What happened to savetherainforest?

I can't recall a specific post, and can't be bothered to look for one, but I do remember positive things about him a long time back...

Mindrust event?
Shitcoin GRQ trap?
Tinfoil hat / alien conspiracy influence?
NWO / end-of-days revelation?
Tesla Coil experiment side-effect?

So sad. So pitiful...

So you're predicting $252TRILLION market cap for a shit coin hardly anybody has heard of? Really? 252 times the market cap of BTC? Timeframe? (Why do I even ask? This is nonsense)

I take my financial advice... and I always take my crypto advice from my 'shamans' / 'spirit talkers' ... or wtf u want to call them.

I can't give you specifics. But there are 2 factors, that 12 thousand dollars are not 12K (devaluation). Think of it when BTCiTcoin is a few million, Litecoin is 100K, then DigiByte is not that special at 12k. Smiley  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes

And the second factor is to look at BTCiTcoin dominance as a 4ever downtrend thing. (The problem with BTCiTcoin is that people will look at it like looking at a sick man with many diseases and no one wants to take care of him. Smiley ) (People will just start removing themselves from being politically involved with the same currency that the banks and other shady entities (like governments) will pretend to hold dear.)  Grin  Cheesy  Cheesy

Bitcoin in a way is the Dollar 2.0 when looking at the dominance chart long term. It will always diminish its dominance. Smiley  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes

Oh my!!!! you are either retarded, nearly retarded or just a retarded wannabe.

In other words, if bitcoin were to get up to a few million, it would thereby have more than a $50 Trillion marketcap.

You are suggesting that it is no big deal that your currently chosen shitcoin would have 5x bitcoin's market cap at that stage in bitcoin's life (perhaps 2-3 more cycles from here?  and could you even hold your shitcoin for that long - presuming that it were to begin some kind of upward's trajectory at some point?).

Your other statements regarding bitcoin being on a downward trend contradict your earlier statements regarding it going up, which in other words just cause you to be a largely incoherent illogical goofball - trying not to insult goofballs too much.. I know that there are some guys who do not appreciate the use of the word goofball - but whatever, substitute clown if it make uie pooie feel moar better.

By the way, I find it quite likely that you might have been able to accumulate a few bitcoins at the time that you registered on the forum in 2016.. so maybe your few thousand dollars could have gotten you 10 bitcoins.. .. but your ongoing demonstrations of dumbness shows that you likely had not been able to make money.. and if you got lucky in making money, you are quite likely to have been giving it back too in your likely desperate attempts to strike any kind of get rich quick coin... .. which causes you to engage in the level of spinning your wheels dumb that we discuss in regards to shitcoiners and no coiners.

Just consider that acquiring 10 BTC in 2016 with a lump sum of around $6,500, and then fairly modest dollar cost averaging investing of $50 per week ($200 per month) would have gotten you nearly another 5BTC for another $13k over the subsequent 5 years-ish, so you could have had around 15 BTC in total for a mere $20k investment.  i doubt that any of your supposed shitcoin investments have come even close to those kinds of returns.

The future is likely to be similar in terms of the best of investments to remain having solid bitcoin investment techniques rather than getting distracted into a variety of nonsense that motivate get rich quick mentality rather than sound investing.

1827  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 29, 2021, 07:40:41 PM
It's so easy to be in profit without doing anything at all. Just buy Bitcoin, HoDL, and give it some time. No need to trade (a sure way to lose your sleep and possibly your sanity, along with your coins), no need to mess with shitcoins, no need to constantly check prices & charts. Just one simple, stress-free method that has proven to be a winning strategy time and time again. And yet, people still trade, still bet on the latest shitcoin, still listen to self-proclaimed "crypto-gurus" on YouTube advising them to buy this and that.

Take my shitcoiner cousin, for example. He made a meager 3x of his investment ($6000) since 2017, after years of stressful trading, not in Bitcoin, but in several shitcoins -- he could have easily made 30x if he had bought Bitcoin and HeDL. He has already withdrawn his profits ($12000) to buy some land and a large-screen TV.

