1201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I sometimes wonder whether Bitcoin has established a religion. on: May 24, 2021, 10:04:01 AM
Not everything has to be a religion, just because we believed in bitcoin doesn't mean that it is a religion, also if I am being honest, believing in bitcoin is much better than religion because we sort of see what we are having our faith in.
1202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Tweeting Power gone on: May 24, 2021, 07:57:52 AM
He is a lunatic and changes all the time. I don’t deny his influence, nor do I dislike him very much. He is a complete speculator. He is not a believer. What he does and what she says will become In the past tense, I would not believe that global consensus cannot win over one person’s speech
He doesn't need everyone to agree with him, he just needs enough people to do his bidding and things can start to turn around. I wouldn't say that he is lunatic though, more like a genius manipulator because he saw the profits he can make if he were to manipulate the market and he can essentially get away with it since it is a decentralized platform and all we can do is simply watch.
1203  Economy / Speculation / Re: 90 Whales with 10,000 btc - Bullish on: May 24, 2021, 07:02:50 AM
I believe the whales of the past are gone: one should have had steel balls to keep bitcoin from below $100.
There are a few still, but most of them are here for the whole bitcoin lifespan. If we take out of the equation the exchanges' wallets there are no more small unknown enitities that can do much harm.
Relax and stack your satoshis.
The hardcore ones are still alive I think, maybe those that are around 3 digit bitcoin are gone a long time ago but those that have more than a thousand is pretty alive and kicking I think. I agree that we should relax because the prices are going to go back up, we don't know when but we know that it will come and when it finally arrives, I want to have a lot of bitcoins to sell.
1204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto has become the rich man's playground... on: May 24, 2021, 06:10:35 AM
crypto is a toy for the rich, and billionaires, in my opinion there are some too, but not all crypto, according to my research, they only play in bitcoin, because they already know the advantages of bitcoin, and they have made a lot of money. profit ,,
They already have the money to invest and make more profit out of it so what can we do about it, they have the advantage even though the race started a long time ago. I wouldn't say that it becomes the rich man's playground but I believe that any market will soon arrive at that point.
1205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SAVE CRYPTO FROM PEOPLE LIKE ELON MUSK on: May 24, 2021, 05:31:34 AM
If not Elon, there will be others like Elon. 2017, McAfee also do same thing to manipulate the market. You need to accept and live with it. Any market has sharks and they are always looking for ways to make money to our money.
Simple minded people won't be able to grasp the idea of ignoring someone because they feel like they have to vent it somewhere and most of the time, they always choose the unhealthy ways to do it. If only people knew that this can work in their favor, bitcoin could've went to the 100k price at this point in time.
1206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Horrible day in History of Bitcoin on: May 22, 2021, 02:55:50 PM
~

Cosidering the market movements buying from this  current value gives you good opportunities to earned more

when the bounce happen back, but before you take that call make sure to have a good research as chances that

this fall will continue and bring the price more lower,  best not to rush and chased the daily trade value but instead

observe and decide whenever you are sure with your position.
No need to do some research, I believe that bitcoin is going to go at higher peaks in the days to come, the market history as a proof is enough for me to put my faith that my capital will grow to give me a really big profit.
1207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and crypto is in trouble on: May 22, 2021, 02:03:10 PM
Bear market is inevitable it wouldn't be bull market forever you should know it already I don't know if you're trolling or you just really expect that it would be bull market forever.
Why would they give out money when they are investing to make money?

OP is trolling, I think OP is a prominent troll in this forum. Also, what does this Fed is going to do in this situation and who is this Fed, are they going to inject some sort of stimulus into crypto market to make it go back up again?
1208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Horrible day in History of Bitcoin on: May 22, 2021, 01:09:52 PM
That should've happen at some point. The best you can do now is just to relax and wait or buy more while it dips. This happening every year and then we go up again even higher.
That's what some of my friends are saying to our Group Chat, just buy now that there is a dip and the prices are really low and take note that they are qualified hodlers because they have been on the scene since 2015 or 2016. I hope that a lot of people know this so they won't panic sell.
1209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my crypto gains this not fair! on: May 22, 2021, 12:23:39 PM
Next time, set a goal where you would sell, put it into an order, go fishing or sleeping, come back when order was filled= PROFIT!
That's what I would've done in that situation but good thing that I am in the market for a long-term and I have already set a price as to when will I sell my bitcoin and other altcoins, it may take years but I will pray to our God Sminem to bless me with a diamond hands. I have to say to you OP that your losses will be recoverable if you don't sell it and wait for all the prices to go back up again.
1210  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we entering bear market? How low will btc go in the coming year? on: May 22, 2021, 09:48:01 AM
Lowest is really that hard to predict , because if does then all of us will sell our coins and wait for that moment but sad is that we cannot make this righht.

