Wonder where all those spare Avalon chips came from?!?!?!
1162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: October 10, 2013, 08:43:16 PM
orama,

So you have not accepted a role with KNC yet is that correct?

If so, what is the position on the fact that they clearly are going to miss getting all orders out the door by the 15th,
is there going to be some compensation?

1163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: October 10, 2013, 05:36:23 PM
'Orama
Do you know why they won't ship the rest of our miners while they work out the firmware?

What? Have they stopped shipping?

1164  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Avalon chips fire sale on: October 10, 2013, 04:37:39 PM
From the guidelines:

What should you include in your auction?

Thread subject
A good thread subject mentions the item(s) being sold and the quantity clearly. Price and other information can also be included.
Description
Describe what you are selling in detail, so that buyers know exactly what they are bidding on. You can include images of the item, or proof of ownership (a signed message for example).
Starting bid
The lowest price you will sell the item for.
Buy it now
The price you will sell the item for immediately.
End date and time
When writing the end date and time, be sure to include the time zone.

Payment methods accepted
If you accept payment methods other than Bitcoin, mention them here. Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services!
Additional information
You can include information about payment, shipping costs, escrow, and auction rules here.
1165  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Avalon chips fire sale on: October 10, 2013, 04:22:25 PM
If you aren't putting an end date on the auction then I am not bidding.

This is time sensitive chips and I won't bid forever.
1166  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 1500 GH/s butterfly Bitcoin ASIC Miner for sale on: October 10, 2013, 03:53:05 PM
Suggestion:

1. When it arrives plug it in and start mining.
2. Sue BFL for lost income for about $25,000

This is going to be delivered as 25 60Gh singles that you will get in about a month.

0.16BTC per day per device or BTC4 per day.

BTC267 for the life of this device is never going to happen.

My advise, as soon as the singles start coming in the door, start selling them on Ebay pronto.

1167  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Avalon chips fire sale on: October 10, 2013, 03:42:59 PM
When is this auction over?

Will you take bids until they are fully worthless?

Let's put an end date on it.
1168  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: October 10, 2013, 11:56:07 AM

Jalapenos 4.5 and 5 gh/s: March 11, 2013   No Days

Little Singles 30 and 25 gh/s: Feb. 7, 2013   1 Day

Singles 60 and 50 gh/s: Mar. 5, 2013 pay date   1 Day

MiniRigs: February 6 (1st 500 gh/s) January 6 (3rd 500 g/s), and All June-Dec, 2012 MiniRig orders complete.

March 2013 is like June 23rd all over again.

Here is your new prediction of when Josh and the monkeys will clear April orders.

Ready?.............

December 2nd 2013

I will tell you what Josh does not have the balls to tell you.

and when they reach that goal in December they will still be backlogged 8 months.

I believe BFL Overall 65nm Backlog will likely not be cleared until next summer.

I also believe Josh knows this and is intentionally not sharing it.

1169  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: October 10, 2013, 02:04:43 AM

The latest gimmick under construction on BFL......

    "Store Credit"

BTC1.25
1171  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] BFL Jalapeno. [Pictures added] on: October 09, 2013, 04:13:12 PM

Looking at the prices on ebay they all seem to be selling for $340+ USD.  I'll let mine go for 2.25 BTC (~$280).

Don't understand why you don't sell on Ebay if that's where the money is.

Offering BTC1.1
1172  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YIFU IS AUCTIONNING? on: October 09, 2013, 03:55:53 PM

Tuesday, October 8, 2013 Shipping Update

Jalapenos 4.5 and 5 gh/s: March 11, 2013   2 days shipped

Little Singles 30 and 25 gh/s: Feb. 6, 2013  1 day shipped

Singles 60 and 50 gh/s: Mar. 4, 2013 pay date   5 days shipped

MiniRigs: February 1 (1st 500 gh/s) January 14 (2nd 500 gh/s) December 6 (3rd 500 g/s), and All June-Nov, 2013 MiniRig orders complete.   3 days shipped

Probably the worst shipping progress in the last month.

