1841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet365 just achieved a big milestone. on: May 24, 2021, 05:20:22 AM
This is how gambling owners make money and turn rich. Is the owner have reached on the top list of the rich people of UK. Bet365 has years of history, and the reputation never declined. Soon we can expect cryptocurrency accepted gambling site owners getting listed on the top.
There isn't a lot of crypto gambling clients for this companies to get in the top of the ladder. Maybe if more people get more curious with gambling using crypto, we might be able to see them but right now or in the next year, I don't think we are going to see it yet.
1842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Withdrawal/Deposit Issues on: May 24, 2021, 04:22:13 AM
That's a pretty strange thing to happen, I don't think that it is within an exchange to do this kind of thing unless you have some innocent but they saw it as a suspicious activity. Exchanges do be like that sometimes and to answer your question, no I haven't experienced it back when I was still gambling.
1843  Economy / Economics / Re: Tesla still an unprofitable automaker on: May 22, 2021, 01:45:48 PM
~

The point of the post is to contrast "Tesla is a profitable company" with the fact that Tesla is not a profitable automaker. Tesla was profitable because they sold tax credits from the government and crypto, they lose money on the production of cars still.
Electric cars are going to destroy a lot of industry so we can see how they are still unprofitable automaker because fossil fuel, oil and conventional cars to name a few will be the most affected so they conspire to make it as hard for electric cars to take off because if it takes off, their days as giants in the industry is going to be numbered.
1844  Economy / Economics / Re: Tesla still an unprofitable automaker on: May 22, 2021, 12:53:29 PM
What's it to you if they are still unprofitable, don't buy their stock then if you think that they are unprofitable. Also, it's not like they are rushing to make money, they still do a break even and make something more out of it and just let it be, the profit will eventually come to them.
1845  Economy / Economics / Re: Assault of Wall Street against crypto, fault put on the Chinese. Opinion. on: May 22, 2021, 12:08:06 PM
You cannot connect the dots? You think that these people are not coordinating to make billions? Then you are living in a fairy tale. About money, things are not happening randomnly.
Knowing how there are conspiracies unearthed that are close to this, I wouldn't be surprised that it is true or it will be true but for now, we can only theorize and speculate.
1846  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you see yourself quitting after this bullrun? on: May 22, 2021, 09:35:14 AM
The bear market happened so suddenly that I expect many of us got caught off guard. The drop in prices happened so fast that I didn't sell any coins in time. And now it feels like the prices are too low to sell any of my holdings. Prices my drop more in the future but I will keep holding. So no way I quit after the last bull run. Who knows when the next bull market will come, it could take years again.
Have to be optimistic, the next bull run might surpass the current all time high by a hundred folds and you might be thanking your past self that you didn't sold your bitcoin during the current bear market. Also, I don't see the point of quitting because that would mean that there's no turning back.
1847  Economy / Securities / Re: I need investor. We can start with $50 or $25! 100x return within a month! on: May 22, 2021, 08:37:48 AM
I think that posting your face is going to be the only way for the investors to trust you because if things go south, they will be able to post your face all over the Internet and have the brand of scammer stuck to it and they can also check the image if it is a stock photo or an AI generated one so they will know that you are already lying.
1848  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to Decide: Are You an Investor or a Gambler? on: May 22, 2021, 07:57:40 AM
The price of bitcoin has fallen again, the opportunity to buy bitcoin, don't panic quickly, with the price falling, there is a possibility that the price of bitcoin will go up again so I say this is an opportunity to buy bitcoin.
Yeah, I think that you have implied it in your post two times that we should buy bitcoin since the low price is an opportunity that doesn't come that much. I think gambling and investing has some similarities with both having an inherent risk in them but investment doesn't make you lose that much if the investment is already established and crashing is nearly impossible. I am both a gambler and investor in a sense because I risk my money hoping that it will go up.
1849  Economy / Speculation / Re: MELTDOWN - if you don't sell now, YOU WILL LOSE MOST OF YOUR FUNDS!!! on: May 22, 2021, 05:36:50 AM
I would strongly disagree. Selling your Bitcoin in a strong downtrend is the SMARTEST decision you can make. There is something called stop loss - use it or lose it!!

