1801  Economy / Economics / Re: What brings economy of a country down. on: September 14, 2020, 01:39:51 PM
snip~

As long as the national consumption figure is high, even though exports do not contribute to a large number, then a country will still have a stable economic climate.

Yes, Huge consumption and low production.
Another reason could be printing more currency notes than the actual worth of the country, Example Venezuela.
1802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcasino.io blocked account - 1.2kk trx on: September 14, 2020, 01:29:17 PM
Issue solved, got trx back, thanks all.

Glad you got them back.
Their website isn't active so i thought it's a lost cause looking at previous situations of different gambling websites running away.
Cheers, it didn't happen with this website and you got your TRX back.  Wink
1803  Economy / Economics / Re: The Coronavirus as A Means of Financial Reset on: September 14, 2020, 01:23:26 PM
If we think that China deliberately or accidentally released a man-made virus, we'd have to answer why the entire Western media and political class basically allowed the virus to spread in the West.

From late January to mid-March, the Western media and politicians, for the most part, simply repeated the misinformation of China and the World Health Organization, without comment.  Valuable time was lost for stopping air travel, developing a testing system, etc.

Somehow, South Korea had enough tools to contain the virus, but no major Western countries did.

Lots of scammy things are happening related to the corona crisis. I am not telling that virus is not real but still there are lots of missing links, unexplainable things.
1st thing is it tooks lot of time to even detect the virus in china, though it spreaded only one state in china, but all the world got affected by it.
WHO role is so suspectable in the whole case.
The scientist are still on debeat about how the virus spread.
When the news of the virus 1st came then no one took a random sample from the unaffected place to see whether the virus is really new to the globe or not.
Did the idea of lockdown worked at all? Then how Japan control the situation without any lockdown?

I doubt the Virus was made in China, China mentioned a US soilder started the infection in news then there were other news stating other reasons.
None the less i think there are more reported Covid-19 cases then there actually are.
Here a family in US were released within a week and marked Covid-19 positive.
1804  Economy / Economics / Re: Your eyes can help your economy, please protect it for your good. on: September 14, 2020, 01:18:14 PM
Obviously those who lost eyes can't trade directly.
They can still however trade through someone close or a broker by voice call but he might not to able to check the charts him/her "self".

1805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting: how much knowledge is too much on: September 14, 2020, 01:11:27 PM
It depends on how serious you are if you are a full time sports betting bettor, then there is no such things as to much you will always want more, if you are betting occasionally you will just check and compare your analysis to others and go with your hunch, it comes with passion and how much time you can allocate, but there's no such thing as enough.

Sports betting is less risky than dice or other provably fair games but in lastly none the less it's gambling.
Full time sports gamblers might have an edge but that edge might be taken by house edge, That edge can be traded with knowledge the gambler has on game and players.
1806  Economy / Economics / Re: Can legalisation of Cannabis help US economy? on: September 13, 2020, 02:44:49 PM
According to former Senator Tom Daschle legalising Cannabis can partially solve US economy’s problems in the short term, and it can even help to stabilise the US economy in the long run.

The Senator has further claimed that Cannabis is an $16 billion dollar industry, and it has the potential to become a $75 billion industry in the long run.

Also he’s acknowledged the fact that Cannabis is approved in 40 states, and if it’s legalised in all the states then it could create much needed jobs, and even the government can benefit from the taxes levied on it’s sale.

Last in my opinion whoever wins the upcoming election will not approve this idea instantly, but what do you’ll think can legalising Cannabis can actually help the US economy in the short term?.

I think it will to some degree but not completely.
Cannibis slows down the mind in long run if cannibis is consumed then it can lead to addiction for most people.
However US's economy really took a bad hit.
1807  Economy / Economics / Re: Chimerica - can it actually decouple and go it separate ways? on: September 13, 2020, 02:42:26 PM
The aggressive Donald Trump was during his speech saying he knows where Covid-19 was made in Wuhan then he's serious about decoupling.
Anyways US has already faced enough economical damage and Trump wants to remove weak roots for a new US.
1808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What area of bitcoin participation is easiest to work with? on: September 13, 2020, 02:24:39 PM
It's a good start for our journey to begin with the forum, have some funds by providing services as we learn the basics of cryptocurrency. But I find it more profitable if we learn to trade our bitcoins. This will enable us to become patient and understanding whatever the situation of the market graph shows. It also increase our loyalty with bitcoin. So far, the easiest area of bitcoin to work with I can say is to learn how to apply our skills and talent for services, or to buy and sell goods in bitcoin. With this, we don't need to study anything but continue living our lives with bitcoin making transactions easier.

Mining is profitable but requires huge maintainance, cheap electricity and optimal devices.
Trading is profitbale for me but i'm looking for setting up mining rig on a farm house soon.
1809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is possible that bitcoin will use nowadays in cash less transaction? on: September 13, 2020, 09:55:49 AM
Nowadays government thinking is a cashless society to avoid corona virus spread out to the community or society. It is possible that the bitcoin will used in different transaction? Many country nowadays are imposing the system of cash less basis of any transaction. Specially, particular in buying commodities in the department store, petroleum product in gasoline station. even in transportation government impose a cash less payment. Since bitcoin is one of the most popular digital currency in the world, do you think government adopt bitcoin as form payment in cash less transaction in our society?
-Social Distancing

Social distancing is making people to avoid gathering and meeting in the Market thus it's also good to avoid touching cash which is promoting Cashless transaction-
Such as-
-Cryptos
-UPI

Mostly it's happening because of panic and I don't see people using too much cash in the future
1810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites have 0% house edge? on: September 13, 2020, 09:44:00 AM
Thats weird I have never heard of a gambling site / game that has 0% house
edge. I guess their form of revenue would be advertisements then? Just seems odd
and would be afraid to deposit or win to much that they wouldn't pay.
Please check my sig. They dont have any ad on their site and their payments are verifiable on blockchain.

