1861  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fast ways to lose money trading on: January 05, 2021, 08:50:06 AM
Fastest way to loss your money because you not get good analyze when entry for trading with spot or future, but you keep promising with hold for long term without any stop loss and keep hold for long time.
I do not think that this is the best speed run tactic to lose money when trading, I believe that the fastest way is to dump all your money on shitcoins that are popping up. Believe me, they can drain your balance real fast, you also need to look out for shitcoins that you know already are just a quick cash grab for the developer. Future is way more faster than spot in my opinion.
1862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that planned pump and dump is ethically acceptable? on: January 05, 2021, 08:09:42 AM
Considering that when you sell all your coins for a high percentage profit and knowing that there are people that have bought at the 32k price point is a pretty Stock Market Manipulation alike. I think ethically it does not violate any moral or laws but can your conscience carry the burden that you will be making some people out there homeless because they bought bitcoin at a high price.
1863  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What could be bitcoin next step lets discuss together on: January 05, 2021, 06:03:35 AM
I have a buy order in $20k and $18k I don't have that big hope that it will hit before bitcoin go for $50k but it's worth a try bitcoin is unpredictable. We expect bitcoin to pump big time but not this fast, we haven't had a big correction since it breaks out of the $20k mark, bitcoin exceeds my expectation, to say the least. Now that we see how bitcoins price pumps it is easy to assume that $50k is secured this year IMO.
If the pumps that is fueled by companies continues, then the 50k market price point is a secured price. We still have to watch out though, bitcoin is still as volatile as it was back then, putting everything expecting it will grow will be a bad move unless you want to become homeless.
1864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The viability of Trading Bots. on: January 05, 2021, 04:51:39 AM
~
Maybe if he releases this for free with the "use it at your own risk" tagline then there would not be a problem in his conscience. I get his point that he doesn't want to be responsible for any loss as he is just sharing a study.

Based on the first logs on the study, the bot seems good. It's positive still so it is still good.
Yeah, it would be the best course, I was on the profiting side of the story so never considered that haha. I really think the bot will be a good help for some traders who want to spend some time away from the monitor to do other things besides watching the valleys and mountains in the markets form.
1865  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The viability of Trading Bots. on: January 05, 2021, 04:11:19 AM
~
I doubt that I will be releasing it since I don't want to be responsible for anybody's loss, keep in mind that non of these trades is closed yet, while the majority of them won't be losing (given the strategy that I use), there is still no guartnee that they will make even half the profit you see in the picture, so I woudn't say it's impressive yet, I will keep this topic updated for further disccsuion.
I am just giving you some possibilities, you also should be proud of your creation my guy. Even if it is not yet yielding you profits, you shouldn't be ashamed. Regarding the possibility of releasing your bot for commercial use, I have heard a lot of people that say they wouldn't release it, don't be a pessimist.  Wink Wink Wink
1866  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have found a good Trading Course on: January 04, 2021, 07:21:43 AM
A newbie should not hype up a trading course; i believe every trading course is good; the core question is that do you understand it ? can you learn and master the strategy ? can you remain resourceful ? open to correction and smart ? DO YOU trade without emotions ? this things are more important that the trading courses it self.
It is alright for a newbie to hype up anything, there will be professionals/experienced that will be correcting them anyway, they are a newbie after all. I have to disagree with your statement about every online trading courses is good, it is more of a some are and some are not, most trading courses are not there to really help you at all, they are just another income stream for the instructor, choose wisely on what you are dealing with because in the eyes of those greedy online course provider, you are just another number. I think the best way to learn is having a mentor and having experience.
1867  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: January 04, 2021, 06:35:41 AM
It depends on how strong is your belief towards Bitcoin or a certain altcoin. Like me of course, I am not a day trader but I rather buy and #HODL some cryptocurrencies. I am not saying it's the best strategy though, because no strategy is perfect as it always depends on market manipulation where buyers and sellers are playing the game. We are just lucky to buy some while it's cheap and hold it for a long time, like what is happening to Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies these days (not a Ripple fan here). Risk management in both time and money is the real game here.
There is more to buy and hold than having faith in the coin that you are holding, it actually helps you get a golden goose that you can get your gold anytime you want. Holding also helps you decrease your risk of losing your profit (for bitcoin in my opinion), especially if you are new to trading and you do not have a mentor or you are just naïve about trading. It also does not take much of your time as you are not busy watching the market every minute, you can do other things that will stream more cash flow.
1868  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The viability of Trading Bots. on: January 04, 2021, 05:33:48 AM
Considering that you are using your own bot, it is pretty impressive. If you ever plan to release that bot, make an announcement. For me, Bot viability relies on convenience, if you are not so much as involved in the trading then it is a good trade because you are using your time wisely, you are doing some other things that make you money while your bots are trading. In this day and age, time is the most priceless thing that you can have and having someone do the taxing work for you is a good thing. Good job OP.
1869  Economy / Economics / Re: Usa will find new dollar backer on: January 04, 2021, 03:39:06 AM
The dollar is backed by the full faith and credit of the US government. It's always worked because the US has never defaulted on its debt. It'll work until the US defaults on its debt or until people believe that the US can not service the debt. At the rate that it's growing the debt, that may be sooner than later.
Nope, not full faith or credit from government, US dollar is backed by the government itself, not to mention that gold still in a way influences the economy of this capitalist monkey suits. The debt does not necessarily mean that it will grow strong, most debts by US are already payed by favors that benefit the lenders in a slight manner, they just want to make it look like the Government still has some debts that needs to be settled to further milk the population that pays taxes.
1870  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: i give up on: January 04, 2021, 02:40:00 AM
tell me about it. (selling too)

