Dear, troll The whole amount of the GB was 80k USD.  the fact that some other trol put in my trust feedback fiction 100+ BTC as lost does not make this true. Live with it you did not folow the GB rules so 1. You missed the refund window 2. Then you refused to pay handling fee, so your chips were sent with regular mail.I'm not able to proof if you received them or not. Look when entering the group buy you accepted the terms if you forgot look @ page 1 in this tread - about handling fee: B: Like zefir i have to get a fee for shipping the chips too. Zefir takes $20 processing fee per shipping, regardless of how many chips ordered. I will need only $10 as a fiat based component to cover expenses, including package hardware for shipping, custom handling fees and, if needed cost for outsourcing if time is of essence. On top there is the shipping cost needed to ship your package to the location you want it at. You can chose the type of shipment when there is a choice to choose between security and higher price. This fee is not per order but per shipment. I think thats fair and even better than the original offer.

Only send payments from an address you control (i.e. you can sign with it). If you send from MtGox or other exchanges, you risk loosing your funds since you can't prove you sent them. If you bought chips pay attention that your address is in the list that shows the payments with the correct amount of chips. If something looks wrong you need to proof that you are the owner of that address. You have to be able to sign a message with your sending address to proof that youre the owner off that address: How to sign/verify messages?.
The wallet Multibit cant sign messages. In case you did an error there it should be possible to import your addresses into a wallet that can sign messages and then sign a message with your sending address.

The Imperial will likely need another board rev. I am pushing to start shipping 600 GH/s units now as opposed to waiting for a new board rev. This makes shipping much more complex and we are discussing if that's even possible and if so how to handle it. It looks like we would have a new Imperial class board rev by the end of next week, but I would like to start shipping before then. I will post a more detailed technical explanation in the update. The Imperial class board rev will reduce power usage on standard Monarchs as well, which is one reason to wait. However, I am not in favor of waiting, regardless of power consumption on the 600 GH/s units and would like to start shipping next week if we can get them through manufacturing that quickly, and I don't think it will be a problem. We have the boards, they just need to be populated with components. That is part of the information I am waiting on, as well as a few more details.
No way the avoid refunds on 80%+ of their Black Friday order, refunds become available tomorrow or Friday. But according to BFL (or it used to be) If they are shipping they don't have to do refunds....so up to 11:59pm Oct 30th CST they will ship 1 or 2 cards out..announce they are shipping just before the deadline...(would if they could not sure they could...just saying nothing would surprise me) Oh and by the way...it is only refunded if it is OVER 6 months and 1 DAY...that gives them till June 30th up to 11:59 pm to start shipping ...at least if they are gonna be slimy about it (nah they would not do that right..says the newbs?) that is what my email said on my refund...so I'd be plenty nervous as a black friday person trying to refund..... Again hope I'm wrong but .... Searing Ummm their rules for refunds don't apply. 6 months and a day? Bullshit. Send them an email with the Subject line "Sonny V Probation" and tell them you want your refund today and if not you will contact everyone documented in the Sonny V probation hearings. I bet you get a response and a refund. |

Hey, does anyone know how to tell which electrical outlets are on the same circuit? Is there some kind of tool out there you can buy that you can plug in one outlet then go around to each other outlet and when it sees that other plug it will light up or something? When my house was built the electricians did a SHIT job, but since I switched from central AC to window AC I have some power to play with but want to make sure what outlets are on what breaker. I know they messed up because a couple outlets in my living room go out at the same time ones go out in my office. And that's two room away. Unless that's the way it is done? I was NEVER any good at electricity. Horrible at it.