I'm not sure i'd trust a site with 0% edge. the best sites are upfront about where you stand and it's provable. this sounds like a way to tempt the greedy, and gamblers already are, and help themselves to your money either by an exit scam or screwing you on your wins.

"The gambling industry will not stay at a 1% house edge. Soon it will be 0%." - Predicted an article published on May 27, 2014 - https://www.bitedge.co/blog/0-house-edge-provably-fair-and-trustless-gambling/

Today, we are witnessing it to be a reality.

Yes it's weird a gambling website having 0% house edge, Gambling websites are meant to take money from players in long run.
There's little to no chance that there's a casino that lets users play on 0% edge. (Excluding Events)
1811  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bit[Suspicious link removed]d for the economy? on: September 13, 2020, 09:02:30 AM
Yes that is beneficial to our economy because bitcoin help a lot no matter how our economy. I hope  the establishments can receive payment from the bitcoin so it can help big in our economy especially in this situation.

There will be a lot of tax evasion with bitcoin as a currency. It's easy to use a bitcoin mixer service to do so which will in turn reduce the economy of a country or state.
I'm not saying there will be no good factors associated to it as a currency i only pointed out the most lethal one.
1812  Economy / Economics / Re: Real estate vs. Bitcoin on: September 13, 2020, 08:58:11 AM
Deregulation is inconsequential at this point and real estate values have correlation with foreign exchange rates.  Supply in RE alludes to the property you want to purchase or sell. As a result, currency is in demand because of EMH in due to supply/demand. RE is simply one of the assets tied to availability of real loanable funds.  Availability of real loanable funds.  Fx rate.  Cost of goods.  The reason real estate prices are declining is because there is a decline in availability of real loanable funds. A decline in loanable funds is a result of foreign exchange rate decrease.  The market is responding to an inevitable future FX decline.

Don't know what make you think that real estate is declining but I will give you an article which can help you understand the situation on real estate here read this https://www.investopedia.com/articles/mortages-real-estate/11/the-truth-about-the-real-estate-market.asp

And for me real estate still a safe investment where we can safely spend our money on, just make sure you go with license broker before buying a house or property.

I doubt what OP really means i'll put here what I think of it
-Real Estate's value will rise and can be rented.
-Bitcoin's a crypto can be transferred much easily and going offroad from legal boundaries but Real Estate cannot.
1813  Local / India / Re: [ANN] Coinfeed.in - The Indian alternative for coinmarketcap on: September 13, 2020, 08:35:57 AM
Is Zebpay still a thing in India or it's banned ?
Zebpay temporarily stopped their services due to RBI restriction on crypto transaction but when Supreme court cancelled RBI's circular then they are back into the market and they hold decent volume as well like 20+ BTC which is far below compared to wazirx but still a good volume for our country.

Zebpay is far behind now if you compare it with other exchanges who were operating after the RBI ban. I used to use zebpay in those days but now I prefer WazirX, CoinDCX and Giottus. They are far better and have a decent amount of volume if you compare them with Zebpay.

I checked for Giottus and i would say their registration page have some bugs and i can only imagine the bugs in exchange,
I'll check the other 2 and see if they're worth investing time into.

Hackers Are Trying To Break Into This Bitcoin Wallet Holding $690 Million

https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin/address/1HQ3Go3ggs8pFnXuHVHRytPCq5fGG8Hbhx

I'm not sure if this is a real wallet or if this article is an advertisement for RaidForums.

I don't think they're going to be successful in doing so.
It's true bitcoin's algorithm will be outdated in future but it will take at least 100-200 more years.
1815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin such a big risk? on: September 13, 2020, 08:22:08 AM
Many people I know formed a bias that cryptocurrencies are inherently risky and you shouldn't invest in them more than you can afford to lose.

I agree with the above statement in a certain extent, but I'd like to ask the community. Is it riskier to place your money in Bitcoin or hold them in a fiat savings account? What's your opinion?

So curious to see the response especially today when we live in times of crisis.

It's true Bitcoin and other crypto come under Volatile assets in term of price but that's a small price to pay for a decentralized currency.

plz elaborate me the signature earning..

It's clean you don't pay GST for Signature earnings because the act doesn't meet the requirement.
1819  Local / India / Re: BTC VS UPI ? on: September 10, 2020, 02:53:16 PM
but there is one cons you can not retrieve your funds if you accidently sent it in to wrong address.
Hardly any funds got recovered if they send it to wrong UPI or someone used sim swapping and stole the funds in the bank account.

At least law can help if the amount is huge in UPI and there's a possibility of recovery but not in the case of BTC.
BTC transaction is going to be anonymous if somehow hacker gets access to your funds which is less likely to happen if your wallet is well protected.
1820  Local / India / Re: 5 BTC Bounty - Need Help With BitcoinIndia.org on: September 10, 2020, 02:44:38 PM
Actually it was exposed as scam in 2017 bitcoin-india.org SCAM

And it seems no one got their bitcoins back and its about 200 crores,so you can support that petition and hoping for that scam exchange's owner Sykam Reddy will be arrested.

And he's promoting it!
I think this user will be given the benefit of the doubt for not knowing and felling for bounty scheme.