in the USA, the feds killed p2p cash liquidity by arresting so many traders for unlicensed money transmission. LBC implementing KYC and removing cash listings felt like a nail in the coffin. the market never really recovered, but it's still technically alive on localcryptos, and now that bitcoin is at ATHs i'm seeing more offers than ever.

i will say, i'm personally fairly paranoid about interacting with the cash market, knowing there are undercover agents infiltrating it. if i deal with the same person twice, it's only after a long time has passed. i don't wanna be construed as running a business and therefore running afoul of FINCEN requirements.
I feel bad for you living in USA, where your transaction might be a sting. How do you guys address the issue there knowing that big banks are behind these operations to crackdown crypto enthusiast. As far as I know, lobbying is a big business in your country and most people in power do not do shit about the well being of the people. In my country, it is still relatively unknown to authorities how bitcoin and crypto transaction works, and there is no taxes.
1871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin just smashed through $30k on: January 03, 2021, 06:44:45 AM
Never thought that it would reach this high.

I thought it would just hit $22K - $25K but right now we are at $32K and it is still going up not even stopping from the rally that might reach another ATH which might be $34K or $35K. I don't know what is happening but it seems this year might be one of the best years the Bitcoin community and history has even known.
No one thought so back then, this event is unprecedented. This serves as a lesson for those who spread FUD about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. With more companies still putting their faith in bitcoin, the more the prices will increase. Do not be greedy though because at these moments that things could go south, I think that is the best nugget of knowledge that can be applied at the current situation. I hope that this run would continue for another year, but that could be a wish that might not happen.
1872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we deal with all the disgusting snake oil salesmen? on: January 03, 2021, 06:03:26 AM
Nothing you can do at this point except to report. Honestly, the internet has been out for so long that scams and the like have been so apparent already, and yet people still fall for them. Scammers are always there no matter what, you can't really erase/eradicate them since most of them have "legal" fronts, and they are numerous, which makes it hard for platforms to handle them specifically. Add that to how Humans have this basic notion of not my problem so I don't care attitude, you'd really just have to let them experience things the hard way. Letting them know is one thing, but them learning about it is another.
Most reports do not deter this people, trust me I did it already, they are like the Greek monster hydra. The best solution I have learned from dealing with these people is by simply ignoring them, if everyone someday ignore these types of people, there will come a time when they will all die down because there are no gullible people to sweet talk, everyone thinks for themselves. I have to agree with you regarding experiencing the scam but there is a better way to do than that, and that is to listen to the other scam victims testimonies, remember that wise learn from the experience of the other.
1873  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are there any relationship between Gold and Bitcoin ? on: January 02, 2021, 07:00:04 AM
There is no connection between Gold and Bitcoin, if you see that there are similarities in the price movements of the two, it's just a coincidence.
Maybe it is influenced by the global economy that is happening, or news that does affect economic policy. Because basically Gold and Bitcoin are
different assets, even if you do your research properly it should also find significant differences between Gold and Bitcoin. But both Gold and Bitcoin
are the safest assets in the current economic crisis as a store of value.
No it is not influenced by global economy, journalist just find the comparison a bit more sensational than anything. For me the gold is what you would call a countable infinite, in relation to the size of universe which is infinite or as the theory says, gold could be counted but there are stars that are going supernova that creates a lot of elements including gold. On the other hand, bitcoin is a finite. I think the only relationship that gold and bitcoin has is the process that it is procured which is mining.
1874  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEW Abbreviation on: January 02, 2021, 05:33:25 AM
What's the difference between the New All-Time High and the All-time HighGrin
I see no difference, It's all the same mate, so why complicate things when we can still call the new highest price the All-Time High (ATH) price?
