Is this a thing that you can buy?

Definitely Ethereum.
*even though I've never used Ethereum yet. LOL

Price crash doesn't mean the coin is over.
is bitcoin over??? it dropped 75%!!!
You guys are fools. You all have weak little baby hands and no money to buy cheap coins.

It might drop down to 1000 if nothing happens for another month.

If that is all CANNdy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy things will happen in 6 weeks.
After watching weeds & weeds2 on CNN, I think D9 should get some low THC high CND going on. The little children are paying $2000 a month for their medicine.

And since you did burn some of the premined coins what have you done to this project ? I see no commits or changes at all. Are you in hope that there will be a new wave a stupid investors ?
What more do you want added? The intrinsic value is not in the technology but the grow farm and the asset backing. They're busy growing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6ZOyD7w0i8Everything looks good to me. I picked up a bunch at 1200 sat.

I have started some guidelines for coins thinking of doing a coin swap.
Transparent Crypto Coin Swap Guidelines:
#1 All wallets are forward compatible. Original wallets must work with new blockchains.
#2 Automatic payouts. Find all the addresses + balances. Send back all the coins in the first block of the new blockchain.
#3 Maintain copies of the older blockchains through multiple channels of distribution. Advanced work can be done to create a custom block explorer that combines both blockchains allowing users to search through both seamlessly as 1 chain.
*These guidelines should be followed when possible. There are times where a swap requires a different kind of wallet rendering the coin unable to comply with these guidelines.☬
**Failure to comply with these guidelines will allow for valid scam accusation associated with the coin swap process.
☬If a wallet needs to be upgraded to add features/security, the old wallet should still work with limited features/security.
Please add on to this list or raise issues with the current guidelines. The goal of these guidelines is to allow coins to perform a coin swap without valid scam accusations by being fully transparent about the process.
How to perform a cryptocoin/altcoin coin swap?
Best practice rules when doing a coin swap.
How to send coins from an old blockchain to a newer blockchain.

Burning the coins was the dumbest thing ever. Now the owner can never claim them. Yeah, Burning coins was just moronic. It's not really D9's fault. He isn't a technical genius. He did the coin swap a long time ago before coin swaps were being used as scams. There wasn't any set guidelines on how to transparently coin swap. He was one of the first to do this kind of thing. Now there are good rules for coin swaps:#1 All wallets are forward compatible. Original wallets must work with new blockchains. #2 Automatic payouts. Find all the addresses + balances. Send out all the coins in the first block of the new blockchain. #3 Maintain a copy of the older blockchains. Advanced work can be done to create a custom block explorer that combines both blockchains allowing users to search through both seamlessly as 1 chain. He rushed into it and made a mistake. It happens. I'm surprised he burnt the coins. Why wouldn't he keep them until someone provides the original wallet that they belong in?

There's lots of activity today with this issue.
After talking to a few business owners who are seriously interested in marijuana coins, I have found that a unified solution is what they want. The multitude of marijuana coins turns them off. They want 1 tool and they don't want to support a coin and have a different coin do well instead.

Does this sound too good to be true only to me ? It's like we bought a little money making machine that sits on a blockchain and spits out money every month without the holders doing anything I'm waiting for the FEDs to kick down doors any moment now I don't get it. That would be impossible. The money has to come from somewhere. It sounds like they're taking your money and investing in coins/stuff, which is a good idea. The can research coin devs, buy undervalued coins, and sell to pay out dividends later once price rises. There's lots of money to be made. They may also be looking to make popular apps/websites that require coins to use. As long as they keep making money there will be tons of dividends to pay out. I'm into this idea that they have going on. The superNET is a nice bit of technology to hide behind and make it all work. They can then start getting coin devs together and build a team of 20+ devs. This is all a pretty exciting idea.

Smooth move... The dev creates a coin. Mines a bunch at the beginning, disappears and the community takes over. I wonder how many times the dev does this move. All it takes is for one of the coins that the dev started to get taken over by the community and become huge for this scam to work.
I wish you could know which wallets the original dev has. Then you could start a new blockchain and send all the coins back to all of the wallets except for the original devs wallets.

He doesnt have anything right now. I have it. There is a 1% premine, and yeah I'm sure he's gonna get some of it, but as of right now he doesn't have any.
All the reason to avoid this scamcoin like the plague. Dank doesn't deserve anything for free - all he has done is take, and he has contributed nothing. Shame on you for helping him continue to be lazy and greedy. Shame on me? For what? Why do I deserve some sort of shame for what I did? Who did I hurt? Or judge? Are you judging me based on his actions for a time I have no fucking clue about? Seriously, I have been nothing but polite and honest to you in my IM, and on this thread, you talk to me like I know dank personally. I live and Canada, and I spent 4-5 hours building a coin that I gave to dank... Whatever, shame on me I guess... People used to spaz at a dev for wanting to take 1% of all coins. Now people accept devs pre-mining all the coins and selling them off as an "ICO". The times have changed.

