Molto utile nel caso abbiate un nodo bitcoin

Dalla pagina degli indirizzi, selezionali, tenendo premuto CTRL, e poi tasto destro "Send From".
Non funziona se selezioni solo indirizzi vuoti. (ovviamente)

A dirlo si fa sempre prima, ma la maggior parte degli utenti non lo sa fare. Verrebbero tutti a chiedere come fare, e se si pu fare.

Non so che client usi tu, ma l'esportazione è possibile su molti, ma non è certo facile e veloce.

Penso che la maggior parte degli utenti non ci sarebbe riuscita senza una guida li pronta, e molti non ci riusciranno comunque.

L'aggiornamento alla 2.7.6, si, direi che conveniva reinstallare il wallet da zero quasi.

Esportare il seed, cioè la lista di parole, che dovresti esserti già segnato.
Installare l'ultima versione (ora la 2.7.7), e importare di nuovo il seed.

Se tutto va bene, cancellare il vecchio wallet, che avevi prima della 2.7.6.

In genere va sempre bene installare sopra, salvo eccezioni.

Quello che conta è avere sempre da parte, su carta, il seed. La lista di parole.

2.7.7 ...

I client indicati li, non sono compatibili con il fork, o se lo saranno, non lo so.

I client indicati li servono solo per poter essere sicuri di:
1) Avere il pieno controllo delle chiavi private
2) Poterle esportare

Date queste due premesse, quando uscirà il client (o più di uno), compatibile con il fork, si potranno importare le chiavi private.
Quindi ritrovarsi i coin del fork, essendo una copia della Blockchain.

Potrete farlo solo perché avrete usato uno di quei client prima, e non altro, come lasciare i bitcoin su coinbase o greenaddress per dire.

Dipende da che fork parliamo, se con o senza supporto dei miner attuali.
I link sopra sono per un fork senza i miner attuali.

Penso che il client che le implementerà correttamente, sarà quello che il dev indicherà come tale:
- Questo è il client
- Queste le feature
- Queste le specifiche

Consiglio di seguire il github, o aspettare che qualcun'altro lo segnali sui canali indicati prima.

Un fork con il supporto dei miner, è incerto, perchè non si sa cosa pensino ora i miner, e sono in una situazione difficile.

Il fork senza il supporto dei miner, c'è volontà di attivarlo, prima di segwit.
Segwit per attivarsi, secondo le regole attuali, dovrebbe farlo quando i miner gli danno 95% a favore.

Il dev del fork indicato sopra, sta pensando di mettere una funzione di attivazione, che si attivi proprio con l'attivazione di segwit sul core.
Segwit uscirà con la 0.13.1 di Bitcoin Core, quindi bisogna intanto aspettare questa release.

Attualmente però c'è una pool che sta votando Bitcoin Unlimited a 10% di potenza di calcolo circa, che non supporta segwit, quindi forse segwit, con le regole attuali, non sarà mai attivato.

Non c'è quindi una risposta certa, per ora nessuno può darvela.

No aspe, in nessuno di quelli segnalati, sono messi come se garantiscano da se di avere entrambi i token.
Garantiscono solo l'esportazione delle chiavi private.

Quali saranno poi i wallet che supporteranno l'altro fork (dove saranno da importare le chiavi private), è ancora da scoprire, e magari li segnalerò/aggiungerò, volta per volta.

Magari, forse, non è detto, alcuni supporteranno entrambi i fork, forse Jaxx, forse no ... non si sa ancora.

Non seguendo bene ethereum, non conosco bene i wallet che lo supportano.
Su Ethereum però non era stato risolto il replay attack, mentre è "probabile" che lo sarà per un bitcoin fork.

Questo vuol dire che spostare i bitcoin si Jaxx, o altro wallet, con l'idea di sfruttare una funzione di split, per dividerli dopo il fork, potrebbe ben non funzionare, perchè soltanto i token di una catena verranno inviati.

Consiglio sempre di agire prima dell'eventuale fork.