Considering the large progress on Mini-Rigs in previous days and the fact that they are shipping multiple Singles in place of Mini-rigs, they are probably out of Singles boards or they have hit a real wall on orders.

Day 9 of "Two weeks or so" and things are almost at a full stop.

1174  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: What ever happened to Butterfly Labs' BitSafe Wallet ? on: October 08, 2013, 10:32:49 PM
Should be shipping in about 2 weeks I believe...

Hmmm I guess he set himself up for that huh?? LOL
1175  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YIFU IS AUCTIONNING? on: October 08, 2013, 10:30:13 PM
Bet he hasn't auctioned off a single unit.

As it should be.

If they come down to BTC3 before the next diff I may consider it

Has to be free shipping!!

LOL

1177  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: October 08, 2013, 03:45:16 PM
There's a rumor going around that josh can't get it up

Sorry wrong thread.

This is the bash on BFL business thread not Josh's health problems.

1178  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitSyncom, what compensation is planned for chip buyers/trade in customers? on: October 08, 2013, 02:50:20 PM
Your compensation is you can bid on the units they have been hashing with for the last 6 months

1179  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: October 08, 2013, 02:43:21 PM
I just do not get how they can even continue doing business ? I am sure that there is some US customers with a shit load of money invested at the edge that could sue the shit out of them!!!! the EU or/And US consumer laws doesn't approve/allow what they are practicing in any way, but still everyone comes here and cry about it instead of doing something to get their money back.

If I had a minirig that supposed to ship earlier this year I would get a good lawyer to make a good case of how much money I lost by waiting, I would explain to the judge how mining works and what is diff.factor and the lost that they caused me by waiting.

and still people ordered their 28nm monarch shit, I really wonder how long these have to wait !!!

They are not doing any business at this point.

What they have left is the knuckleheads who bought the new cards.
Once they deliver that it's the beginning of the end.

The funnel keeps getting more and more narrow because even though you are selling money making machines you can't piss on people forever before they walk away.

Their cloud mining operation will fail because it's priced wrong and modeled wrong.
Who would pay $10 a GH and have it be worth half as much in a month and worthless in 2 more?

1180  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: October 08, 2013, 12:07:43 PM
The End of the Line..........

The final numbers from September 30th:

Jalapenos 4.5 and 5 gh/s: March 1, 2013

Little Singles 30 and 25 gh/s: Dec. 26, 2012

Singles 60 and 50 gh/s: Feb. 3, 2013 pay date

MiniRigs: October 11 (1st 500 gh/s) September 15 (2nd 500 gh/s) August 15 (3rd 500 g/s units), and All June and July orders complete

so here we are 8 days into "Two weeks or so"

Jalapenos 4.5 and 5 gh/s: March 9, 2013  Moved 8 days in 8 days

Little Singles 30 and 25 gh/s:Feb. 5, 2013  Moved 40 days in 8 days

Singles 60 and 50 gh/s: Feb. 27, 2013 pay date  Moved 24 days in 8 days

MiniRigs: February 1 (1st 500 gh/s) January 14 (2nd 500 gh/s) December 3 (3rd 500 g/s), and All June-Nov, 2013 MiniRig orders complete.  Do the math yourself   Huh

So 51 days of Jalapenos to clear in 2 weeks (moving at a 1:1 ratio)
and 83 days of Little singles (moving at 5:1 ratio)
and 63 days of singles moving at 3:1 ratio)

so newest predictions.

By the 20 of October (my official "2 weeks or so" from October 1st) BFL will NOT clear all orders to April 30th on all 3 lines (Jalapeno, Little Singles and Singles)

Jalapenos will be at March 20th
Little Singles will be at March 25th
Singles will be at April 5th

and Monkey Boy Josh will have failed at another estimate goal deadline