I thought of an idea that would work perfect for STV.
STV has no volume anymore. It's in PoS phase so not many new coins are created. If someone could get this coin added as a "Payout coin" on a multipool then people could still mine this coin. Since no one wants to sell this coin yet, the price will go up pretty fast. Hopefully an epic price rise will get a community of people together and STV can grow into real world use.

Hey Jyri,
Did you make a new thread of STV?

I have noticed a few new "mine x11, get paid out in ur prefered coin" pools coming online. I'm not sure if I would actually use this service as I like to mine low difficulty coins/new coins and profit later on. It would probably be useful to message some of the new people starting this kind of pools and get THC payouts added to one of them. I would try it out for a week and see how it goes.

Hello All,
Over the past couple of days we have received a number of emails from the public that have no link to crypto, but would like to purchase OPAL. As you can imagine, for a new user this is fairly strenuous if they have no experience in Bitcoin or altcoins. We are currently exploring the possibility of being listed with a service that users and investors will be able to purchase OPAL with Paypal. However before we move forward with this we would like to gauge further interest from the OPAL community.
How much would you spend per week or month if you could purchase OPAL via Paypal?
Regards,
Opal Team
I would love for anyone to buy OPAL with PayPal. I'm too scared to sell crypto for paypal myself because of laws. I would try to get a Japanese person to handle the US$ to OPAL. There are no crypto rules in Japan. My next worry would be, what if someone bought $10,000 worth of OPAL and then complained to PayPal that you never actually sent the funds/sent the funds to a wallet you own. Have you thought of these issues before? I would be careful if I were you. I don't want to see the dev of a coin I bought going to jail. The service will not be handled by OPAL. We are looking at Wesellcryptos they provide a service for panda and dogecoin. See link for more info https://www.weselldoges.com/Great idea. I look forward to seeing OPAL added there soon. Hopefully you can get it added there within 1 week.

The good thing about this coin how clean and free of trolls and fuds, I have never seen a so clean professional thread like this and this will contribute to the success of Opalcoin
There isn't anything to get mad about. FUD is good. It shines a light on problems with the coin. Things are going well so far. There isn't anything to fear with investing in this coin.

We should try to set a date for Jan. 6th and a new wallet release.
If we can do a proper coin swap by automatically replacing everyone's coins to their original wallets then the possibilities are endless to the features THC can have. It would set THC up be able to switch to any algo/POW/POS method whenever we want.
Scrypt is really killing the community support of this coin. There are a few miners getting all the coins and not enough people with stable paychecks to continuously buy THC. There are tons of community members looking for a good x11 coin to mine. I'm starting to want to switch to x11 POW+POS like right now and then once a more complicated merge mining solution is developed... just redo an automatic coin swap.
Coins swap..... Ugh.... I hate coin swaps. Especially since all my THC are virgin mined. Especially since there will be a premine that won't get 100% swapped and some is leftover -- I don't care how transparent the dev team is or if they are sent to a dead address. Especially since those people who miss the swap window get screwed over and are left holding a bag of worthless coins. Especially since even if we PM the dev or whoever to secretly swap our coins or if it's done through a website to get a new swap address, someone will know how many we have via IP address. VPN's aren't fool-proof for the government agencies that will be following the coins, nor for the persons running the swap-site. Especially since coins are moved, for those people claiming taxes with time restrictions for lower tax brackets. This point doesn't necessarily matter to me, but is valid for those taxpaying citizens. Swaps centralize. If THC swaps coins, I'm done with mining crypto (save for one coin) since I put high value for my virgin coins but moreso my financial privacy -- the whole purpose of crypto. Too many coins have swapped. If SMC can switch algos or other coins can implement PoS without a swap, so can THC. I still don't see why PoS isn't implemented after months and months.... What's the problem? Fix the code that we have in place. Hire or get a dev to assist. Either that or stop advertising PoS. The only way I see a swap working is if the blockchain from V1 is duplicated in V2, and if the wallet is able to duplicate the ledger for the new coin, need a way to import old v1 keys into the v2 wallet. I'm pushing every coin to stop doing manual coin swaps. All coin swaps should be automatic and original wallets should always work in the future otherwise they are considered scams. All wallets should be "forward compatible". I'm actually not sure if this will work but I think you can scan the blockchain, find all the address balances and send out all the coins. There could be some more advanced work with the block explorer to then merge the blockchains so it looks like one long chain. If this method works, coins can change on a whim. They could change algos as each new ASICs come out. Of course I'm not in favor of any type of coin swap but it seems like hempcoin is stagnant with development. THC works so there isn't really any problems with no development but I would like to see something going on with it. I've also been thinking about the idea of creating "HEMP". Any wallet with THC in it at block 400,000 would then also own that exact amount of HEMP. You copy and paste your THC wallet.dat file into HEMP and you're coins are there but on a different blockchain. I was thinking of premining 20,000,000 additional HEMP to award to the first commercial hemp grower/producer who grows/sells exclusively for HEMP. THC would also continue to work as it is now. I'm wondering if people could envision any problems with doing this.
