Eu não disse que é o prioritário, mas sim que as pessoas no Mercado terem sido afetadas é mais grave que as do BTC Rain. E que o Mercado deveria voltar a funcionar, já o BTC Rain tanto faz. O Mercado faz falta, o BTC Rain era só um jogo de aposta. Desculpa, mas todos que colocavam dinheiro no Rain sabiam que o dinheiro poderia sumir de uma hora pra outra. É investimento de altíssimo risco. Já no Mercado não. O fato de internamente o problema ter sido originado no Mercado não tem nada a ver. Eu sei que não é assim, mas é como se o Rain utilizasse uma carteira no Mercado Bitcoin para ter alta liquidez no mercado, necessário para o negócio do Rain funcionar bem. E, como qualquer exchange, há o risco da carteira que está ali ser alvo de ataques, como foi e como sempre será.  Leandro assumiu a responsabilidade quando colocou moedas do rain numa conta do mercado, no minimo foi negligente. As moedas nao sumiram de uma hora pra outra. Nao houve ataque algum apenas um teatro. F., tu és advogado do L. ? Ganhou quanto pra estar aqui defendendo o suspeito? |

This is not only a brazilian scam, this is international conman acting and he is a known person.
Anyone from USA should be contacting the authorities, the bitcoinrain.com site was hosted at amazon cloud infrastructure and they are willing to help if there is an official claim.

I just had an idea for an approach we could take before pursuing any legal action. If you look at the first page of this thread, Leandro states that he partnered with Rodrigo Batista, which is confirmed by this story in Bitcoin Magazine. http://bitcoinmagazine.com/8004/brazilian-magazine-super-embraces-bitcoin/Maybe someone can send him an email in Portuguese reminding him that there are many outstanding Mercado Bitcoin debts that his company is liable for (it doesn't matter that they were from Bitcoin Rain - the funds were shared between the two). Victims of Bitcoin Rain have every legal right to go after the assets of Mercado Bitcoin! If Rodrigo or Leandro don't wish to communicate regarding this debt, then the only remaining choice is legal action. On the weekly chart we are just now starting to see the kind of growth that characterized mid to late March. (33% now vs 35%-46% then)
If things play out the same way now that they did then, we've got about 3 weeks left before some major exchange melts down and causes a panic.

Wow, you may be right, maybe this bubble WON'T pop! (right now) I should have checked previous bitcoin increases more thoroughly... Well, I guess in that case I'll just diversify into gold and silver with those "useless" € I just got trying to sell at the top... Add to my math, but keeping it simple. If we do 266(top)/73 = 3.64 Then we can say X/269=3.64... X= $980 Is that our top?  I have to say that's the top I have in my mind. My initial plan is to realize some profits at $700, and some more at $970. I mean... x30 profit on average is good enough to cash in some fiat for me.
