1821  Other / Off-topic / Re: Elon Musk is getting boring! on: May 26, 2021, 08:42:48 AM
my interest in bitcoin and blockchain technologies isn't related to any individual.
nothing less it can be influenced by some one promoting a shitcoin.
That's the right mentality for this kind of thing, people always complain about things that are out of their control when there is a clear way to adapt to the situation, they always get blinded by anger.
1822  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Domino's franchise offering salary to employees in bitcoin!! on: May 26, 2021, 05:33:26 AM
I appreciate all the companies that adopt Bitcoin, but we shouldn't pay much attention to this news.
A company with 1000 employees allows them to get a relatively small part of their salaries in Bitcoins(only if they want to).Damn, such massive BTC adoption will bring the BTC price back to 60K for sure! Grin
This happens, only because the company CEO heard some employees "talking about Bitcoin".  Grin This is hilarious.

Talking about bitcoin is how it starts in the first place, they hear about it and they get curious and look for it themselves and learn about it. I hope that more companies adopt this strategy in the future.
1823  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 🔥 WOW, Michael Saylor and Elon Musk, What do you think? on: May 25, 2021, 02:05:19 PM
I think we need to be more careful and vigilant now.
I would agree but this kind of thing should've happened a long time ago when the institutional investors started pouring their money in. One thing I could say about this is that we are going to see the market go up again.
1824  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Elon is manipulating the market? on: May 25, 2021, 12:50:18 PM
This is a new tweet and it's a positive one. looks like this man is playing around with the investors and too bad, most of them are completely newbie who relies only on upon if their group told them to do so. They need to know that in order to be successful in the crypto industry, one should avoid the comments of those manipulators. because they've been using those innocent newbie investors for their personal gain and now this tweet by that guy will once again make some noise in the crypto market.
I think that besides playing with the investors, Elon also wants the green energy to be integrated to every aspect of bitcoin because they might be getting something out of it. I don't really care if it is for personal gain as long as the market is going strong.
1825  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don't care what Saylor or Musk say anymore, I'm becoming a BTC individualist! on: May 25, 2021, 12:14:45 PM
We need to spread the message and carry ourselves towards the next ATH in the market. Don't listen to FUDs, they will never have your best interest and people who wrote them are bitter or close minded when it comes to new ideas.
1826  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin starting to recover on: May 25, 2021, 10:34:43 AM
I hope that you are right OP, although I do like that it is recovering really early, I am a bit frustrated that it won't go down much deeper because I want to increase the bitcoin that I have so I can get more profit.
1827  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the Bitcoin crash an opportunity to enter the market? on: May 25, 2021, 09:34:30 AM
This forum is dedicated to bitcoin, so I don't think that there is no other answer besides yes on this question. Also, to anyone who still has some doubts about buying during the crash, try to look at the prices of the market for the past decade, and you can see the pattern that the prices will always go back up no matter what happens.
1828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 6 on: May 25, 2021, 07:07:47 AM
It's a money grab fight but I'm still watching just because I love fights and this would likely be more entertaining than previous clown fest fights that happened this year. More of an exhibition than an actual fight, but we'll see. Any bettors out there? I would love to know your thoughts and favorites on this bout.
Well, it is an exhibition match so no shit that it is a money grab fight plus Mayweather is already retired so there's no point saying that it is a title fight. I would love if the bets included which round that the fight ends and if the player is correct on who wins and which round, the player's bet is going to be multiplied.
1829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: May 25, 2021, 06:22:53 AM

OG being the previous TI champions doesn't have any bearing with the current DPC season as they've changed the format for direct invites but they'll still get an invite to the TI EU qualifiers because they've participated in the upper division and same goes for the other teams that participated in the lower division.
So what is their status that OG is in? Are they in the TI or not because that would be a bit shitty for Valve to not invite OG in the International.
1830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 25, 2021, 05:27:41 AM
~
It is better if the website does not need us to fills KYC as we want to keep our documents in our hands. I am sure many casinos will still protect their members' identification by not applying KYC for them because the crypto casino knows that anonymity will be important for people who use crypto.
It is better yes but there is no way that all casinos are going to stay on the old ways of not collecting KYC without the worry of being hassled by the government bodies for not complying with their laws.
1831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: May 25, 2021, 04:56:05 AM
How does the math work out for TI qualification? Can OG make it?
I think the TI qualification works via DPC and each region needs to have top teams that will be able to participate, I think each region has different number of qualified participants. OG will make it even if they lose in the Majors because they are the last The International champion so they have a direct invite.
1832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you limit your gambling time? on: May 25, 2021, 04:14:23 AM
I only gamble when my circumstances are relaxed and in free time, and when playing I limit my betting capital and if I lose I will stop playing according to the capital I prepared beforehand and if I win a few times I will stop and try to stop at position Indeed.
because I have a real job that I have to prioritize especially in terms of time, so I play erratically and rarely gamble only when there is a feeling of wanting to gamble and spending free time forgetting what's on my mind, and I play casually not expecting to win because I don't give much capital, and sometimes luck is on my side.
That's pretty good considering not everyone who gambles can do that, it takes a lot of discipline to stop whenever you want to stop and to choose when to gamble. And also you have a job which makes it harder because you have a lot of money that you can possibly spend on your gambling habits.
1833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casimero vs Rigondeaux this August 14, 2021 on: May 24, 2021, 03:45:10 PM
Just an update of the exciting fights we will see soon.

