I think yes and they do this for a reason ithink.We all know that china has the biggest numbers of bitcoins users so maybe satoshi nakamoto is around there who maybe lead or instruct to stop withdrawal for bitcoins price to easily pump because huge withdrawal action may bring bitcoins price to get down

Bitcoins i think doesnt need any ATM machines and banks.Bitcoins needs a decent exchange that is not regulated by the government,an exchange of currency which is tax free from the government.Bitcoins atm is just a bonus from bitcoin adoption and development

Me at this stage i am done with fun and having fun of things,at my current age i must be able to live by myself now so i will not spend money or bitcoin on fun anymore instead focus on things that will help me in the future

Marketcap i think for me i not that important when it comes to development of each coin and not important for rising of each coin,coinmarketcap is just for monitoring the stats and ranks of each cryptocurrency out now.

Are you investor or bounty participant? Distribution is only for the investors for now, after they distribute the tokens for the 1300+ ICO investors. It is the time for the bounty participants to get their ICO.

In fact, only Roman is in charge for the manual distribution of the ETT Tokens, as for my last update. 700 already got their tokens and there are 400+ queued withdrawals. That should only take at least until tomorrow for the distribution.

They want to make sure that the distribution will be 100% accurate. There are some problems that has to be addressed before didtributing the Token such as display error, balance not showing correctly,etc. Right now they are on Audit and I suppose the 3 day extension will do that.
