18541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin will be the best investment for 2014? (Newb Edition) on: December 25, 2013, 02:00:24 PM
2014 will be the year of BTC, so I'd say Bitcoin. I'm also hoping to see Feathercoin rise. If it goes back to its high of $1+, I'll be happy, but I'm thinking it'll go even higher at some point.
18542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to buy brand new altcoins? on: December 25, 2013, 01:38:47 PM
But how do you buy new altcoins that aren`t on any exchanges yet? Can you only mine them and not buy them?

Thanks!

You can try buy/trade them on here, or try ebay.

Tried to participate in the datacoin thread but failed!

You need to wait four hours and make one post that is at least a couple of sentences: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177133.0
18544  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Account locked out of mining pool I use on: December 25, 2013, 01:31:46 PM
Hello,

I am a relatively new miner and my account was recently locked on the site that houses the pool that I mine for. Luckily the pool moderator has an account here and said to post in the thread if your account is locked. It looks like I have to make a post here in this section, and browse for four hours before I will be able to post in that thread for my account to be unlocked. Until then... Hi!

Post your details and the thread you want it posting in and I'll quote you there if you want.
18545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: InfinityCoin Giveaway ! ! ! ! dont miss on: December 25, 2013, 01:17:27 PM
So is Infinitycoin the same as Infinitecoin, or are they different?

Did she actually 'leave' you as in split up with you, or just say she wanted to spend time away and with her family etc?

I had really good surprises planned for our anniversary weekend. She would've loved it, it was just what she'd always wanted to do.... So on her way home from work she just immediately started blanking me. We had been talking during the day. She switched her phone off and staring ignoring me, I was like okay.... WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON. I drove around trying to find her (not sure If that was the right thing or not) I found her walking down the high street with her friend (who is practically a lesbian... you know the sort, she's obviously not help things lol). She just starting running away from me... When I finally got her to talk she was just shouting WE'RE OVER BEN DON't YOU FUCKING GET IT?. No I really don't get it. Now she just says she just needs her space to figure out what she wants. I find that very hard to take because we are really good together. There's no other guy or anything. Her head is just fucked up and I hope she comes around soon before I lose my shit completely...

So no, she didn't actually leave me as such.
But she thinks we're over and she can't explain why. She's not even willing to talk things through at this point... She says she's doesn;t know what else to say... anything would be nice, because I'm getting nothing from her.

She was about to move her shit out at one point. If it weren't for my drastic intervention she would certainly be gone right now.

I dunno, that kinda sounds like she's wanting to split up.

Guys, the author of the website has no affect on whatever you say, or how many of you say.

Well then, it's very clear.

It too easy to bribe Gliss.

Someone making a new website with proper policies for listing coins?

What evidence do you have he accepts bribes?
18548  Other / Off-topic / Re: Shit things that has happened to you today on: December 25, 2013, 12:46:09 PM
She left you on your anniversary? That's cold.  I like the fucking off to Amsterdam part though haha.

Yeah she wanted to go say with her parents... Like fuck am I hanging around in this house on my own! Left to pay the bills and just try to get on with things in the mean time. No fucking way.... I won't allow her to have the luxury of someone to talk to. She should talk to me!

I've been in that situation and learned the following lessons the hard way:

- Either you are in control of your emotions, or the emotions are in control of you
- Either you manage your life, or you lead it - there is a difference
- Either you decide what happens next or somebody else will make the decisions for you

There is not always a why, and even if there is, she may not even know the why herself.

She seems to making all the decisions, that's what I'm finding so hard... Do I not get a say at all?? I've done nothing to hurt her. We've both been with our lives this year but we have each other to talk to and fix things... I have a nice bit of cash in the bank. We'd planned what we were going to do next. She's not thinking straight I'm sure of it... I hope I'm not kidding myself.

Just last week I thought we had spoken about what was wrong... So we planned starting a new life together on the other side of the world. We were discussing schools for our future children and everything??! Way to give me mixed fucking signals.... WOMEN!!!!!!!

Did she actually 'leave' you as in split up with you, or just say she wanted to spend time away and with her family etc?
18549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarketCap.com - Market Cap Rankings of All Cryptocurrencies! on: December 25, 2013, 12:23:43 PM
Please remove NXT and Mastercoin, 100% premined coins should be categorized differently.

Gliss could add another column - market cap including all future mined coins.

Scamcoins and shitcoins need their own sections.

And maybe memecoins.
18550  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies, stay away from altcoins. please on: December 25, 2013, 12:14:32 PM
Just litecoin ,

litecoin is a best coin after bitcoin ,

What makes Litecoin the best other than its current price?

You might want to wait a couple of days to see if people get paid out first.

Yeah, might be a good idea before you waste any time.

Payments should be coming in any day now, right? Although I can't see peeps being paid out on xmas day or even boxing day, so hopefully by the 27th we'll have some answers.

I think girlsgonebitcoin may be a bit too extreme for Monica.
18553  Other / Off-topic / Re: General Mikhail Kalashnikov, Designer of The AK-47 Gone At 94 on: December 25, 2013, 11:16:15 AM
I prefer an Uzi.

Comparing an Uzi to an AK is like comparing a sedan to a truck. They have different use cases altogether.

Well, maybe, but a car still gets you from A-B and guns still indiscriminately kill people.

Just as much as spoons make people fat.

People make people fat, not spoons. And people kill people regardless of weaponry.

I'm not clear what statement your making with a dogs butthole. You need to provide a little context to troll properly.

Can you not see Jesus?

I didn't succeed in making my relatives start using Bitcoin, they are still using PayPal.