Buy back below 10K
What if bitcoin never got to the 10k and just suddenly pumped back up in prices? Would it still be good? I agree it is a smart decision but for those with a really short-term goal only, if you are a long-term one though, you can hodl and buy more when the prices really did went that way.
1850  Economy / Speculation / Re: What goes up must come down on: May 22, 2021, 04:48:37 AM
A fellow mathematician I see.
You can't call yourself mathematician just cause you taught you think that the prices will never go up again, do you have an equation or something that a mathematician would have to prove that the prices are never going to go up, I always see your FUD that it won't go up because you have proven it "scientifically" or "mathematically" but there are no proofs to be given.
1851  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price crashes as Chinese Vice-Premier crack down mining, trading on: May 22, 2021, 04:10:04 AM
It wasn't a threat to China's economy but don't know why they decide that. Crypto ban is quite impossible because my country bans crypto but still, I am using Bitcoin and trading as well. Just government losing tax. The same thing will happen in China. Somehow traders will find the way how they should trade. So don't panic, just hold and watch.
Their development of the digital Yuan might be the reason why they want to crack down on bitcoin, they don't want people to have the choices as to which one they are going to use, they are copying the best of bitcoin and adding surveillance in there so they can track everyone.
1852  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it good time to invest in bitcoin? on: May 22, 2021, 03:29:59 AM
Exactly if now invest in bitcoin because the price is lower than yesterday. It would be good if for the long term if you want to get more profit.
Because along with that Bitcoin will continue to grow towards a new ATH. You can sell when ATH is new, maybe it'll take a long time from now.
Be careful having to deal with this one though, you should have a patience to hodl long enough because the next ATH might come for a really long time and a weak hand isn't going to be able to do it, don't buy bitcoin if you can't hodl for more than 5 months.
1853  Economy / Economics / Re: A Sudden Price Drop in The Crypto Markets on: May 21, 2021, 02:43:46 PM
We experience this drop real quick because of the negative comment made about Bitcoin recently and this has given a bad toil on the coin. Nobody knows what is coming next but we know that all this won't last before people realized what is right.
It's not the negative comments about bitcoin that made the prices dip, at the end of the day, those are just words. The reason for the drop is the prohibition of China of crypto services and Elon's suspension of bitcoin payment for Tesla cars and also add the panic sellers.
1854  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do ALL vaccines kill people? on: May 21, 2021, 01:50:44 PM
The things that were put on the vaccines are tamed and weak version of the disease so it is highly unlikely that it will kill someone plus if it was administered to infants, it is different because infants have a stronger immune system compared to an adult, that's why some of the vaccines are added during these times, they exploit the immunity of the child to put an immunity against something. If vaccines do kill people, then how come we don't see a lot of polio deaths because a lot of people have been vaccinated with polio vaccine?
1855  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: elon- fake giveaway on: May 21, 2021, 11:12:30 AM
~
Even before Elon Musk become prominent in bitcoin market because of his tweet and his company buying bitcoin, he has been used by scammers already.
No, what I am trying to say is that Elon become more popular and parallel to that is the fact that most scams that use his name are getting higher and active compared when he wasn't the talk of the town.
1856  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dating apps and websites crypto scam on: May 21, 2021, 10:24:26 AM
Don't believe it when someone says that your life will change through their advise and then all of the sudden will suggest you to buy a specific investment or crypto that they want you to buy or, they'll give you a link that they want you to visit and check the platform.
When it comes to money matters, you shouldn't trust any stranger. Sorry for those victims that don't even know the forum where it is the best place to ask first related to crypto investments.
Have seen a lot of this people in Discord and the weirdest is someone in-game in DOTA2 said that they have a really good investment advice which I know for a fact is a bullshit, that's not how you strike up a conversation with someone you just met. I think that the victims who wasn't on the forum before getting scammed by this should innately knows that they shouldn't trust strangers in terms of money.
1857  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: elon- fake giveaway on: May 21, 2021, 09:31:08 AM
The recent prominence of Elon made a big spike in the scams conducted using his name so newbies have to be extra careful because they are more persuasive and have more material to work from just to scam you. Also, how come people are still falling for giveaways, a lot of giveaways are for free and the moment that they ask you to pay, that's when you know that it is a scam.
1858  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I will never buy a Tesla car on: May 21, 2021, 08:40:11 AM
Like that's going to happen, people are going to be buying Tesla for the status you know and I don't think that even if all the people in this forum were to boycott Tesla, we will still be outnumbered by a large margin of people that wants to buy one.
1859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is what Elon truly did, you have to know it! on: May 21, 2021, 07:45:33 AM
I don't think that's the actual narrative here. Elon did manipulate the market, more for Dogecoin than Bitcoin. But he can't continue this game, not as a company. If he continues spreading FUD through his influence for the second time, SEC will step in and charge him for market manipulation.

So he had to stop and that's what he has done now. He manipulated the market once and possibly sold of Tesla's entire stock of bitcoin. We will come to know in the next quarter's income filing. But for now, he has stopped and I am sure he wouldn't try to manipulate it again. At the end of the day, no one wants to get arrested!
As if SEC is going to care about bitcoin market, remember that this is a decentralized platform so they don't have any real authority plus why are we on the side of SEC now that that it isn't in our favor, pretty hypocritical don't you think?
1860  Economy / Speculation / Re: Traders, y'all buying, selling or on the fence? on: May 21, 2021, 06:14:03 AM
If this is for traders then you should probably move it to Trading Discussion board because Bitcoin discussion is for general discussion. I do trade but I am still on the fence right now because I don't have enough money to buy but time will come when I get the money and I would probably put it all in.