Now he has developed a new strategy to become rich: spread his capital (the initial, and remaining $6000) on more than 30 different shitcoins. His idea is that, even if 10% of them heavily pump, he will end up in more profit than simply putting them all on Bitcoin and HoDL. I've warned him that this is probably not going to work out, but he's sure it will. Using all his $6000 to buy BTC at the current price of $63k, when Bitcoin price reaches $100k (and it soon will), he would have about $9500, a healthy extra $3500 in profit. Let's see how his shitcoin-spreading strategy plays out. I hope it works out, but fear it won't.

Christmas will be fun this year.

Believe it or not, I had exactly the same discussion with one of my childhood friends. And the guy was shilling the same 30 coin strategy (did they see the same youtube crypto noob guide or what?  Grin) I tried to persuade him to go all in on BTC but all in vain. "Bitcoin is ancient tech" that's what he said. His idea was that quote "Bitcoin can't go up 10000% anymore but these shitcoins can..."  Grin btw the Sh* coin was among those 30 coins he selected. I asked him how the he choose the shitcoins for his portfolio and he said that he basically just checked the top30 coins on some exchange and bought them all. He had around $5-10k to invest. Let's see how it goes for him. Funny thing is that I told him to buy BTC several times in 2015, 2018 etc etc but he refused. The last time I told him to buy was in 2020 during the Covid dump. So that's typical average Joe reasoning I guess...  Cool

I SOLD 1% of my btc to pay my crypto taxes from 2017. First time ever I cashed out for fiat. Feeling like a monster now Sad

At this stage I don't understand why every Tom, Dick, Harry and their dogs aren't buying Bitcoin.

What the fuck are people waiting for?

The news is literally reporting in the UK that inflation will hit 5.4% next year.
I'm of the opinion they always under report this. So real figures will be higher surely.

People are fine with getting 5-6% minimum poorer every year yeah?

Are people under the illusion that the precious money they are shoving into their private pensions somehow won't be affected by this?

What the fuck are people doing?

Gold sucks as has been pointed out.
Property most people can't afford or becomes a fucking headache with renters etc.

Why exactly are people waiting and watching themselves getting poorer?

Still hoping on that "inevitable" lottery win as long as they keep playing?

Because "magic internet money" is for "pedos" and "drug dealers"  Grin

I just read an article in Fiat Times and it proved that Bitcoin was going to go to zero..

I just sold all my coins.. I hope you do too before it’s too late!!

Then why are you here to write this?

Fck offf then

Bye bye bye bye bye we won’t miss you

Thats called sarcasm man. Chill.  Cool

Tesla: irrelevant in the long run. Everyone and their dogs are making electric or at least hybrid cars already. Let Tesla turn into Netscape.

China: very relevant in the long run. I hope their last-and-totally-un-undoable-bitcoin-ban hits them where it hurts. Give it time, and it sure will.

What is he doing? Going back?

Fuck him; he's irrelevant anyway.

His beloved Tesla wouldn't be shit without sucking on the teat of government subsidies

It's just a matter of time. Big guys (Merc, BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW, Lexus) are switching to e-vehicles already now. In like 10 years nobody will even remember what Tesla was... lack of new models/designs, poor build quality, expensive post warranty service/support - things don't look good for Tesla.  Cool

I am expanding the mine and will continue to sell some coin as it comes in.

Reasonable, yes. But... why don't you hodl for about 1-2 months and then sell a bigger chunk? Wouldn't that be more profitable? Or you don't believe in 2013 scenario playing out?  Cool

I am blessed to see $66000 in my life. BTC used to struggle at $1 and now its x66000 of that price.
I may live or may not, BTC will be the revolution this world needs.

Huh?

What happened to the $36,500 that you were hoping for?

$36500 is coming according to the 3H Stoch on BTCUSDT.

You mean that you did not either sell to buy lower or buy less because you were waiting for lower prices?

Great job, JJG, my man! Stinky bears exposed. Now desperately trying to join the party. That's FOMO at it's best!  Cool
