT allows. There are also other 2.0 platforms that do this same sort of token thing. Who's to know which one to choose. Everything is so early on. I like that there is a hempcoin blockchain because it allows for maximum flexibility. An important thing for me with any change to hempcoin is forward compatibility of all wallet.dat files and paper wallets. A wallet created today should work forever! (or until a security flaw is proven to exist) I would be interested in seeing someone try out a new hempcoin that's a token on NXT. There's no harm in creating some tokens on NXT for free and having the community play around with them. It would be cool if someone could duplicate THC onto NXT so that there's a new NXT token and the hempcoin blockchain. Whoever owns THC at block 450,000 will also own that amount of the NXT token. |

Those are all trex balances. I can tell because I'm #4  and it looks bang on. yep those are bittrex balances for sure, mine is bang on too. you edged me out by one spot. :-) now i wanna buy more. it would be a lot of work if they made actual richlists for every coin they have. Assuming the charts are close to real time, this is quite an insightful chart to keep an eye on when trading. 4 million to be #1! I want to try for that also. We need another 1 month lull where the price drops to 16 satoshi and millions of THC sell orders get lined up at cheap prices. Then I can be #1. After that there will be a block halving and 420 with bring some hype/media attention. 3.5 million top balance is pretty low. It shows this coin wasn't instamined by the dev like that satoshi person did to bitcoin by getting 21%. 3.5 million is only 1.5% of all the THC to be created. |

I just thought of a really cool idea for April 20th. The block halving will be happening around then too so big things are coming. This is a long term coin.
I will be selling discounted merchandise at no markup. Just like how lemons is working on the software code for free, I will importing and selling merchandise for free! The buyers will just pay what I paid for it (+ maybe 20% extra). There's a BitCoin ATM a short 4 minute walk from the 420 party. I will only be accepting BTC and then teaching people about the next BTC a.k.a hempcoin and trading THC for BTC.

Maybe we should fire some THC your way so you can print up something nice for the booth this year? It'd probably be a huge help seeing as the art gallery meetup is getting more and more professional each year (in terms of most booth's appearance at least, the grounds and people themselves leave something to be desired). I can design something if need be. Also I'll get a new design for the paper wallet going soon here. Is there any sort of future plans for Hempcoin? Road map of some sort? Any sign of Tim? I almost feel like fartbags, killsig and lemons! should become the current team (I know lemons is the current dev, but you know what I mean) behind Hempcoin seeing as you guys are doing the most for this coin. That's not meant to be against Tim. I would love to get some sort of power supply + TV or a bunch of android tablets lined up like a big screen TV. Big plastic banners are around $200+ and everyone has them so I'd rather go for the TV or lots of tablets. Tablets are reusable too. |

I guess I'm done here, all cashed out. Was anything ever done with the bounties? What good are they if not put to use? Anyway, good luck not getting delisted from bittrex (there's always allcoin).
The bounty is growing. It might get big enough one day to attract someone. Too many coins, not enough developers. Supply and demand. Coins now have to offer a large percentage of coins to get developers. Investors are getting so crazy that they are now investing in 100% premined coins to get good developers supporting a coin. |

have i got this right? i want to make some paper wallets for xmas. i think that i would: create a new address and label it send an amount of coins to that address then on the cli put: dumpprivkey <insert labeled address here> print the 2 addys on a pretty peice of paper is that it? thanks  That would work. The wallet.dat file would still have the private keys though, so if someone got that wallet.dat file then they could take the coins out of your paper wallet. Why not use this site: http://hempcoin-paper-wallet.github.io/hempcoin-paper-wallet/It's all javascript so you can download the page, inspect the code and run it locally if you are scared of a security. I would suggest playing around with it a bit for fun. Send 0.00000001 THC to a generated public wallet address, importprivkey and see how it goes. BTW I use this site often: http://cryptolife.net/upwg/It's a useful tool for coins without paper wallet generators. It's a universal paper wallet creator. |

Come on. Be Real. The bounty is tiny. 2,000,000 DOPE at 30 satoshi = 0.6 BTC = $200 USD. Anyone smart enough to build a decentralized exchange is going to realize that they can make $200 in a day or two doing some other easy work and buy 2,000,000 DOPE. If someone can't make $200 in a few days then they aren't smart enough to build a decentralized exchange.
There are 10000 other coins to join, you could start a new blockchain or you could start a new counterparty token. It's getting to the point where investors don't care if devs do a 100% premine and sell off 10% to start development. This bounty is never going to be claimed until decentralized markets are so common that every coin has one and they can be built in a day.
I have two ideas if you want something to get done fast:
#1 - New coinswap. Premine the total amount of coins + 50,000,000 more DOPE for this bounty. (Cost free)
#2 - Someone with 20 BTC puts in a big buy order at 100 satoshi and dumb people sell their coins into it quickly. (Cost 20 BTC)
I'm fine waiting for a year until decentralized markets are common and then building up a good user base but I would prefer option #1. #1 could be started tomorrow and will attract more than 1 person/group of people who want to try to build a decentralized exchange/fork of open bazaar.

Too many coins, not enough developers. It might be a good idea to merge with other coins. Everyone will get diluted but the community and developer pool will be a lot bigger. |

I would look at getting a marketplace set up using ethereum or openbazaar. Neither of those projects are getting shut down.
The marketplace isn't valuable, it's the users who are valuable.
The last news I heard is 7 different decentralized market places were shut down by the FBI because they weren't fully decentralized.
