1801  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: kycnot.me bitcointalk version on: July 04, 2023, 09:43:10 PM
I have some time and creating such sites is easy, the problem is keeping it updated which is not difficult if the community here will participate in that.
If the idea succeeds and finds interest, it may be a more general idea and will buying this domain BTTLISTS.org or bitcointalklists.io

OP, that has to be your decision alone. Think about whether you will always have time to update, of course, support on the forum will probably not be missing, but you will have the most obligations during maintenance.
I saw a lot of ideas, which might have been useful, but the initiators at some point did not have enough motivation to work on updates and improvements. Also, don't limit the idea only to bitcointalk users, surely there are interested people outside this forum.

Why can't turn off push notifications in the Android application?
I mean, despite the fact that I went through the settings and disabled push notifications, they still appear (several times a day). The very annoying thing, which makes me uninstall your app from my phone.

Wasn't this always around Ł35-Ł40? 2.5 mBTC currently it's $77 (or Ł61), is it inflation?  Grin

i'm also  38 years old thanks for your intrest  bitcoin_Arena

I would never say that you are that old, you act like you are 14 years old.

also is it possible to buy merit here on forum? :|

So in that case, you need a loan to buy merit, in order to be eligible to get a loan.

What happens to coins with a dark history that does not pass your test?
1807  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Anyone knows bitstenproole.com exchange? on: July 03, 2023, 12:23:01 PM
OP, I don't want to accuse you without solid evidences but it looks like you created this topic just to promote that website and get a one more backlink.

That's the first thing I think whenever I see a topic like this, where an innocent beginner asks for an opinion about some poor site that presents itself as an exchange.

When I go to the site, the first thing that sets off the alarm for me is the worn-out marketing slogan "The most trusted cryptocurrency trading platform". Or counter which says 10 million users... At the same time, there is not a single piece of information about who is behind the "exchange", team members, where the company is registered...

So, bitstenproole.com is an obvious scam and everyone needs to stay away from there.
1808  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Whirlwind.money | ⚡No Fee⚡ | Ultimate Privacy | Anonymity Mining 12% APR🔥 on: July 03, 2023, 12:04:18 PM
IS the website made for devs? robots? or humans?  There is a captcha on the page so i guess it was made for humans.
There is a captcha, but there is no verification to make sure you copied the right thing (standard practice in crypto), humans make mistakes

Also why cant you just admit you were wrong about saying that 2 different domains cant share the same session... Why are you all so hell bent on stealing newbies money with plausible deniability Huh

No website can provide you with security for what you do on your device. Likewise, you cannot blame others for your mistakes and demand that they bear responsibility.
For example, do you know about clipboard malware? How to lose your Bitcoins with CTRL-C CTRL-V

Like we said we will leave this situation for the community to decide, if people agree you should get refunded then you will, if they don't you won't. Simple as that, we are not planning to tarnish our reputation for anyone or any amount, much less for someone that can't accept responsibility for his own actions and falsely blames everything on someone else while believing he's entitled to special treatment all at the same time.
Going by this statement from them, I would advise you that as far as I am concerned you should not expect Whirlwind to give you any form of assistance because of your incompetence.

Whirlwind made it clear they would intervene and make a payment to you based on community consensus therefore I will offer my opinion by saying Whirlwind should not be making a payment to you because you lost your private key.

Completely wrong solution. Whirlwind is not a community service. It is centralized, there is an owner who invests money, who at some point will take the profit (only for himself, and any campaign is just a marketing expense). It should also take responsibility for management and decision-making.
Transferring a "controversial" decision to the community is actually running away from responsibility, which is not a good way of running a business.

Few hours? lol This is day 9 and they havent replied my support email.

As JollyGood said, they took the advice from the community and will reply in the future even if it's a mistake by the user.

Ignoring and avoiding giving an answer is also a very bad approach. Obviously, in this case, stormbounty wants a direct answer from the service itself, not from the members of the forum.
Information is very important, even negative information is still information and users can plan the next steps based on it. This is how the drama drags on indefinitely and it seems that it can last for months.
1809  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcointalk own Casino complaint panel on: July 03, 2023, 12:41:59 AM
Maybe let's go back to the beginning and remind ourselves that this is a Bitcointalk forum. Where Bitcoin is the basic reason for the existence of this forum. Now we have a discussion on how to adapt it to gambling and the role of a judge between the user and the casino.
There is already a scam accusation section and there are quite a few cases where forum members influenced the final outcome of the case. In the end, nobody from here can help much if the casino does not want to participate. Giving negative feedback is the maximum of criminal policy, and cases like 1xbit are proof that this is definitely not enough.

I would agree entirely with SirJohnVonSlotty and his observation on this topic. It is essential to have information from someone who has inside experience in the operation of the casino

And let me not start with the rating issue in general.