Per averli, qualunque sia il fork, dovrai:
1) Installare un client compatibile
2) Importare le chiavi private

Per questo è importante avere i Bitcoin su un client che per primo permetta di "esportare". Non si può importare senza prima esportare

Dopo avrai la stessa quantità di coin (non lo stesso valore), su entrambe le catene/fork.


Si, Electrum, come indicato, va bene.
Direi quello Standard, quello multisig può aggiungere complicazioni.


Questo è abbastanza improbabile.
Servirebbe che qualcuno dei due schieramenti facesse un client che si connette ad entrambe le reti, ed è difficile che questo avvenga.

Potrebbe esserci qualche webwallet uscito dal nulla che dica di permettere questa cosa, ma i webwallet sono rischiosi, rischio di fake/scam.
Meglio evitare i webwallet.

If it will happen a fork of Bitcoin, meaning, of its Blockchain, what will happen is that from a point on, it will born one (or more) new chains.

This chain will have "the same" (equal) history until that point / moment.

As you know, or you should know, on the Bitcoin's Blockchain they are saved all the transactions, from the 2009 to day.

If there will be a fork at the block X (like the block 453758, to make an example), so the Bitcoin's history, of the new fork, it will be "equal" until that point. (block)

What does this mean? It means that if before the block X, you had 100 bitcoin, then after it you will have 100 bitcoin on the "old" blockchain, and 100 bitcoinX (just to give a fancy name) on the new Blockchain.

The value of the two currencies will be different. They will be two different currencies after this.

The good thing about this, is that, as investors/holders, without doing likely nothing, You will be invested in the same way (same amount) on both.
I repeat, if you had an amount of bitcoin until now, then you will have it even after, on both blockchains.

You will be able then to decide to sell a little on one side, or the other, or keep them still and wait longer term.
The safest thing we say, would be doing nothing, and see how the market (other users / buyers / seller more confident of their choices) will decide to do, Following the exchanges in the various markets.

Any fork will be reported by me or by others, possibly months in advance.
On the forum, on facebook and on chats.

If you will do nothing and you will find yourself on clients / exchange / inappropriate situations to have both tokens (Bitcoin and BitcoinX), what will happen is that you simply will have the bitcoin, only on the current chain, meaning, the chain of the current team that is working on Bitcoin Core.

The choice to stay on the various fork, and not on a single one, may be here because:
- You don't trust of the curreny team on Bitcoin Core, and of the future that they are proposing.
- You trust them, but why avoiding the possibility to have more coins that can be sold (and gaining something) when it is possible?
- You trust them, but not entirely, better to be safe, because it costs so little (the time to adjust your situation)


However! (important things)

- Having control on your own bitcoins, it means having the complete/total and absolute control of private keys. I mean all the private keys, as single or more (client multisig)
It a very imortant thing, you have to be sure to have complete control of your bitcoins, to be sure, with certainty, to being able to use/have/control them, even on the new fork.

- Being able to export the private keys
Another thing that it will be needed is that the client that you are using will allow you with certainty, to being able to export the private keys, all of them!
This to being able to, easily, importing these keys on the new clients / wallets that will support the new fork.


It is important that the bitcoins are on an appropriate client, BEFORE the fork.
After the fork, the coins on the current Bitcoin, on the old chain, you will be able to take them on your before prefered client / service (if it wasn't respecting the two rules above)

Below I will put a list of clients that I consider valid to guarantee the ability to have bitcoin also present in the new blockchain.
If there is a client that doesn't appear on the list, just ask, and I will try to add it, by indicating whether it is adequate or not.

Clients / inappropriate situations / to not have if you want to be assured of having the coins on both (or more) forks:
- Leaving your bitcoins on the exchanges: there isn't any certainty that the exchanges will permit you to have the coins on all the blockchains. You will have to withdraw them, and put them on adeguate clients, before the fork.
- Coinbase
- Circle
- Uphold
- All online wallet (that are always insecure)