Best to just try buying at 20k level, then at least 17k and if 12k downfall happened then its your lucky day.

but for now be observant and be ready, because any moment market will chance , either uptrend or downtrend no one really knows.
If we were to sell all of our coins then the prices are going to definitely go down. That's what I currently do but the problem is that I can't take action on it because I currently have all my money in crypto so I am waiting for a profit, I can't buy when the prices get too low.
1211  Other / Off-topic / Re: Now tell me if you still believe on Elon Musk. on: May 22, 2021, 08:53:25 AM
I lost too much money on elon musk tweet...
But I will again focus deeply on his tweet because he is a richest person.
What's wrong with you man? Can't you think for yourself? I know that you are just trolling but stop this kind of thing because it promotes a sheep mentality. And I don't like that we are still not thinking for ourselves in 21st century.
1212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if Bitcoin hits $1m in the future? on: May 22, 2021, 08:11:03 AM
selling is a good move when bitcoin is on the rise, but I will sell a few percent of bitcoin and will stay in bitcoin. because the prediction is that the greater the value of bitcoin, the crypto market will soar and will present something new in crypto. so why stop if in the future we will have something new
It depends to be honest, if you have a lot of bitcoin then probably you might be able to do it but if you just have enough to change your life, I think that at that point you might want to sell it all because I am pretty sure that when bitcoin were to reach 1 million, a lot of people are going to sell their bitcoin meaning that after it goes to 1 million USD, it will be followed by a really big crash.
1213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China bans Bitcoin again in 2021 on: May 22, 2021, 05:50:16 AM
I don't really know what we are gonna do with these FUDs. I don't think that it will end at some point. It looks like some people like Elon Musk or governments won't renounce from manipulating the market. But there is this thing that the market is starting to absorb this kind of news much better than before as it continues to grow.
FUDs won't stop, this will go on forever, like how people still hate their countries even though it is doing good. I don't get the part where it absorbs the news much better because I think people still panic the same as back then.
1214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This isn't the first time the dip has happened on: May 22, 2021, 05:00:07 AM
Well, for some people it is their first time to experience such dip so you really can't blame them especially if they aren't informed or doesn't have any friend that have experienced on the past dips, they will likely be susceptible to panic.
1215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sextortion - more than 4000 BTC cashed on: May 22, 2021, 04:28:03 AM
It's not that the police doesn't have the resources, it's just that they have a budget and cybercrime is a pretty hefty one in terms of expenses and sometimes the victims don't even report the cases or follow up on the case so they can't make an arrest. Also, I don't think that it is 4k bitcoin, that's a lot of money to pull off in such a short time.
1216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More China Craziness - "Cracking done on mining" on: May 21, 2021, 03:26:32 PM
So just another rehash of the news yesterday? Man, China might as well just crack down on Bitcoin every 10 minutes just so we can get done with it.
Don't wish for that because China's persistence is going to be something that is pretty formidable and stupid at the same time. Also what is the worse thing that can happen if they cracked down on mining?
1217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can not crash on: May 21, 2021, 02:56:08 PM
Bitcoin has always been famous for its enormous volatility, especially at the most inopportune moment. Bitcoin can do anything - it can collapse and take off instantly, and this is very clearly visible on the price chart. It's just that you need to learn how to use this property. Good luck to all of us.
Amen to that, if you know how to take advantage of it then you will not worry about the prices going up or down because either way, you are going to profit from it.
1218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl is not the best option as it seems on: May 21, 2021, 02:10:32 PM
Sometimes hodl is the best option, especially in the current situation.
OP with his/her title thinks otherwise but I would side on you since this is basically the most easy way to not lose your investment in bitcoin, you either sell at a loss and wake up the next day and the prices are going up again then you will regret what you did but with hodl, you are safe from anything that is happening, if you hodl at 40k then the next day the prices gone down and you hodl and then the next day it did pump really high, you got a profit instead of a loss.
1219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Been left with my late uncle's crypto accounts - need some advice on: May 21, 2021, 11:26:08 AM
This is what will eventually happen. Sooner or later all crypto funds will be lost/inaccessible - given enough time. If he had kept his funds in stocks or just a plain old bankaccount (or even gold), you would have now had access to the funds.

The lesson here - if you are about to die, sell your crypto...
If they kept the credentials to access the wallet then it will not become one of the many lost coins, also why would we choose gold or stocks? Does it give a 900% return in just a year? I don't think so, not even in the lifetime of your son or daughter will banks, stocks or gold will be able to replicate what bitcoin has done in a decade.
1220  Economy / Speculation / Re: What make people panic sell? on: May 21, 2021, 10:38:26 AM
Herd instinct. It's hard for me to explain it any other way.
Some of them are smart enough to sell because they have a lot at stake and their goal is mostly short-term so they have to stop the bleeding as fast as they can. But you are right that herd instinct is the reason why they panic sell plus they are greedy.