we are going to see 2 big fights for the month of August.

August 14, 2021 - Casimero vs Rigondeaux
August 21, 2021 - Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr..(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5339133.0)

Let's hope that the Filipino fighters will be victorious.
That's a bit bias though but seeing how Pacquaio isn't who he was before, I think it is a bit of a 50/50 for Pacquiao versus Errol Spence while I think that Rigondeaux can dominate Casimero, Casimero is good but I don't think he has enough experience on big stage.
1834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What online betting company you know gave you a b'day present? on: May 24, 2021, 01:59:40 PM
I haven't received one in online but back when I was a kid in a casino, they know my birthday so they gave me something, it ain't much but chips worth 100$ was given to me and I multiplied it when I used it for some poker, so far that was the best birthday gift ever.
1835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Curacao license scam on: May 24, 2021, 12:39:10 PM
If you can find it, try to locate a licensing agency in Curacao and check to them directly to confirm the claim of the website that they do have a license in Curacao, you can claim anything on the Internet so you have to be careful.
1836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: Fury vs Wilder III - THE TRILOGY IS BACK ON !!! on: May 24, 2021, 11:14:46 AM
Hope that someone will drive Wilder in wheelchair or teleport him in the right, so that poor guy wont be tired before the fight.
We should place bets or make poll if Wilder wear something heavy this time or not.
Wilder should get a solid punch in the face for ruining Fury - AJ fight.

Pretty mad about it too but I don't think that wishing someone something ill isn't going to do us any good. I do still think that the results will be the same in this third fight, Fury will either knock Wilder out or the referee will stop the fight like the previous fight.
1837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best Sport to bet on ? on: May 24, 2021, 09:45:00 AM
~

I often play LoL and always watch when there is a tournament going on. From my experience, the popular team doesn't always win. You should know when would this happen like analyzing their lineups and knowing who has the advantage on that game. Betting on any sport that you don't know completely is like having 50/50 of chance to win. It is still better if you know the game well to increase your chance of winning. Plus it is more enjoyable if you know the game because if you lose a bet, you can analyze why that the team you bet on didn't win.
I have to disagree to some degree because you are right but there are times that the darling of the crowd wins the matches, I would say that you are around 67% correct. Knowing the game is a must, even if the most basic so you have some idea as to what's going to happen next.
1838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet365 just achieved a big milestone. on: May 24, 2021, 07:41:41 AM
~

There are several crypto gambling sites here that also accept fiat, so they may enter in the top casinos also.
But I believe once these fiat gamblers discover the benefits of using crypto casinos, they may convert themselves into crypto gamblers.
However, for now, a lot of old timers I think, still prefer their old ways, using fiat.
Maybe another 5 years or so, we will see more popular crypto casinos as right now, there are already known crypto casinos, even here in the forum.
Maybe if the prices continue to go up and the next 5 years, crypto enters the mainstream, I think that we are going to see crypto casinos get in the top richest people in the country.
1839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr on Aug 21 in Vegas on: May 24, 2021, 06:47:55 AM
Finally there's a set fight for Manny after 2 years. Errol Spence is a decade younger to him and undefeated, I didnt watch his previous fights but being undefeated means you are a good boxer. While Manny is older, but just like what the saying said age is just a number. He's still fit and capable to fight younger boxers and having many experience is his edge to win this fight.

Anyway just 3 months left before this happen, I hope they give us a good fight.
This will be a good fight, there's a reason why Pacquiao is a People's Champ, he knows how to make a show and I think that it is to be expected. I think the experience is going to play a really big role in this match up, let's just see what happens in this fight.
1840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] JOSHUA vs USYK on: May 24, 2021, 05:56:54 AM
Usyk didn't have a convincing performance in his last fight. He lacks power and is undersized. He doesn't have a lot of professional experience for his age. Everything is in Joshua's favor so I expect him to win without too much problems.
The stats has what I need to believe that Joshua is going to win this bout, the reach and the experience is going to be all in favor of Joshua. Usyk looks at a prejudiced stance, a cocky fighter and we know what happens to cocky fighters.