It does complicate things, instead of typing for a shorter amount of time, you need to add N or New when you mention ATH or All Time High. This is what happens when we use euphemism on our words too much, remember when it was not called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/PTSD but instead shellshock? We tend to avoid reality as much as we can, even if it is a positive thing.
1875  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [POLL] Let’s say Trump did win the election... on: January 02, 2021, 04:45:55 AM
If you are a real man and a just player, no matter the results you should accept the outcome, only real losers whine about losing. I do not want Trump to win the election to be honest, the fact that most of his policies protect his companies instead of the people is enough evidence that he does not care about the general populace. Isn't that also the problem back then when Trump was the winner, that somehow Russia or someone rigged the election but he didn't admit that because he won, now that he lost, suddenly Biden cheated. I do not know much about Biden but these day, all who sit on the office are clowns controlled by corporations through lobbying.
1876  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Resistance From $30K-$40K? on: January 01, 2021, 05:28:01 AM
You need to stop listening to this self proclaim professional traders (youtubers), most of them have no knowledge about what they're saying but simply making video that'll interest more audiences so as to burst their revenue as a result of increased of their audiences (viewers). The hottest topic now in the industry is the potential next stop for bitcoin as it's quite certain we'll be reaching the $30k trading milestone anytime soon.
What OP should listen to more are financial advisors that will put your best interest as a client in the first place. Gotta agree about these Youtuber, they might look sincere but all they want is your views as an audience, have stopped binge watching them although some ideas about finances that I have learned came from these people. Does it even really matter if we hit the price? I mean it is a milestone but what is new when this happens, another celebration.
1877  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading options on: January 01, 2021, 04:34:13 AM
Is it worth all the time and resource they have put in for 3 years?
I think if you are envisioning a long term swindle then 3 years is not that long for a timespan. If they wanted to fix this unrest for some users then they should have fixed it a long time ago right?

1878  Economy / Economics / Re: The supply issue on: December 31, 2020, 05:19:56 AM
The only supply issue which exists for some is one that does not allow them to mine BTC in the quantities they want. Given how the whole system is set up, they can always print as much money as they want, dig up as much gold or diamonds as they need, or produce anything in any quantity.

Bitcoin only shows that some of its features irritate some people who would like to control it and adapt it to their needs - but unlike calling the governor of a central bank or the owner of a company, how to influence millions of BTC owners around the world?
The only way I think that some individual can influence millions of user is by buying a lot of bitcoin. Mining is out of question because it incrementally gets more difficult as there are more bitcoins mined. Dividing it into smaller parts does not seem to be a good idea in my opinion because it defeats the purpose in some way, the people that owned 0.0001 would be richer than they were before the division.
1879  Economy / Economics / Re: China Economy Forecasted to Surpass US Economy by 2028 on: December 31, 2020, 04:40:09 AM
~
That is simply not true. Manpower in China used to be cheap, but that was one or two decades ago. The wages have risen to such a level that they are now 2-3 times higher than the comparable salaries in countries such as India and Indonesia. On top of that, they are now getting strict with environmental and other regulations. Lax regulations attracted a lot of investment earlier.
That could be the case but you know that anything that China projects towards other countries are not entirely true, yes the wages increase but the working hours are longer. They might not damage the environment that much but they have factories in Inner Mongolia too, they tried to create an apartment complexes that has plants that help absorb particulates in the air but it backfired because the complexes are now a hellscape infested with mosquitos which is a waste of materials. Those regulations are not in favor of foreign investors as far as I know but I do commend how their government does not have a schism.
1880  Economy / Economics / Re: New Year | New Resolutions - How you gonna manage your finances - 2021 ? on: December 31, 2020, 03:55:03 AM
Save enough money to invest in bitcoin when the bull run stops and the bear season starts. I do not have that much plan when it comes to finances besides lessen my spending on things that do not go up in value overtime. Also do not put your plans for others to see like a resolution, it is better if you just do it instead of saying it to the world that you can do it, you are more likely to succeed with your plans/resolutions.
