I asked because I saw on taobao for 4000 RMB but realized thats only a pre payment, not the full price. They haven't update it. Ive been slowly learning chinese and I feel free to create this new expression 烤猫的: could mean something awesomely good in the future(or restricted to BTC geeks forums) the very oposite of 他妈的. This never going to happen. Gald to hear you learn Chinese. never? Why? Its like saying bitcoin will never succeed when it only depends of people who use it, btc or the new language form.

I cracked it! Hitting 120GH on a 3 module now was wondering how long it'd take people to notice ( and more importantly share the constant that we've released on github.) the number you are all aiming for is 450 of course, that's not really possible on just air cooling. huh? I dont get it... ops wrong quote, I corrected, posted just to emphasize that the secret is on github and bold on SHARE... but I find it nice its something most people cant find. I still cant.

I cracked it! Hitting 120GH on a 3 module now Surely you're pulling our leg. 450 is the max clock rate which puts a 3 module somewhere around 100GH. If not, do spill your secret. Spent all of yesterday going through the firmware code, there is a trick people are missing. Uses some information from the github as well. was wondering how long it'd take people to notice ( and more importantly share the constant that we've released on github.) the number you are all aiming for is 450 of course, that's not really possible on just air cooling.

fans are almost at max..... but tempratures look low wnough
what's the max, 4000? One machine here both coolers runs close to 4000, 39xx and the other one has one fan that max out at 3720

Very nice, I want like to test a set up like that but I think for me is easier for me run on air. I have a balcony about the same size with nice insulation, for aditional 800watts(the chiller) I could just put the air conditioner there and run two or three avalons@350 below 51 degrees. But there is the noise. If we build more blocks how cheap they can get? You can put it onto --avalon-auto and it will sort out the freq automagicly by looking at the % of hardware errors. Air cooled systems run at 365 MHz here, water cooled should go up to 400+ (450 MHz max)
Would it be enough to enter that into the "More Options(Default: --quiet)" field in the GUI? I think new firmware versions let you input the desired clock.

I just expected the trade to be done quicker than this..... I was unaware it would take this long and feel a little uncomfortable with thr sittuation.... just saying hmm... uncomfortable with them trading at <4 now ? the guys who had PT shares really benefited from this and are not complaining

One thing that surprises me, BFL claims to have 65nm and its amazing that the chip runs hotter than 110nm avalon. Are they overclocking that much to fit in that box? Sounds like a timebomb...
BFL consumes more power (heat) per chip because it's a physically larger chip (56mm 2) that does 4GH/s, rather than the tiny little chip (15mm 2) that does 300MH/s. If BFL wanted to make a chip that was comparable to an Avalon or ASICMiner chip, it would be 3.5mm 2 (yes, less than 2mm x 2mm), have a single engine (rather than the current 16), hash a little higher than 250MH/s, and consume 0.2W. But that's kind of a stupid design for a chip, so obv that wouldn't make any sense. Oh I forgot they are much faster, but still ~90 celsius seems a lot

Second lot of 5 received and hashing nicely =)
As for bitstreams, I'm a fpga engineer by trade and I'm thinking about taking a look at Bitfury's bitstream and see if I can adapt it to Icarus.
Any improvements on bitfurys bitstream? Based on what ngzhang said, icarus can handle 25watts easily, I welcome 10~15% hashrate improvement

just wait, the tracking is good Anybody can have a pile of waybills from DHL or any other transport company on their desks. They can package your shipment and provide you with the tracking number BEFORE it is ever taken to a DHL depot, or a third party who will take it to a DHL depot. So there is no reason for anyone to be surprised that the tracking does not show yet, it will not until it is scanned the first time by DHL.