A user who is happy with the winnings and performance of the casino will rarely leave a review, if they do, they will do it because there's some type of incentive, and they will give you a 5 star review. In most cases though, people will label those 5 star reviews as "not trustworthy" since they are 5 stars.
A user who is not happy with the casino, be it due to his own fault or due to not knowing how a casino works, will exclusively leave a 1 star review.

What does that do in the end? You're either extremely bad or suspiciously excellent : )))

SirJohnVonSlotty, I really hope that your departure from the forum will be only temporary, as you have already written somewhere. You were refreshing and it was interesting to read you. Respect you and all the best in your future work.
Who knows, maybe the position of manager of the Casino complaint panel that the OP mentions is waiting for you.  Wink

Royse777 said earlier that he has too many DMs and sometimes he needs more time to respond, maybe it is more direct and efficient to try to contact him via Telegram.

1813  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to suspend GBP deposits/withdrawal on: June 29, 2023, 08:49:16 PM
If you check what happened the last 3-4 weeks:

- USA with the SEC
- In the Netherlands, fired. no licence so go out.
- In France, an investigation by the AMF since last year but we leaned abour it a few days ago
- In Canada, same story as in the Netherlands,
- Germany, refuse the licence
- Belgium don't want Binance

However, there are also countries that Binance refuses  Roll Eyes
Binance has decided to withdraw its application for an operational license with the Financial Market Authority of Austria.

Well, if it's a conspiracy, it's a good one Cheesy

There could also be political reasons behind it, as well as strategy economic ones.

I am personally of the opinion that it is an economic strategy, although this can also be classified as a conspiracy. "Attacks" come from many different sides and Binance is criticized for things that are also present in other exchanges.

I am looking for some workers to resell my services.

My services are:

• chart expert (25K/weekly)
• can also be a marketing manager and help with all my services dirt cheap, tactics and experience (25K/weekly)

Can you explain this a bit, 25k weekly?
Do you charge 25k (I assume dollars) weekly for these services?

Then create a signature campaign for your services for more participation to the services. Because you need to advertise your services and make a caption of a personal text which can capture all the services in one phrase.

Mate, you need to calm down with signature campaign power. It is not the only way and it is certainly not the peak of marketing.

Or search a serious website where you can promote one or some services.
I have one but I am not sure if your services fits the audience. We should discuss that.

Can you stop spamming topics on the forum by offering ad space on your site?
1815  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to suspend GBP deposits/withdrawal on: June 29, 2023, 11:17:55 AM
So it's not going well for Binance. The same partner (Paysafe) who decided to no longer support Binance's GBP transfers, is now doing the same thing for the EUR (SEPA) transfers[1] (starting 25th of September).

This really makes me curious as to what the problem could be here especially when there are other exchanges (as I mentioned above) that are using the same partner.

Obviously, many things are going against Binance. I have thought for a long time that some kind of campaign is being conducted to reduce the dominant position that this exchange has.
What doesn't work for them is that many of their users are not serious supporters of centralized exchanges, so this type of campaign is tacitly tolerated.
1816  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Invest in Innovation: Earn Big with our Trailblazing Cryptocurrency on: June 29, 2023, 07:53:56 AM
Firstly, you will earn a 15% commission on each sale of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) linked to our cryptocurrency. These NFTs represent valuable assets within our ecosystem and are highly sought after by collectors and cryptocurrency enthusiasts.

Is it possible to prove that your NFT collection is really popular among collectors and cryptocurrency enthusiasts? Otherwise, this is the most common model for promoting random images.

Quote
Investors will receive a percentage annuity on each sale of nfts to guarantee them a return on investment of at least 3 times.

I would like to hear more about these guarantees. On what basis do you claim this, especially during the bear market and the obvious decline in interest in NFTs?

Most people who use mixers probably know how to safely generate a private key, so along with verifying that they indeed copied it (something like what you suggested) which shouldn't show in the next page, because, in the next page the deposit address is already displayed, it should be displayed in the same page right after the captcha, all that should contribute to fewer user's mistakes.

I don't think that the conclusion "Most people who use mixers probably know how to safely generate a private key" should be taken lightly, It's evident that many still don't understand the importance of keeping PKs really private. One user has just applied for a signature campaign, publicly publishing the private key.
Although everything is clearly indicated in the whirlwind.money page, it is evident that it still needs to be emphasized even more.

regway.com - Domains from 55˘ - Limited Time Domain Offers in June 2023 (till June 30)

Given that the intermediary registers more, what are the conditions for registering .eu domains? Is it limited only to users from EU territory or is it possible to register from non-EU countries as well?

Hi

I'm moving abroad and I need money.

https://ibb.co/64kQ1cH
50+ daily visitors with Google searches and visitors from forums.

Do you want to say that you made a profit of $2000 with a total of 6.7k visits? For example, in 26 days in June, only 12 clicks and 77 impressions?
At the same time, you are selling templates/scripts worth $15...
Honestly, this seems so surreal to me that I find it hard to believe.
